We had a very comfortable stay at One Ibiza Suites. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very well suited for families. We arrived quite early in the morning, but as we were travelling with children, they kindly made our room available at around 11 a.m., which we really appreciated. They also offered us breakfast that morning as a complimentary gesture, which was a lovely welcome. The only areas that could be improved are the pools, which could be a little larger, and the service at the rooftop restaurant, where some of the waiters could have been more courteous and welcoming. Apart from that, everything was excellent. It’s a very comfortable and convenient hotel for a family stay in Ibiza

Location is great, property has everything we needed to make our stay great!

We had two single beds put together but would have preferred one queen+ bed.

La amabilidad del personal y las instalaciones junto con la limpieza del hotel. El restaurante también se come muy bien y las dos piscinas son ideales.

Por decir alguna cosa la zona no es de las zonas más tranquilas pero vaya que si buscas ambiente está bien.

Ik kan niks bedenken om te verbeteren. Alles was buitengewoon. 2de keer verbleven in dit hotel en 2x 100 punten!

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Man geht aus dem Hotel raus und ist unmittelbar am Strand. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte an manchen Stellen etwas mehr Auswahl bieten. Aber alles war richtig lecker.

Property is in a great location. But the rooms are very basic and a bit rough. Service is non existent and no manager on property to talk to. Would not stay again. Too many other nice properties on the island.

O prédio e os apartamentos são lindos, modernos e confortáveis. As duas piscinas ajudam a distribuir os hóspedes e criam na de cima uma zona sem crianças. Ótima opção para se hospedar em Ibiza.

O preço dos itens no hotel, do café da manhã à água de coco no rooftop aos produtos no frigobar, são muito altos. É uma forma antiquada de aumentar o ticket médio dos hóspedes que não se vê mais nas grandes cadeias de hotéis 5 estrelas.

Everything was excellent from the cleanliness of the rooms to the breakfast we had. Especially good is the late time until you can have breakfast!

Just got back after 5 nights here and cannot recommend this hotel enough ! We absolutely loved everything about it -the location-the staff -the breakfast and the roof terrace ! It really is a very special place and we will definitely be back !

Another great stay at this beautiful hotel. Travelled with my girlfriends for a girls weekend on b&b basis. Great location on beach front, lots of restaurants, bars and shops around. Lots of choice at breakfast with a menu for hot food. Pool area so clean and staff very helpful. Hotel orders taxis if you need to travel and we only waited a few minutes from ordering until it arrived. This hotel ticks all our boxes and we’d have no doubts about staying again,

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, modern und ist an einer super Lage. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und auch der Service ist top. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

For the money you pay - you get a real 5 star service. Starting from an excellent breakfast (which is not the same day to day) then to a full wide sunbed on a rooftop, with an amazing view of the bay and beaches, accompanied by a cocktail or snack served right to your sunbed, followed by a dinner at the rooftop restaurant - with a great quality of food and reasonable prices, and of course you get spacious rooms, comfortable beds, Balmain shower gel and shampoo… it’s all worth every euro. And my special thanks and compliments to the team!

Unusual for a review to be written during a stay but for us this isn’t our first stay at Ibiza One. We returned here for another week this year as the experience was so memorable last year. Consistency is key for hotels and setting and achieving high standards means people who have the choice take the decision to spend their holiday at a hotel that provides high quality service, food and friendly and approachable staff. The location of this hotel commanding an enviable position in the centre of the bay at Figueretes add to the attraction and the multiple pools, roof terrace and style of accommodation means the family run hotel is a top tier choice for you if you want to be looked after and made to feel welcome at all times. We are here when the hotel is celebrating its 10 year anniversary which has added even more vibrancy to the atmosphere with complimentary drinks and food. All round an amazing experience that we will be back to enjoy again next year.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel One Ibiza. Everything was perfectly organized from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. No request was too much to ask, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the dedication of the team to ensure guests have a great experience. The accommodation itself matched the description and the facilities were satisfactory. From that perspective, I have no major complaints. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly affected by the staff, who came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. Communication was not welcoming, and throughout my stay I did not feel comfortable or at ease when interacting with them. It is a pity that, despite delivering the services as advertised, the accommodation lacked a professional and hospitable approach toward guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and comfortable, and worked well for four adults. Our 2 bedroom suite was perfect (over 800 sq ft!)— 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, with a full oceanfront balcony. The rooms were quiet and I’m glad we stayed in this area (instead of Platja den Bossa, where it can get a bit too busy and loud). The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight — incredible views, great atmosphere, and some of the best food we had in Ibiza. Loved the free beach bags and hotel beach towel (both well made), plus he wonderful toiletries made in Paris. Wonderful mini bar and blackout drapes throughout. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, from arranging taxis to helping with restaurant reservations. The location was also excellent: easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and quick taxi to/from Ibiza Town (I’m sure it is walkable).

