Apartament ma dwie sypialnie z oddzielnymi łazienkami, duży salon i kuchnie. Lokalizacja jest super, bo zaraz za murami Mediny jednocześnie w nowoczesnej dzielnicy. Budynek jest ładny, jest ochroniarz, który jest miły i interesuję się kto wchodzi. Zaraz na dole jest Carrefour, w którym można płacić kartą. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona. Apartament ma wysoki poziom i jest bardzo czysty. Ma ładny widok. Naprawdę dałbym 11/10 jakby można było. Polecam

C’est sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs appartements où séjourner à Marrakech, et ce pour plusieurs raisons : le confort, les équipements et l’emplacement idéal. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi, une cuisine complète, une cafetière pour les amateurs de café, une machine à laver avec sèche-linge, un grand réfrigérateur, ainsi qu’une clim (que nous n’avons même pas eu besoin d’utiliser grâce au beau temps durant notre séjour). Le parking sécurisé en sous-sol est un vrai plus, et l’accès direct à l’appartement par ascenseur apporte beaucoup de confort (2 Douches avec jacousie et italienne). Juste au pied de l’immeuble, vous trouverez un Carrefour Market très pratique pour faire vos courses. La localisation est excellente : à seulement 12 minutes à pied de la mosquée Koutoubia et de la place Jemaa el Fna, et à environ 15 minutes de Guéliz. Les taxis sont faciles à trouver et très abordables ; par exemple, le Jardin Majorelle est accessible pour environ 50 DH... Nous avons aussi profité de notre voiture pour découvrir les magnifiques paysages du désert d’Agafay, à seulement 40 minutes, ainsi que la superbe vallée de l’Ourika, setti-Fatma ... Un grand merci à Monsieur AOUANE pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa communication toujours rapide et agréable. Les gardiens de l’immeuble sont également très sympathiques et serviables. Je recommande cet appartement les yeux fermés et je lui attribue la note maximale de 10/10 !

L'emplacement idéal pour visiter Marrakech. Garage en sous-sol parfait pour avoir l'esprit tranquille. Carrefour market pour quelques courses. L'appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos. C'est parfait pour quelques jours. Les concierges sont très sympathiques.

Υπήρχαν κάποιες μικρές λεπτομέρειες που χρήζουν συντήρησης στο διαμέρισμα.

La vicinanza al centro storico

I enjoyed a large apartment 10 min walking distance to the centre. Large and well equipped kitchen. Spacious living room. I will come again.

Excellent apartment, well secure and perfect location right in the middle between the Medina and the new town. Can walk anywhere of interest. The host was superb, responsive and helpful.

Nothing not to like

La Fontaine is in a great location, being a short walk from the Square. It is spotlessly clean and a quiet, comfortable stay was enjoyed. Thanks also to the security staff who were always there to answer questions with a friendly smile.

The Wi-Fi was intermittent at times and just a little caution needed for the quick door closure of the lifts. City maps and a few hygiene products like shampoo and shower gel would be appreciated for the first evening at least.

I appreciated the property’s central location and the smooth check-in process. The parking area was spacious, easily accommodating larger vehicles. Each room was equipped with heaters, which made the stay comfortable. Having Carrefour literally next door was a great convenience

The listing did not mention that parking incurs an additional charge. I don’t mind paying £5, but this should be clearly stated on the booking page

La ubicación es perfecta,está a 10 minutos paseando de la plaza principal. El apartamento cuanta con todo lo necesario. Debajo hay un carrefour para comprar todo lo necesario.

24 hour security and the guard was very pleasant and polite.

Even though we were met on arrival by a security guard who was pleasant, polite, and helped us with our luggage, unfortunately that’s where the positives ended. The apartment was a good size, but for a family of four staying three nights you would expect more than one tea towel, one rubbish liner, and enough cutlery for everyone. Having bowls without cracks would also make the stay a lot more comfortable. The fridge and freezer still had food left in them from previous guests, which was disappointing. The second bedroom had no hooks to hang bathroom towels and no closet or wardrobe for clothes, so we ended up living out of our suitcases – not what you would expect when paying for an apartment. On top of all this, the Wi-Fi was terribly bad and kept dropping out, which made the stay even more frustrating.

Very easy instructions to get into the property. It was well equipped and was very spacious for a family of four.

