Una habitación muy tranquila para descansar limpia cómoda con los servicios en excelente condiciones, el trato del personal fue muy excelente y amable además de que dejaron cuidar las maletas porque llegamos temprano para el cheque y también como salía el vuelo tarde nos dejaron también en resguardo las maletas hasta la hora muy tarde lo recomiendo

El Hotel tiene diferentes edificios. Cuando llegué me dijeron que mi habitación estaba al frente cruzando la calle y q la habitación estaba en el 3er piso, después que no tenía ascensor, y en realidad era el 4° piso porque cuentan desde el 0. Es un edificio antiguo remodelado y bonito, pero incómodo para subir y bajar maletas y no hay personas que ayuden. Al salir es difícil porque muchas personas se sientan en escalinata

Excellent boutique hotel. I very much enjoyed the property, room and staff.

Los alrededores estaban llenos de indigentes para mujer sola es de considerarlo. Al momento del check-in me sorprendió que debía realizarse en otro hotel y que había que cruzar la calle para ingresar, algo que nunca fue informado previamente. Tampoco se explicó claramente el funcionamiento de la cerradura de la habitación. Otro inconveniente es que el edificio no cuenta con ascensor, lo cual hace muy complicado subir con maletas. Si bien el personal de servicio fue muy amable al ayudarme, no existe manera de contactarlos, ya que los teléfonos de las habitaciones no funcionaban. Estos aspectos afectan considerablemente la experiencia del huésped y considero importante que se corrijan o al menos se informen con anticipación.

Safe place and very friendly people!

Bathroom was too small.

I had had the the balcony room which was advertised, but the balcony had clearly not been cleaned for weeks.

Obvious black mold in the bathroom. The floors in the room had some sort of cheap flooring put over a subfloor that was failing, walking on it was spongy. The furniture was old and kind of crumbly.

Check in rápido. Equipe muito atenciosa. Limpeza diária. Lugar bem localizado, com mercados, metrô e restaurantes próximos. Cozinha bem equipada.

Good place. Clean spacious rooms. Early check-in. Small interior balcony. Good staff. Large bed and bathroom. Would stay again.

É um hostel bem melhorado, bem localizado, com quartos individuais espaçosos e banheiros privativos. Tem uma cozinha onde se pode preparar o café da manhã e refeições. Pontos a melhorar: não há panos para secar a louça, nem toalhas de papel. Encontrei uma barata no quarto. A torneira da pia dos banheiros desperdiça muita água, não tem regulagem de temperatura e molha toda a bancada. O pessoal é simpático, atendem bem e vc se sente a vontade. Considere que não há elevador, portanto terá que subir escadas.

Clean, bed very good, bathroom clean and ok, window into tiny inner opening into sky - I preferred to keep curtains closed, communal kitchen was nice and could sit there, room small, only 150 meters to Metro station

Ottima scoperta, metropolitana a 50 mt, 1 km dal centro, pulizia giornaliera top, camere come da foto , personale sempre sorridenti ...da ritornarci

Inconveniente foi uma das noites onde no 3 andar um grupo reservou alguns quartos e ainda foi permitida a visita de alguém que não era hóspede. Isso soube depois de ligar na recepção pois não consegui descer pra informar. Portas batendo a todo momento transito entre quartos, os hóspedes com a televisão em alto volume e com a porta aberta do quarto, conversa, risadas e gritaria com porta aberta, estavam em festa. Até o alarme de incêndio tocou porque estavam fumando no quarto. Tive que ligar na recepção mais de uma vez pra que fosse resolvido. Fui dormir as 3 da manhã. Não tem elevador no hotel. Há cozinha para uso, mas não há um papel pra secar, limpar ou manusear algo, de lado tinha um rolo de papel higiênico. O quarto era confortável, banheiro muito bom, espaçoso com dispensers para shampoo e sabonete, toalhas trocadas todos oa dias, boa ducha, roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas.

Estadia maravilhosa! Quarto amplo e acolhedor! Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos! Em especial ao Jonathan e ao Diu, que nos recepcionaram muito bem!

Very nice and clean accommodations with access to tourist areas. Good wifi and heating. A few minutes walk from metro station. Great daily housekeeping service, and reception is 24 hours. All staff were very kind and helpful. A pleasure. Neighborhood is nothing to rave about but at least it is easy to get out of.

The layout of the room I was assigned left me with not enough room for my luggage to unpack. The bathroom sink faucet made it difficult to brush your teeth especially without a glass or a cup for the water. Also, I asked one of the receptionist for assistance— where to eat or the like; he couldn’t suggest specifics and just told me to walk on the main street and find one.

All the staff were friendly and happy to help. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

Schöne Unterkunft mit modernen Design. Zimmer sauber und Bett komfortabel. Check in und check out unkompliziert.