It would have been helpful to have a shelf in the shower for toiletries, and the water leaked out onto the bathroom floor after finishing shower. But they were super minor compared to all of the incredible things the hotel had to offer. I still rate it a 10 out of 10 :)

It was fantastic rooms and the food and pool were brilliant. Service was excellent throughout the stay.

We loved the location, being right on a sandy, swimmable beach, while still having 2 pools if we grew tired of the beach. The staff was exceptional and the views were breathtaking. We were able to walk to so many great spots, and the ferry to Formentera is right out front of resort. The breakfast spread had everything you could wish for and more. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Bathroom is moldy and there were no hanging racks for towels. The price paid for the room was too high to have to deal with that sort of inconveniences.

le ragazze della reception, davvero mi chiedo come si possa affidare una struttura cosi’ a delle ragazzine confuse. Arrivo ed avevo prenotato una notte, gli dico se potevo estendere il soggiorno per la seconda notte, mi rispondono che non lo sapevano e che avrei dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo . Quindi vado su booking e prenoto la seconda notte, poiche’ disponibile. Stessa tariffa, stessa camera. Scendo alla reception e mi fanno una storia, che io avevo avuto l’ upgrade (cosa che non mi aveva detto nessuno al check in) e che loro non sapevano, se avrei potuto tenere quella stanza. A parte, per quei prezzi, che modo e’ di trattare il cliente? Come si puo’ pretendere che uno aspetti la mattina, per sapere se deve fare la valigia o no? Proprio zero professionalita’

Brutta esperienza

Inizialmente tutto bene , ci dicono che la camera è pronta. Poi cambiano idea, poi ci lasciano ad aspettare senza motivo . Reclamo ma non c è nessun direttore. Rompono la nostra valigia e iniziano altre discussioni che non sto nemmeno a spiegare. Una vergogna . Incapacità di risoluzione e personale ostile. Evitate questo posto.

Prefect location, few steps from the beach/sea, many bars and restaurants nearby and ferry to/from Formentera on your doorstep. The staff is friendly, welcoming and professional, the hotel is new, well decorated and has really good facilities. Room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable - amazing views and food on the terrace.

One of the best hotels — with some of the best service — that I have ever experienced. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The beds were extremely comfortable, the internet connection was excellent, and the rooftop pool with its stunning views was truly a highlight of the hotel. The property is located directly on the beach, and the views from the rooms were absolutely beautiful. I would especially like to praise the staff and service, which were exceptional throughout our stay. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday during this trip, and the hotel prepared an amazing surprise for her — sparkling wine, snacks, and balloons in the room. Highly recommended — we would happily stay here again.

Cannot fault this hotel. The location is brilliant. Everything you need right on your doorstep. Including the beach right as you walk out the door. Rooms are very big and very comfortable. Everything is extremely clean. We had cookies left in our room in the evening which was a lovely touch. The staff really make this hotel however. They are so welcoming and could not be more helpful. Everytime you walk into the hotel they greet you so pleasantly and there is literally nothing they will not do for you. They made our whole experience so great, from ensuring we had taxis, to charging phones to just being very nice. The whole team are a credit to the hotel.