מיקום נחמד, לא בלב העיר, יותר באזור החדש, מתחת למקום יש סופר גדול של קרפור, הדירה הייתה נקייה ומאובזרת,יש שומר בכניסה והאזור שקט למדי,סהכ׳ נקי, נעים והדירה גדולה ומרווחת.

הבעלים של המקום ניסה לבקש ממני לשלם במזומן למרות שחוייבתי באשראי דרך בוקינג, ואז הוא ניסה לעבוד עלי שאבקש החזר מהם ובנתיים אשלם במזומן, כשהוא הבין שזה לא יקרה, אחרי 20 דקות של צעקות הוא ויתר והתנצל, זה לא היה נעים והשאיר טעם מר.

The kitchen needs renovation , very old with few broken cabinets Falling out The main shower , slippery not safe for people with disability and mobility issues . There was no hair dryer . Eventually we got one after three days of negotiation.

Situado en un barrio precioso a 20 minutos de la Medina conectado por una avenida amplia y un parque enorme y muy cuidado. La casa tiene las habitaciones, salon y cocina muy amplios, con vistas preciosas del amanecer. Porteros 24 horas, super amables, para darte información, conseguirte un taxi... gracias a ellos. Carrefour debajo abierto de 8.30 a 22. Lejos del bullicio de la Medina pero cerca para acercarte caminando dando un paseo. Inmejorable

Solo un pequeño detalle, que ni siquiera lo tengo en cuenta al ser el resto perfecto....faltaba un secador de pelo. Viajamos con Ryanair con una mochilita y contábamos con un secador en el apartamento. Además es que tiene todos los electrodomésticos necesarios y mas... tostador hervidor, cafetera de capsulas....lavadora y secadora...

Excellent location, clean and comfortable stay with everything we needed.

Nothing major, but the AC was a bit noisy with some leakage of draining water and the light bulb in one room was not working well.

Aangenaam appartement met alle nodige faciliteiten! Zeer proper en ruim. De airco en ventilator waren zeer welkom in de hitte van Marrakesh. Vlakbij een Carrefour wat praktisch was. Aanrader om met je gezin of vrienden te logeren.

Residence La Fontaine is elegant and well situated – not far from the main transport hubs and only a kilometre from Kutubia and Jama F’na. Our appartment was clean and modern and all the facilities worked. The security personnel were polite and helpful.

There were originally three in our party when I made the booking, but then another friend joined us – I informed the management of this and paid an additional supplement. With four in our party we needed one room with a double bed and the other room with two single beds. Unfortunately both rooms had double beds – so in order to accommodate three ladies’s preferences, I had to book another single room appartment at another Residence. This was not convenient for me, but I hasten to add that this extra cost in my having to book another room elsewhere was not the management’s fault: when I first made the booking for three people, two double bedrooms were fine.

Reasonable price, clean and there is a supermarket next door which make it convenient

Windows cannot be locked that make us feel insecure. They should repair all windows so can be locked!

There is not a single bad remark. Everything was more than excellent. From the friendliness of the apartment owner, the equipment with all necessary devices, WiFi, to the perfect cleanliness. Excellent value for money. Excellent starting position for sightseeing.

This was just an overnight stay, and the apartment was perfectly located to get to restaurants etc. It’s on a main road but there is very little noise inside the property. It’s very spacious and there was plenty of hot water and fluffy towels.

A well kept apartment, in a very quite neighbourhood. Perfect for a short or a long stay in Marrakesh. I think it’s a great location, it is out of Madina so I was not sure first but it’s actually better, very nice around here, and one can easily relax. A nice 15-20 min walk from the square. Taxi is also very easy to get from here to the square from 20-30 DH. Use In-Drive app for best rates. After spending the day in the hustle and bustle of the square and old city, this part of the city is such a contrast, wide roads, newer buildings, not many tourists around, so you will meet friendly locals who aren’t trying to sell you anything or expats who can guide you to best kept secrets of the city. The host is very helpful, we landed a few hours earlier and they arranged an early check in for us, at no extra cost, and any issues we had were taken care of swiftly. Spacious, and very home like feeling staying there with family. The balcony has a nice sunrise view. The apartment is very nice, having washing machine helped us travel light, having kitchen helped us make or warm up food ourselves, there is a coffee machine and a Moka pot, the staff are also very kind, Amina was so gentle and loving towards my kids, the guards in the building are also super friendly. There is a Carrefour supermarket next door, makes it super convenient for a long stay. Highly recommended and I would book again, perfect for a group of 4 people.

