Reviewed Apr 13, 2026We had a fantastic and warm reception on arrival by Faith. The rooms were immaculate and the decor outstanding and more then we expected; comfortable, and had everything needed for a night away from home (even an Honesty Bar, which was such a great touch) Our breakfast in the morning, had under the big avocado tree was wholesome and equally relaxing. We did not want to leave. Overall, a true hideaway in that it was more than meets the eye.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026The garden here is absolutely beautiful – really sets the tone for the whole place. Our room felt super premium, and honestly, just wandering around in the morning before breakfast was a real treat. Speaking of breakfast, wow – it completely exceeded our expectations! The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout, the location is super convenient for getting around, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
Two small things: the shower is completely transparent into the room, so it might be worth adding some frosted glass for some privacy. Also, the door felt a bit flimsy – nothing that ruined our stay, just something we noticed.

As we were on our own in the garden rooms for one night, it felt quite solitary and lacking in atmosphere. We like light, open space and sun so the shady garden wasn’t for us. We appreciate the garden may be welcomed by others if it is very hot.
