On arrival we were told we did not have the Deluxe apartment that I had booked and confirmed 4 days prior. They had taken a longer booking for the apartment and downgraded us to a small double room. I was not notified of the change to my booking before I arrived and had no option but to take the room as we were in Paarl for a function that day. The room we were given faced the road , so was very noisy. Very different to the garden view of the apartment as per my original booking. The least management could have done was offer me a discounted rate on the room( how is the cost for a room on the road side the same as the cost for an apartment with kitchenette and garden view anyway?) . Overall very disappointing.

Room service. Attentive host. The area/neighborhood is safe, yet walking distance to restaurants/groceries/ATMs.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Nantes Vue in Paarl was an incredible experience. We booked this accommodation for our guests attending our wedding in Paarl, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made. The property exceeded all expectations and provided a wonderful stay for my family and all of our guests. There were more than enough rooms and space to comfortably accommodate everyone, which made the whole experience very relaxed and enjoyable. The location was also perfect — very close to our wedding venue and still not far from the city centre. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and picture perfect. It also provided the perfect setting for some of our pre-wedding photos, which made the experience even more special. We would highly recommend Nantes Vue to anyone visiting Paarl, especially for special occasions or group stays.

The loft was truly exceptional—beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It offered the perfect blend of privacy and luxury, making it an ideal space to unwind, reflect, and prepare for our big day. Waking up in the loft, surrounded by breathtaking views, made the experience even more memorable and special. The attention to detail throughout the property, combined with the warm hospitality, made Nantes-Vue feel like a true home away from home. We are deeply grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Nantes-Vue, especially the loft, to anyone seeking a peaceful, elegant, and unforgettable stay.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025Der Sercive in Nantes-Vue wahr phänomenal. Jeden Tag wurde komplett sauber gemacht, Müll gelehrt, bei Bedarf Wäsche gewaschen. Das Personal und die Besitzer waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Sie war von allen dreien, die wir gebucht haben, die aller beste! Und das mit Abstand! Danke für alles!
Ich müsste wirklich viel grübeln und überlegen, bis ich etwas negatives finden würde. Daher kann ich nur sagen, dass ich absolut nichts negatives bemängeln kann.
