Reviewed Jun 21, 2026La ubicación es muy buena, desafortunadamente nos toco el plantón del CNTE y no había acceso a la calle con transporte, pero si le quitan eso esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del zócalo, de los mercados y de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. El personal nos ayudo con un diablito a transportar las maletas hasta el hotel.
Ocupamos ocho habitaciones, a la hora del check out nos estaban pidiendo toallas que jamás estuvieron en las habitaciones, nuestro error fue no reportar que solo teníamos toallas de mano y no de cuerpo, en algunas habitaciones había toallas de mas y en otras no había, a la salida nos indicaron que faltaban toallas en dos habitaciones. Sugiero que si se hospedan aquí revisen al llegar cuantas toallas tienen y si no tienen lo reporten en recepción para evitarse malos ratos a la salida. El hotel esta en un edificio antiguo por lo que no tiene elevador, no es recomendable para quienes no tienen buena movilidad subiendo escaleras con maleta.

Los colchones estan horribles, super duros, es como dormir en una cama de piedra, el cuarto es muy pequeño y no tiene ventilación, hace mucha calor. solo tiene un ventilador ruidoso, y la ventana da a un pasillo por lo cual no hay privacidad por que la cortina no cierra bien, tuvimos que dejar la puerta del closef abierta para que no se viera desde afuera, el control de la tele esta mal configurado y es muy dificil de usar, si vaz de vacaciones como fue mi caso, la incomodidad de la habitacion arruina toda la experiencia, cero recomendaria este hotel.

Pedi más papel a recepción y me dijeron que no había, que solamente está disponible lo que dejan cuando se hace la limpieza de los cuartos, así que tuvimos que comprar nuestro propio papel para el baño Estuvimos sin agua caliente un par de noches.

the room was small. it was facing an inner court with a roof abve it so there was no natural at all. you coudnt rell if it is night or day. there was a lot of noise from the guests on other rooms

We came for the Radish Festival and subsequent Christmas activities and were always just steps away from the festivities. The hotel is noisy as many have reported but this is because it is historic tile and plaster walls. The rooms are very small, but comfortable for sleeping. We do not travel to stay in our rooms anyway, so we were fine and the price was attractive. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as our Spanish was not so good.

It can be noisy. And there are rooms which have no ventilation to the outside, so we found that lobbies and hallways were quite cooler than the inside of the rooms.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2023The location is perfect, right by the main Zocalo. It's not directly in front which allows you to avoid all the noise. The room is small but cozy and the hot water is great. There is a mini-market next door and an Oxxo on the other side.
The internet was really bad, only a 2 mbp upload speed! I had a scheduled video call for work I had to cancel because the internet signal was too weak :( The window panels were missing in the bathroom and it opened up to a hallway. I could hear all the conversations from the cleaning staff and they could probably hear me as well. The bed was too hard.

It is simple bedding and tight rooms, but it was just for sleeping, so it was perfect. very clean and the cleaning lady was so helpful and nice. Also the reception, except from one man who received us the day we arrived. he was not very helpful and did not want to take the pay in cash for our reservation, because we book it in line. no customers empathy or help. Otherwise everything was great and we love it.

Lack of ventilation in room although an immobile fan set towards you or you must turn it off and room is an oven. Room side above a speed bump so lots of traffic.

The beds are BRUTALLY hard, no Heat or AC. The windows are horrible, more like blinds that let all the hot (during the day) and cold (at night) air in and offer zero noice protection, so you can hear everything that is going on. Add that the the hard bed, and you will have very little sleep.
