Muy bien ubicado, justo en el centro de la ciudad, llegas caminando a mercados, museos, el andador turístico y el zócalo, las instalaciones limpias y su personal fue muy amable todo el tiempo.

Nunca hubo buena recepción de internet y la actitud del personal, algo pesado cuando llegué al lugar

La ubicación es perfecta, los cuartos son bonitos y limpios.

Se tarda en salir el agua caliente, la tele nunca prendió y hubo una almohada que estaba muy dura, pero... sólo fue una almohada de 6.

MUY DESCUIDADOS LOS BAÑOS, LAS TOALLAS ROTAS, SABANAS MUY VIEJAS, ALMOHADAS VIEJAS, LIMPIEZA QUE SE DA A DESEAR, TELEVISIONES MUY PEQUEÑAS, NO VALE EL COSTO QUE SE PAGA.

La ubicación es excelente, esta a una cuadra del zócalo y la catedral. muy a la mano todo el centro histórico y unos pasos del mercado 20 de noviembre y Benito Juárez. la habitación era amplia y fresca.

en esta ocasión nos toco una habitación que daba a a calle, y todas las noches escuchamos mucho ruido y musica que provenía de una terraza a dos locales del hotel :(

Good spacious room and convenient to the center of the city

It did not have a blanket on the bigger bed, could have benefited from having a small couch or seats to use while in the room.

Location is great, staff washelpful and provided good customer service.

The street noise is loud. The windows and doors are not sound insulated, lots of morning noise from customers and cleaning staff

There’s no sheets on the bed. There was just a thin blanket on the bed and it was dirty. There was no hot water TV didn’t work no coffee pot nothing you Booking.com had books 2 rooms and then it paid for the two rooms which was a mistake and they wouldn’t give me my money back on one of the rooms

The room was clean and the location was excellent.

For the cost of the room per night, , the quality of thee room could have been better. The photos on Booking.com of the room did not match the actual look of the room. .

This is my first stay at this hotel. The Location is excellent, very clean, room and bathroom sizes were very comfortable spaces. Good daylight. Staff was very nice. Excellent value for the money

Great location right next to an amazing food market. The staff are very helpful. Water is available at reception, they were also able to store my bags for a full day before my night bus. The rooms are a great size, I didn't have any issues with noise either.

The WiFi wasn't fantastic from my room but worked well in the common arears.

The bathroom smelled bad. The First Gentleman who welcomed us wasn’t really friendly. The rest of the days we did not have any contact with someone else. The place does not looks like properly clean eve due there is people cleaning public areas.

I do not have soap or shampoo at the room , and the zinc was clogged and the time waiting for hot water

Arrived around 5pm 2 rooms weren't ready. 1 room was smelling like sewage so I asked for another room, 2 rooms the bathroom smelled like urine and it looked like every room was rushed clean. I had to buy air freshener for all 5 rooms.Very disappointed with the hotel and Booking.com .

Amazing location near zocalo and Mercado 20 de Noviembre.

A/C didn't work on my and other guests' rooms. There was no hot water available due to their solar water heaters being inefficient. Of the 4 nights I spent here, only one day I had a hot shower.

It is located very close to the historic center and right next to the markets. The AC worked great. There is a comedy club upstairs on the weekends. The only thing worth it is the location.

It looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel itself needs a lot of maintenance. The bathroom smelled very funky. There is no wifi in the rooms, only in the common areas. It says you have access to netflix, but we were only able to watch local tv after setting it up ourselves. The sheets did not feel clean. You could hear music from the bar next door until 3am.

Since it’s right next to the mercado, it’s noisy. Wifi- connects, disconnects, connects, disconnects They need to fix the toilet inserts. Went to go flush, and chain broke, had to pull a Mcguver.

We arrived 14h30, they said check-in was at 15h, then we have to wait until 16h because rooms were not ready yet!

Location is great. Only 2 blocks from the zocolo. Next to the markets and close to the shuttles to Monte Alblan. The rooms were spacious enough. Bathroom worked fine and was big enough. Air-conditioner worked well. One female staff member was sweet. Baggage storage was helpful.