This time on our stay, some neighbours started doing some work in their apartment, The noise wouldn't let us sleep.

This apartment was very worth for the money. We spent two days in this oasis in the middle of rush city of Marrakech. We have travelled on motorbikes which we have parked inside the underground garage, the apartment was spacious and very good equiped. We had washingmachine and also dryer and two bathrooms

Brilliant location between the old town and the new town, security on 24 hours a day. Gorgeous apartment, spotless with all amenities. Oh and such a comfy bed.

The windows of the bedroom face the park, it was a noisy neighborhood and there are drug addicts in the park and on the street

Host is rude, the communication was awful. One of the rooms don't have door handles (is broken) so if you're not careful, you'll get stuck in the room. Bad WiFi. Other things broken in the house. Apartment was not clean at all.

Location is very good. Supermarket is right next door. Railway station is a 10 min walk away. Medina and Jemaa el-fnaa (main square) is 30 mins walk. Plenty of good restaurants within 3 min walk. The property has 2 bathrooms which is a real bonus.

This place was great stayed there for 5 days. It’s clean, spacious and it’s close to everywhere and the owner is amazing and recommended a good spa and directions to places.

The owner tried to overcharge us twice. On the day after we had prepaid the apartment, she suddenly demanded 50 € from us for two children - although the children were included in the price of our reservation. We asked Booking.com for help, and Booking.com told us not to pay the extra 50 € the owner requested. However, on the day of our arrival, the owner demanded again 50 € from us. We asked Booking.com again for help, and Booking.com intervened so we finally did not have to pay the 50 €. The heating system in the apartment did not work at all, so it was pretty cold at night. It might be a good idea avoid this apartment and its owner if you can.

The location is ideal, located right between the medina (1km) and Gueliz (1km) There is a carrefour supermarket below the building so this is also very convenient. Comfortable and spacious apartment, comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything, microwave, washing machine dryer, coffee machine toaster ans electric kettle. Staff (amina) and security were all so friendly and helpful as well and looked after me! I would definitely book this apartment again!

I loved everything. Minor point was it wasn’t mentioned in booking but due to my long stay (1 month) there were additional cleaning charges which would have been good to know before making booking.

Localization perfect, apartment 24 hours guarded, underground garage!!!, contact with owner 10/10. He assisted us with all details immedtiately. Kitchen fully equipped, Carrefour in the same building. Not any noise at night. I ve been travelling for 25 years, saw many apartments. This one is on the top of my list.

For now I can not find anything to improve.

We stayed here for one night before catching a flight we just used it to sleep, it was clean and comfortable, the only thing is there was only bedding for 4 people and we booked for 6. No extra bedding 2 of us slept on the sofa bed with the throw from the beds we did get cold at night.

Clean and well appointed appartment with very good bathrooms and kitchen. Good internet and Netflix. Supermarket on the ground floor.

As with ALL Moroccan construction no effort made to sound insulate the walls and floors. Windows to street were insulated and worked well. The internal noise is loud. You need ear plugs.

Relatively modern apartment located between the Medina (souk and mosque) and the commercial area (Carre Eden mall) and larger hotels. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are large with a big kitchen and washing and drying machines. Very good for self catering with a large Carrefor store next door. Air con and sound-proofing were good and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also a good size with very good water pressure and temperature. The property has elevators and with views from the living rooms of the upper floors (we were on floor 2) to the neighbouring park and fountain. Our apartment (2 bedrooms) had a full sized dining table and comfortable lounge. There was plenty of storage space. Taxis are cheap and staff were great with negotiating prices before the journey starts, but best to have local currency.

Not much to dislike, especially as the price represents very good value for money. Kitchen equipment was good (toaster and electric kettle for foreigners), but could be better (tongs, large sharp knife) and cleaning equipment (scourer etc) but this is minor. The souk is a 20 min walk but not great in the heat of the day. There is no information for operating air con so it is trial and error. Although furnishings are modern they are a bit dated.
