Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Molt bonic. Ambient tranquil. Aparcament pel cotxe dins la residència. La cuina està ben equipada. Pots anar caminant a la platja i al centre del poble. Han estat molt amables i ens han deixat utilitzar la seva rentadora per netejar la nostra roba sense cap cost.
Que l'habitació estigui al pis de dalt i el lavabo al pis de baix, és molest si has d'anar-hi a la nit. Que les cortines de l'habitació siguin quasi transparents i entri tanta llum al matí. Alguns mobles estan molt gastats, sobretot al lavabo.

Reviewed May 27, 2026La struttura è nuova, silenziosa e immersa nel verde. Il giardino è molto curato e le abitazioni sono nuove e ben arredate. Ho trovato il letto molto confortevole e la doccia spaziosa e nuova! E' molto piacevole fare colazione nel patio condiviso sotto la tettoia, fronte giardino. La posizione è comodissima per andare nei locali di Las Terrenas o in spiaggia. Il personale che gestisce la struttura è stato estremamente cortese ed ospitale, e ci ha aiutato con ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo!
Considerare di fornire un cambio asciugamani extra anche a pagamento. Provvedere al ritiro dell immondizia giornalmente. Le tende bianche in camera da letto potrebbero essere sostituite con tende nero, in caso portare mascherina da notte!

Reviewed May 11, 2026Ubytování bylo skvěle umístěné, kousek od pláže. Skvělá byla také kuchyně v ubytování, ale i venkovní kuchyně. Bazén byl čistý a několikrát jsme viděli, že ho čistí… hostitel byl nápomocný, poradil, vše zařídil a udělal náš pobyt naprosto úžasný…

Reviewed May 3, 2026le meilleur endroit ou j'ai pu séjourner à Las Terrenas: les appartements sont des bungalows séparés donc indépendants, très modernes, très bien équipés, très confortables. la clim, le wifi sont parfaits. La piscine est superbe, permet de profiter de baignades et moments de détente. L'hotel est bien placé, dans un environnement calme et à quelques minutes à pied des restaurants et du bord de mer.Les hotes sont aux petits soins et très sympathiques: merci à michael qui m'a aidé et conseillé au mieux. Je recommande vivement cette adresse à las terrenas et y reviendrais sans aucune hésitation

La piscina estuvo bien pero cuando estuvimos allá no estaba en condiciones al 100 y la comenzaron a limpiar ya después que nos íbamos, aparte de eso todo bien asi que estaría mejor si estuvieran un poco mas al pendiente de eso.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026El sitio es precioso, la localización perfecta para ver el pueblo de las Terrenas y a la vez visitar playas. Michael, el encargado, fue muy atento y además amigable por lo que facilitó la estancia. El nos recomendó sitios, nos ayudó en todo y encima fue un host de 10/10!
El alojamiento no estaba limpio: había montones de hormigas muertas debajo de la cama, en el somier de la cama estaba muy sucio y cada vez que pusimos el ventilador, las almohadas se llenaban de un polvo bastante grande y de hormigas (posiblemente porque las partes de los muebles por arriba no estaban limpias. Los apliques del baño todos oxidados y no en su mejor estado. El sitio tiene mucho potencial pero está dejado. Quizás sería bueno que el dueño lo revise de vez el cuando para que haya un seguimiento.

La cercanía tienes la playa principal a menos de 5 minutos caminando, seguridad de la zona, la piscina súper limpia, apartamentos super acogedores. Sin duda en Las Terrenas repetiría aquí! Wifi super bien. Está también caminado al lado de todos los bares y restaurantes de la zona. Una maravilla.
Nada en absoluto, que nos tuvimos que volver…

As janelas poderiam ser mais privativas.

The location is great, close to the beach, not a long walk to town and very peaceful and secure at night. The staff are so helpful! On the morning i was departing my rental car had a flat battery. They went out of their way to jump start my car and with a smile like it was no inconvenience at all. Thank you again for your help! I will stay for longer next time

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026- quiet location but very close to everything, restaurants and beaches (all walking distance) - having the whole house in a beautiful sorrounding with palms - swimming pool - sleeping area upstairs - good shower with good pressure - having breakfast (own breakfast) in the garden - a lot of storage space especially in the bedroom above
- Curtains not enough - the light of te son goes through quite a lot and no present in some area below (where our daughter was sleeping) - kitchen present but not well equipped - bathroom a bit dark, would be great to have some light on the cabinet above the sink - sink in the kitchen a bit clogged