The staff were indifferent. No communication in any way after many attempts to greet them or ask advice. They seemed more interested in watching TV. No thanks for staying or even a smile. Staff often slept on couches in the lobby including children. The laundry piled up in the hotel entrance and the lobby toilets sold as public toilets is a bad look for business. The WiFi was poor. Often dropping out right under the modem. Little signal in the rooms. Beds and pillows are like stone slabs. We had coffee supplies but no machine. The floors were filthy in the room. The 3rd floor was littered with garbage, alcohol bottles, planters full of cigarette butts. Be advised! Saturday night had a comedy/music night untill 2am and cleaning untill 3am with no warning to guests. Not sure how often this occurs but it is loud in the hotel. Read the hotel rules. It's hilarious. Don't leave out any wet clothes. They will put them in the trash if they beleive that you rinsed them in the room. Cold water in showers. Okay place to pass one night but not worth extended stays.

Hotel and room did not match pictures or description. Dirty and dated. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Bathroom unsanitary, bugs coming out of drain. Holes in ragged towels. Wifi did not work in room. Staff and Manger were rude.

No hot water and no AC temperature knob. It was just on the cold setting, very cold setting but room got hot if AC was off.

Wifi does not reach to the rooms. Only reception. Hot water not working. Linen was dirty. They overcharged us and said they would refund us but during the whole of our stay the manager (who was apparently the only one able to refund the amount) never came. Always was ‘the next day’. The security man overnight fell asleep and we stayed locked out the hotel for 20 minutes

There is NO hot water in shower! the staff does not make you feel warm when check in. It is not worthwhile for the money.

Where to start…. There is NO WIFI in any room (according to the lady at the reception). I asked if I could use the wifi in a private space as I was working, I was told by the lady at the repetition “why are you traveling if you’re working”, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. The next day, a different lady gave me the password to access the Wifi in the communal area. The room was dirty (I had to walk around with my shoes because the floor was so gross), there were ants and insects in the room too. The water was smelling horrible. And to top it all of, it was impossible to sleep because of the noise outside our door. A handy man was banging on metal with the music on full blast at silly hours. The worst experience I’ve had in a hotel.

Location in Downtown area. Next to food markets and local souvenirs, museums

Hotel is not well kept, noisy mattress, short blankets, towels with holes, no wifi in rooms, not good sprinkling showers, terrible staff attention.

Close to the Zocalo square and restaurants. if you want street cart food this is a good location for that. Otherwise nothing.

Total disappointment. Bed was so hard we both had shoulder pain. Shower had no hot water. Thin crunchy bath towels. no wash cloth or hand towel. spent one night out of four and moved to a wonderful B&B

Excellent location, right in the centre. Comfortable rooms and very helpful staff.

The internet in the rooms was faulty, but the one downstairs in the lobby worked. So had to be downstairs to be connected to WiFi. Other than that, all was great.

The location was the best. The beds, linens and closet space, lots of drawers to unpack luggage, table and coffee maker. The staff was wonderful.

Hot water comes out after 5 min of running the shower. It will come. The wifi in the common areas outside of the rooms is good but some might think inconvenient. Once you step outside its strong, there are tables & chairs in the terrace.

The staff super nice and great service. Our TV wasn’t working right, but one of the staff politely fixed it.

It was within walking distance to places I wanted to visit.

Shower drain stinks, especially when in use.

The hotel was close to almost every place we visited. That was definitely what we'd liked the best.

The street became very narrow since my last visit, which was difficult to unload baggage. The one thing we hated the most wi-fi was rally bad everywhere. The bathroom sink was not in very good shape, It looked duty. The shower wall was broken and dangerous , the last thing was the shower smelled horrible every time we showered. I'm not sure I'll visit this hotel again or even recommend it.

Beds were not very comfortable. Only got hot water after opening the shower and waiting for around 10-15 mins. Also, there was a table outside our room and someone was constantly sitting there. It was a strange invasion of our privacy, and he left so much rubbish outside our room that was never cleaned up.
