Rien à part une litterie propre.

Nous avons été pièges par des trop belles..... il y a du progrès à faire dans la propreté de la chambre que nous occupions .Ex: réfrigérateur intérieur non nettoyé avec des denrées en perditions. Quelques cafards. Par contre la literie impeccable. Le mobilier en particulier une chaise plus ou moins hors service. Un évier rouillé sans robinet? Un climatiseur certe qui fonctionne mais avec un bruit qui vous empêche de dormir. Je ne parle que la chambre que j'ai occupé Cette chambre se trouve au RDC..pour finir le personnel est sympathique et fait ce peut pour nous être utile. Avec mon épouse nous ne voulons pas que ces remarques soient publiées mais qu'elles parviennent au gérant de cet hôtel bizarre.pour qu’il fasse mieux. Je n'ai pris aucune photos car je n'avais de quoi le faire sur le moment. Cordialement

Posizione vicina all aeroporto per noi utile dato che usata come base d appoggio per riprendere un volo il gg successivo alle 05.00 del mattino.

Quartiere molto trasandato Le foto non rispettano la realtà. La camera odorava molto di muffa, le pareti erano umide, c erano diverse zanzare, fortuna che c era l aria condizionata. Lenzuola e letto puliti. Bagno poco curato e soprattutto gravi problemi di pressione dell acqua, la doccia faceva uscire gocce centellinate di acqua ovviamente fredda.😅 Consiglierei di migliorare questo aspetto. Fare la doccia e stato un impresa.

I never got to stay there because the one O book a family room . There's no family room and I asked for refund the manager that they let me talked said I can get fully refund. What happened now ? Where's the refund money. No intigrity and no values in this company at all.

Honesty and values needed this company to assist the customer and intigrity. Stop all the promising and lies . I've been waiting for long time now.

L'hôtel ne correspond pas avec les photos de booking,le personnel très désagréable,pas d'ascenseur,les chambres insalubres , cheveux et draps sale ,la salle de bain très sale ,je n'ai même pas osé m'asseoir sur les wc ,le lavabo noir de crasse,des bêtes dans la salle de bain,des trous dans les murs,un vieux lit traîné dans la chambre, odeur de moisissure dans la chambre, par curiosité j'ai regardé sous le lit des boîtes de chaussures,des saletés jamais nettoyer.Nous avons cherché un autre hôtel,fuez cet endroit,je pensais pas que booking puisse mettre un hôtel pareil à la location, c'est une honte.

Very low standard of the room. Doesn't correspond to the photos. High volume on old aircondition. The room need to be restaured.

the staffs are not accommodating and unfriendly. They don't even make effort to resolve the problem.

Οι φωτογραφίες που δείχνουν για το ξενοδοχείο δεν έχουν καμία σχέση Ήταν πάρα πολύ βρόμικο και πάρα πολύ φασαρία από τους ιδιοκτήτες Δεν τους ενδιαφέρει εάν έχουν πελάτες Πολύ κακό ξενοδοχείο δεν το συνιστώ σε κανέναν!!!!!

the location is very dodgy. Not a place to walk out at night. The toilet drains were very smelly. Other Red Doors have been good.

Everything. When I booked online it looks like ok the photos but when I was there was different. Very confusing the address they gave us two addresses.

For us travelling with connecting flight is well convenient because it was very near to the Airport.. the Room is small but good and clean even the Staff are good and accommodating..

When hopping into the taxi at NAIA, when the taxi driver realised the adress of the hotel, he refused to take us there. According to hon the area is inhabited by "squatters, drug dealers and other criminals". He claimed it is to dangerous even to drive there at night time. And absolutely not walk. He made us book another hotel instead and drive us there with no extra charge. So to us it seemed legit.

It was in a dark back alley. Absolutely unsafe for tourists. The taxi driver would not drop us off there and agreed it was unsafe for tourists.

Dark. Dirty. And a very bad area. Especially for someone that is new in the area. All eyes were upon us. It was not as it was presented in the photos

Absolument tout, c’était vraiment très sale, la climatisation, ventile, et ne refroidit pas, le réfrigérateur ne fonctionne pas, mais en plus une odeur nauséabonde en sort, la salle de bain est horrible, la pomme de douche ne tient pas au tuyau, car c’est cassé, je n’ai même pas osé m’asseoir sur les toilettes, beaucoup beaucoup, beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir, des raz bas de l’escalier

Rien sinon l'emplacement . Les petites rues autour sont très sympas mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien. C'est la seule chose positive dans cet hôtel.

Tout est horrible et surtout l'odeur. La salle de bain est détériorée La climatisation est très faible.Le prix est deux fois trop élevé. Mais bon pour une nuit ça passe mais ne vous attendez a rien d'agréable

No elevator! Dirty and bad smell facilities! Restrooms not working! Cockroaches everywhere! Needed renovation and general cleaning.

The stay was cheap. Airconditioning was fine and the bed was comfy enough. The stairs was quite narrow if you have huge luggages but the staff were kind enough to assist with the lifting. The office provided printing services for a fee but it's manageable especially there are no printing offices nearby.

Bathroom utilities could use some deep cleaning.

The bathroom was very dirty and its door was broken . Include Also the mattress (kutson )very messy .

The mouldy smell was the first thing to notice but we checked in thinking it was just a leak near reception. When we got to the room, The roof was falling apart and completely covered in black mould. Staff was very unhelpful and was more concerned about watching the show on TV than helping us move bags when we said we would not stay due to the space being toxic and damaging. We had to leave immediately and the staff told us there were no refunds.

Staffs are loud.. the room is stinky and even the floor and wall is moist that feels like its so dirty,,, linens and towels and slightly wet when it was provided

The ambience and the setting are amazing. The owner and the staff really made my stay an absolutely amazing experience and I would thoroughly recommend coming here. 5 stars from me.

The room is too small. I got a small old bed with a hard spring you can feel it when lying down. I don’t feel comfortable with my bed it seems messy. Under the bed is too gross and disgusting. No blanket but just a piece of cloth like a shit!

Just somewhere to stay for a couple of hours after a long trip that got in at 5 am. Paid with booking.com, but they said they never received it so had to pay again.

Very close to terminal 1. 200 peso’s taxi ride. Rip off merchants outside the airport wanted 1500. I’d paid upfront for the accommodation early January, but the property still hadn’t been paid, so had to pay again. (Only $40 by 2, Aus, so no huge drama) Comfortable bed was good at 5am when we arrived. But kids playing in reception at 8 was a pain.

You get what you pay for.

The rooms is tiny but i had everything i need

The staff tried to book an outside car for me but it cost 300 for an airport drop-off but uber was lesser. They were trying to rub me.