Lage und Preis-Leistung sind sehr gut. Die U-Bahn Station ist quasi vorm Haus, man ist aber auch zu Fuß rasch in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Das Fenster führte direkt auf die Straße, wo sich auch nachts Menschen aufhalten, die Fensterläden hält man daher eher geschlossen. Das Badezimmer war etwas schmudelig, die Fliesen teilweise etwas locker, die Verfugung sollte dringend erneuert werden. Die Tür der Dusche ließ sich nicht vollständig schließen, weshalb man beim Duschen eine kleine Überschwemmung verursacht hat. Zum Badezimmer gibt es nur eine Glastür, diese schließt nicht dicht ab: muss man mögen. Wir haben einen Blick in ein benachbartes Zimmer geworfen: dort war das Bad sogar direkt im Zimmer, nur mit einer Glaswand getrennt. Alles in allem für den Preis eine gute Unterkunft.

Établissement globalement propre, cependant les salles de bains mériteraient un peu plus d'attention. Le personnel est génial mais le gros défaut de cet hôtel est le bruit. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées donc on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir ou à côté.

Was looking for a place to stay after a party in town. Fast check in and good service.

Todo muy limpio, buena ubicacion y buen recibimiento. Volveríamos sin lugar a duda.

The staff were lovely and really helpful, but the room was a bit tired (suitcase marks all over the walls, sheets weren't particularly clean). There was also no hairdryer in the room (had to request it) and no tea or coffee facilities, with no glasses for water.

It was reasonable for its price. Staff was nice and helpful. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the City Center. Accessible to the Metro and Bus. Nearby stores, restaurants, and Pharmacy. Overall, a solid hotel.

Unterkunft war sauber, das 3-Bettzimmer hatte eine ideale Grösse. Nachteil: Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss lag unmittelbar neben der Gemeinschaftsküche, daher am Morgen und Abend teilweise etwas lärmig. Zwischen 23.00 und 6.00 Uhr war es meistens ruhig.

Déçue car j'y avais déjà passé 2 nuits l'an dernier et tout était bien. Dernier séjour dans cet hôtel ! chambre malpropre, bruit très fort venant d'une machine du restaurant à côté jusqu'à 1h du matin. Nous avons demandé quel était ce bruit et on nous a seulement répondu que ça allait éventuellement arrêter! Salle de bain très sale. Dommage!

Great staff, they were very accommodating to my requests and ensured that our stay was great. Excellent rooms! Clean, good size and excellent decor!

Room that we booked isnt as shown in expedia at all, it is WAY smaller. We barely have enough room to walk around and place our toiletries. Room also has a bad odour from sink, dusty floor, shower leaks out from base, towels are stained. Our room is at the main floor first room, we hear EVERYTHING and it is very annoying at late night and early morning. But all the staffs are just awesome and very helpful.

We've booked the family room. The room was super dirty and smelly in the basement. There were no windows and the only door to get inside was facing the street, not really safe. We couldn't stay due to the strong smell of mold and sewage. They didn't give us a better room or our money back. A total scam. Avoid at any cost.

Zimmer war sehr klein. WC durch Glastür vom Raum getrennt. Handwaschbecken war A4 groß. Personal sehr freundlich.

It was kinda funky which I like and had everything I needed. Very clean! They even cleaned my room the next day on a 2 nite stay. Great location for a walker. Good value.

Really did not know what to expect when we booked this last minute, but found the place to be very clean and functional. It was easy to find and there was street packing. We had a pleasant stay and really just needed a place to sleep after touring around the city.

Chambre très petite, pas de placard pour vider sa valise( au delà de 2jours), cuisine à partager avec le reste de l’hôtel. Une cafetière nespresso est mise à disposition mais sans capsules, l’ho N’en vends pas et les magasins non plus ( car cafetière professionnelle et capsules en vente uniquement sur le site de la marque par internet)

Convenient location. I had thought breakfast was included but none provided. Room very clean & daily room clean was appreciated.

Dommage, notre chambre était au sous-sol. avec les bruits du métro (on s'y fait...) et une odeur d'humidité. Dommage effectivement parce que sinon, c'est spacieux et confortable. Nous supposons que les chambre à l'étage sont certainement parfaites. Bonne literie.

Die Unterkunft war zentral gelegen, U Bahn quasi vor der Tür, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man aber ohnehin zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war mehr als nur freundlich - wirklich außerordentlich nett! Die Einrichtung war in einwandfreiem Zustand,man hat gemerkt dass alles noch sehr neu war.

I really liked the LX History Rooms. They're located about 30 mins walk from the old town of Lisbon so a little out of the way but it was an easy stroll into town. The room we had was small but clean and everything worked. The beds were made every day and there's a small shared kitchen area if you don't want to go out for meals.

Very good, highly recommended, the hotel is like a residential building ( a bit difficult to find, but nothing bad anyway)

We loved having a kitchen at our disposal, especially since we have dietary restrictions. Super comfortable beds.

Amazing staff, room not completely as it is presented online. Had a leak from the ceiling. Wasn't fixed and you could tell it was an ongoing issue. Power went out on our floor numerous times. Balcony is not private, it's shared.

The key card system to get in the room was good. And the card was also used to turn on the lights and other electronic appliances in the room.

Very spacious apartment, fit 5 of us perfectly. So glad it has A/C. Location is not close to tourist attractions but we made it work.