W bungalow było brudno. Przydałoby się odświeżenie bo widać że dawno nie był remontowany. Klimatyzacja była zepsuta. Nie dało się jej wyłączyć a za każdy kilowat klimatyzacji się dopłaca. na szczęście udało się wyłączyć klimatyzację na stałe ale przez to było duszno. Ustaliliśmy z właścicielem że nie będziemy dopłacać za zepsutą klimatyzację. Ponadto dużo owadów w tym komary i mrówki. Ja to jeszcze dawałem radę ale żona mocno zawiedziona. Blisko do plaży punta poppy. Plus za basen ale nie korzystaliśmy z niego.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026A lovely, clean, and bright apartment in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, conveniently close to the city center. Michael was very kind, responsive, and willing to help. We were also able to do our laundry.
I didn’t like that there were ants whenever you left even a tiny bit of food anywhere.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Ubicación, zona muy tranquila alejado de todo el bullicio del centro de Las Terrenas. Muy cerca tiene la preciosa playa de Punta Poppy. Zona de piscina y cocina exterior. Apartamento muy amplio de dos plantas. El chico encargado, Michael, de 10. Nos ayudó en todo, muy simpático y atento.
El colchón nos resultó un poco incómodo. Habitación con mucha claridad por las mañanas para poder dormir, ya que amanece muy temprano.

Michael y Yasmin hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa, con mil detalles que marcaron la diferencia. ¡Gracias amigos por unas vacaciones inolvidables!

Hacen pagar el consumo del aire acondicionado a parte. El chico al llegar anota el consumo en ese momento del aire de tu villita, y a partir de ahí cada kW a 15 pesos. En el momento del check out me di cuenta de que los kW anotados por él eran muy por debajo Del Real, había anotado 60 kW menos de lo que ponía cuando llegué. Por suerte le había tomando una foto y pude discutirlo. En las reglas del alojamiento incluye 15kw diarios en el precio de la reserva, pero no es así. También intento contarlos a 25 pesos y no a 15 como había dicho al principio. Ojo con esto por que ahí te quitan unos buenos pesos.

No cleaning unless asked, complained about getting extra towels and didn’t received toilet paper when asked. Everything is limited in that place. Plumbing in the bathroom and kitchen not working properly as well as A/C. Oh and besides that I had to pay for using electricity 2460 pesos. The pool wasn’t available for two days.

One toaster for 14 people, Coffee pot 😢. One guest went and bought a toaster and coffee pot😂. Lacking in kitchen supplies. Small table and no where to put anything. Shelf in bathroom, but did not like to keep cooking supplies there. Shared kitchen was okay, but for 14 people we mostly sat with plates on our laps on the coach or the chairs outside our room.

The place has a great potential but it would benefit from a little bit more attention, in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. Unfortunately there was a strong smell in the toilet.

Reviewed Jul 28, 2023I liked the location because it wasn't on the main road but it was close to it so it was easy to go around. The location was quiet and it was secured had parking and the wifi was good. I was definitely recommend staying here and I would stay there again.
I have only one complaint and that is the pool needs a little more attention

Reviewed Mar 4, 2023The apartment was very spacious and clean, the location is perfect - in a quiet street just a few meters from the beach and the street with restaurants and bars. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Cynthia was very welcoming and helpful, helped us even with a small medical emergency for which I’m super thankful.
There are no curtains on the whole first floor and the neighbouring house is just a few meters away so not a lot of privacy.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2023Everything was absolutely perfect. Danys and Cynthia are amazing hosts and are doing way above standards to make their guest confortable and feeling specials. The units are fully equipped with essentials and you also have access to an outdoor kitchen area with a BBQ and a full fridge and freezer. the vegetation surrounding the property is lush and there’s a. if secure parking to accommodate everyone. You can easily sleep 4 since the sofa bed is very comfortable. Punta Popy is a few 100 meters away and very easy to access. We will definitely be back every time we are in Las Terrenas. Dont look for anything you find your peaceful holiday getaway!

Reviewed Mar 1, 2023The outside kitchen and BBQ was a plus. Water on location to buy was a great idea. The location was within walking distance to everything. The property was safe and secure. The beaches are beautiful and the restaurants are very good.
Lots of construction around and there will be a lot more people and traffic and apartments on a small road. Although we enjoy Latin music, there is always music, sometimes very loud coming from the other road from morning until sometimes 12 at night.

A bit hard with privacy, you can see your neighbours from the other bungalows. Even if the location was close to the beach and the restaurants, you have to walk on a small street and next to the accomodation there is a work in progress building.
