Accidentalmente mio figlio ha dimenticato le chiavi in tasca dopo il check out e siamo stati chiamati da una ragazza con tono arrogante e aggressivo, capisco il disagio recato ma non mi è affatto piaciuto l’approccio veramente inappropriato.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Struttura molto comoda, a Campiglio sud, mega parcheggio fronte albergo dove ti lasciano il tagliandino per lasciare la macchina i giorni del soggiorno. Colazione buonissima ma la vera chicca è stata la cena. A dir poco SUPER! A partire dall’impiattamento alla gustosità del cibo. Super consigliata la mezza pensione!
Si può migliorare la pulizia e il ricambio biancheria del bagno.

La seconda sul lato sinistro dell'albergo, con sola finestra e la notte c'è stato caldissimo. Abbastanza pulito, ma il punteggio non è stato elevato perché nella seconda camera mi sono trovata sull'asciugamano "pulito" dei ciuffi di capelli lunghi e ricci attaccati e la cosa mi ha disgustato. La colazione buona ma niente di eccezionale. Ottima la cena e abbondante. Personale gentile, ma non ci è stata pressoché interazione per valutare
Con questo caldo un mini frigo in camera non farebbe male e visto che in quelle zone non sono abituati al condizionatore, almeno un ventilatore in camera sarebbe apprezzato.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026We had a great stay! Not only was the hotel cute and clean, but the staff were incredible. After we told the lady at the front desk that we were going to be leaving early the next morning to get on the trail before the afternoon storm rolled in, she brought up that we would be missing breakfast (which we were fine with) and said she would get the kitchen to pack some food up for us that evening. And they did! It was totally not necessary, but very kind. Absolutely would recommend.

Nel complesso tutto secondo le aspettative. La posizione ottima e il servizio impeccabile. Assolutamente consigliabile.

Zapach w pokoju... mimo kilkugodzinnego wietrzenia, bardzo silna woń mocnych "perfum" przypominających jakiś dziwny "unisex" zapach. Jakby gdzieś ukryty odświeżacz powietrza który co jakiś czas opryskuje wszystko i nie da się tego uniknąć. Zdecydowanie zbyt mocny aromat wypindrzonej podstarzałej baby/typa idącego w niedziele do kościoła - który nieprzerwanie towarzyszy podczas przebywania w pokoju.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026The hotel's strengths were its cuisine, staff and location. We were particularly impressed by the variety of dishes on offer, as well as by the professionalism of the head waiter in the restaurant, who was always attentive to customers' individual requests.
However, we were very dissatisfied with the first-floor room, which had no balcony and was poorly lit. The lack of a desk for writing or working was particularly annoying, as was the windowless bathroom with a noisy fan connected to the lighting that could not be turned off, and the television placed on the wall to the left of the bed (practically unusable). The double bed was also frustrating, as it consisted of two single beds with a mattress placed on top to give the appearance of a single structure.

Dare coperte più leggere per entrambe i letti.Quelle presenti in camera erano davvero molto calde.Ma è davvero un dettaglio ed io,per mia dimenticanza,la sera del secondo pernottamento non le ho chieste in reception.Mi avrebbero sicuramente accontentato vista la disponibilità.

The room was quite small and contained only beds and night tables. There was no desk, no chair, and no refrigerator. The room was overheated. Parking on the premises was unavailable; a permit for parking in a nearby public piazza was offered, subject to a deposit, which is a materially different arrangement. Even accounting for a possible “triple room” premium and the high season, almost EUR 580 per night felt steep given the offering.