A localização é ótima, os funcionários muito simpáticos. Bo Wifi. O banheiro e o quarto poderiam ser mais limpos. É um hotel para ficar poucas noite e não gastar muito

Not very clean, the 5 beds apartment was in the basement with its own door. Not so fresh air and it was not cleaned. Otherwise it was walking distance to the city center and friendly staff.

Wenig Ausstattung, leider auch kein Fön. Waschbecken zu klein, nichts zum aufhängen der Handtücher, enges Zimmer ohne Schrank. WC im Zimmer, mit Glastür. Personal sehr nett und bemüht, jederzeit ansprechbar. Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr gut. 24h Rezeption. Nette Atmosphäre, aber alles sehr beengt. Mehrere Cafes fürs frühstücken gleich um die Ecke. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es gut geeignet. Oder für eine Einzelperson.

Everything was new and clean and the hotel is in a great location. I had a room with bunk beds. It was very small but ample since you're exploring the city most of the time. There are a lot of stairs so don't stay here if you need an elevator. I didn't use the common kitchen. The hotel was close to the Indente metro stop or a 15 minute walk to the main square. I would stay here again.

We had the back room which was very quiet. The staff were very nice. There is no elevator which was not a problem for us because I am fit. The old style stairs really adds to ambience. A good experience.

Friendly staff. Breakfast is not in the hotel itself but in a tent around the corner. There was little choice and was not tasty either. We stayed on the 3rd floor where very often the power went out. No hot water from the tap at the sink (but hot water in the shower) The toilet, shower and bed were clean. But the walls and the frames were not.

Des SDF devant la porte d'entrée. Un soir il a fallut en déloger un pour pouvoir rentrer dans l'hôtel. Une chambre vraiment minuscule et encore nous n'avions pas la pire. Un petit déjeuner à prendre hors de l'hôtel et médiocre avec des pâtisseries parfois douteuse et aucun sourire du personnel de la boulangerie à côté. Pas de sèche cheveux en chambre. Bref déçus heureusement les personnes de la réception étaient agréables.

Ich war sehr überrascht, als ich im Hotel angekommen bin. Es ist kein gewöhnliches Hotel. Keine richtige Rezeption, Haartrockner muss jedes mal bei der Rezeption abgeholt werden, da nicht viele vorhanden sind. Es gibt 3 Stockwerke, jedoch keinen Aufzug. Frühstück ist nicht direkt im Hotel vorhanden, sondern in einem Lokal um die Ecke. Wir hatten pro Person 3 Karten für das Zimmer und haben die anderen beiden im Zimmer gelassen als wir dieses verlassen haben.Als wir am Abend wieder im Hotel waren, sind diese nicht mehr vorhanden gewesen. Als ich der Angestellten dies mitgeteilt habe, meinte sie, es könnte sein, dass die Reinigungskräfte diese entfernt haben und sie nicht wisse, warum sie dies getan haben. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel OK.

We were for 8 days. We were very happy with this hotel for what we paid. Break fast had limited choice but it was ok. Having access to a kitchen was very useful. Hotel was close to the centre of city.

The hotel was very clean and staff friendly and helpful . It was nice to have breakfast included but did not feel very welcome in the cafe.

This hotel is very conveniently located (2 min. walk to Intendente subway station and 4 min. walk to 28E tram). Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a voucher for a bakery next door, frequented by locals. Choices are varied and the pastries are good. The staff was really helpful (I needed medical attention and they were able to guide me to a doctor). The hotel is in a working class neighborhood, but there are no dangers as others have mentionned. I would stay there again.

We were in the basement, not well insulated and could hear the shower or flushing from the rooms above us. The breakfast was great, not a buffet but had choices. Marlo was great when we checked in. So were Krishna and the other guy who checked us out.

hotel is clean and basic, advertises saying there’s coffee/tea maker but really just a common kitchen area downstairs like a hotel. The breakfast is served in a cafe around the corner, and food was just so so. The local area was a bit scary to walk around at night, and we would not stay here again.

Pleasant hotel in very convenient location near to two metro stations. Small rooms but comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in busy cafe around the corner - some might find this inconvenient.

Staff were ever so friendly and helpful and available 24 hours daily. The rooms are very compact but are nicely appointed. Many little restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of downtown Lisbon. Staying here you are among the locals rather than on the tourist trail

Staff very friendly and helpfull, no kettle in the room, the kitchen is on the ground floor so not easy is your are on the third floor as there is no lift. If possible request your room on the first floor. And there is no tephone in the room so to contact the receptionist you have to take the stairs down to the ground floor. Breakfast is free (voucher) and provided outside of the hotel (20m) from a local bar. Don't expect too much no fruit,tomatoes ect.. you have a choice between a coffee and an orange drink; between a sandich and an omelet. Rooms are large and clean some with balcony and the bathroom well equipped.

Not far from city center, but area is a little sketchy

Out of the city but only 10-15 minutes walk or jump on metro or tram.... Room was clean and roomy enough.... breakfast was at cafe around the corner and was surprisingly plain but good. If visiting Lisbon for the first time we recommend you jump on a city tour bus first up it helps to see what’s on offer.
