De centrale ruimte en keuken waren niet toegankelijk: dus geen kook gelegenheid of gezelligheid mogelijk, wat je wel mag verwachten bij een hostel. Omdat er totaal geen faciliteiten beschikbaar zijn is de kamer naar verhouding duur

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Frau Bongard (Empfang) und das Reinigungspersonal sind nicht nur überaus nett sondern sie machen ihre Arbeit klasse! Durch sie fühlte ich mich sehr wohl. Im 4er Zimmer gibt es für jeden Gast ein abschließbares Schließfach. Frische Bettwäsche wird bereitgestellt. Es steht ein Ventilator im Zimmer. Nützliche Kleiderhaken im Zimmer sind vorhanden. Sehr schöner Empfangsbereich. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Toiletten und Duschen sind auch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Zimmer kann abgeschlossen werden.
Das 4er Zimmer ist winzig klein. Wenn das Zimmer voll belegt ist wird es ziemlich "kuschelig". In das Schließfach passt eher kleineres Gepäck. So wie ich es gesehen habe hatte jeder Gast sein Gepäck im Zimmer auf dem Boden stehen. Ich hatte schon gemütlichere Hostel Aufenthalte. Preis-Leistung stimmt für mich überhaupt nicht. 47 Euro für dieses kleine 4er Zimmer finde ich definitiv zu viel.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Es un lugar limpio, cómodo y está muy bien ubicado. Es muy fácil moverse en la ciudad desde allí.
No hay un espacio común en el hostel 45. Las mesas que se ven en las fotos, son un salón que está casi todo el tirmpo cerrado. En los servicios del hostel señalan que hay cocina; pero no es cierto. Si sales temprano y llegas tarde, es mejor que lleves tu candado.

check-in hours are a bit limited but i completely understood that, since the lady is the only staff present, it’s a bit hard for her to catch up to everything

El check in a las 3:30pm es demasiado tarde. Si bien el baño está adentro de la habitación y es bueno, es 1 solo para 8 personas y no está separado ducha de sanitario.

We were here in the middle of the heat wave. The room has no air conditioning. It was about 5-8 degrees warmer than outside. We basically couldn't sleep even with wildly open window. Also, the property looks like it's degrading from hotel to hostel and then to no one knows what. Visibility lack of proper maintenance.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Staff stood out to me, super friendly and chatty, felt welcoming. I personally liked that the room had chairs and a table, not every hostel does that. Key pickup was smooth too even though I arrived late, no hassle.
Upper bunk felt a bit low for me, couldn't really sit up straight in the lower bunk. Shower head seemed stuck on one mode, couldn't switch it. Water leaked past the curtain but they had a mop and bucket so cleanup was easy. Lounge and bar looked closed when I got back, though I was pretty late. Mattress felt too soft for my taste.

Reviewed May 24, 2026The atmosphere at the hostel was quiet and peaceful, which I truly appreciated. One of the staff members was very kind and helpful during my stay. Additionally, the room was reasonably comfortable and met my needs.
First, there were some concerns about the bed linen; it had some kind of stain, which was very unhygienic. There was also a problem with insects in the room, which was a very unpleasant surprise. Otherwise, the rest was manageable.

Reviewed May 14, 2026It had a cooperative vibe, the people running it were clearly enthusiastic and friendly but they seemed to need additional staff. I liked the place, it was well put together and inexpensive. The neighborhood seemed pretty working class and varied. It felt safe.
The lack of staff around for important times , like checkout, made things feel pretty sparse.

Reviewed May 5, 2026女性用ドミトリーは十分な広さでした。ベッドは木製です。ベッドが軋む音がするとレビューがありましたが、それは感じませんでした。マットレスもしっかりしていて、ベッドカバー生地もかわいい♡ ケルンへ30分以内に行くことができるし、ボンの街並みはとても素敵で住みやすそうだなと思いました。 ICEの遅延により7時に間に合わず、急遽セルフチェックインに切り替えてもらいましたが、英語の案内文はとてもわかりやすかったです。
バスタオルはありますが、シャワーに足拭きマットが無かったです。あったらいいな

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Great place. As a solo female traveler, I felt great. The surrounding streets seemed safe as well, even in the evenings. The place is close to multiple restaurants. Overall awesome.
I wish the community room had been opened later in the evenings to be able to hang out outside the room, so as to not disturb my roommates. I wish the rooms looked a little more welcoming, but that’s what you get from a hostel I guess.
