Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Really nice clean. Very accessible
We had a double bed and single bed. My side of the bed had basically collapsed. A really big dip in the bed that was really uncomfortable. The single bed was not comfortable whatsoever. We were away for our anniversary for the night and it was a bit of a shame.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Very little to like. Just the location.
We booked for two nights three months ago. When we arrived we were put into an older barrier free room with a windows view of rusted mechanical equipment on an adjacent roof. We were told we could change our room if we didn't like it. We didnt like it but we didn't get another room until 11:00am the next morning. The breakfast food was essentially gone. Very little fruit left. No kleenex left in either room we were in. The mattress was too soft and uncomfortable. The man at the desk said rooms are allotted on a first come first serve basis yet we booked and paid three months earlier.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Location is good - just a few yards down from the Imperial Hotel on South Mall, within easy walking distance of everything in the city centre.
The first room we were offered had such a musty smell that we asked for another one (and just to show how bad it was, in our 40 years together this was the first time we have complained about anything at a hotel).

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Kun saavuimme hotelliin ja olimme kirjautumassa hotelliin sisään, koko alueella meni sähköt (klo oli noin 24.00). Henkilökunta teki kyllä parhaansa ja saimme laukkumme huoneeseemme kunhan sähköt palautuivat, joskus klo 01.00. Hotellin sijainti on todella hyvä. Aamiainen oli myös ihan ok.
Ilmastointi ei ihan toiminut, johtui ehkä osaksi sähkökatkosta. Yöllä oli aika nihkeä nukkua aavistuksen liian kuumassa huoneessa. Mitään muuta ei ole varsinaisesti valitettavaa.

The room safe had not been reset from factory default, and thus opened on 000000 regardless of what the guest programmed in. I mentioned this to a manager, but he said they know and don’t care because the keys record know who has been in a room. Not satisfactory from guest’s point of view! The breakfast was acceptable, but no more than that.

I didn't realize that you have to pre authorise payment for the carpark to receive a discounted price. Previously this was sorted on checkout. As a result an overnight carpark (nearby Q Park) cost €45...😱😥

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The hotel was in a central location near to main shopping centre and the bus station. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of hot food. Tea pots were available in the breakfast area. There was a good restaurant providing tasty evening meals and there was a bar where drinks and coffee could be bought in the late evening. The room was comfortable with an easy to use TV

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The room was very large and very comfortable. They have ice machines. The location is great, very much in the thick of things. The bathroom is also large, and had plenty of counter space. If you want a discount on the breakfast, you need to book it the day ahead of time.
The room was on a lower floor and just had a view of a courtyard. Felt very much like a basement room, though I guess there was some light coming through the window.

Ho vaig trobar car i incómode.
