This was my first time staying in a hostel, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. I met some amazing new friends and was able to explore Barcelona with them during parts of my stay. The hostel was clean, well‑maintained, and having a bathroom inside the room was a major plus. I stayed at another highly rated hostel in Valencia afterward, and this one was light years better in every way.

One of my friends in another room unfortunately had some money taken from his bag, along with two other travelers in that same room (room of 4). The hostel clearly promotes locking your belongings in the provided storage drawers, which are large enough to hold even my 19.5 kg suitcase. They also offer locks for purchase, so this situation ultimately came down to the travelers not securing either their personal bedside compartment or the luggage drawer beneath the bed.

I like its location and the cleanliness of the room and alao the staff is all friendly.

I dont like that my head is reaching the upper bed when im imside my bed.

We had 2 beds in 4-bed room. Roommates were great, we made new friends, room was clean and spacious, great breakfast every morning for reasonable price. 10min walk from Sagrada familia.

Yeah Hostel is the best place in Barcelona if you’re young and travelling solo or with a small group. The photos reflect reality: it’s clean, the beds are comfortable, and the rooftop is absolutely incredible, with a beautiful view. There are plenty of things to do, and the meals are really good. I definitely recommend the bar crawl and the guided tour. A special shout-out to Mario, our guide, who really helped us discover Barcelona’s culture, history and architecture. He’s a genuinely nice guy who knows how to make people feel comfortable. And how could I not mention Joao, who also runs some of the pub crawls. I had some great conversations with him. He’s genuinely a great human being with a big heart, and he’s also very interesting, kind, sincere and funny. They really made the trip go from great and cool to something truly exceptional. When I come back to Barcelona, I’ll definitely stay at Yeah Hostel again. Thank you to the whole team!

Super comfy beds and plenty of storage in the provided draw! Staff were so lovely and super helpful + the bar crawls are definitely worth going to :) Perfect for solo female travellers, I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay and met some amazing people!

Friendly staff, great location close to the metro line, the breakfast buffet was fantastic and the price was decent providing how expensive Barcelona can be. Oh and it was super clean!

Since I am tall I struggled to get comfy in the upper bed a bit.

The property is in a very convenient location, with most of the main attractions just a 10–15 minute walk away, which made sightseeing very easy. The metro station was also close by. The reception staff were excellent and provided a high level of service, with fluent English that made communication effortless.

The behaviour of the housekeeping staff left a lot to be desired. The bathroom floor in our room had not been cleaned properly. Since we were short on time and did not want to call someone and wait for them, we ended up cleaning it ourselves. However, on one occasion, one of the housekeepers unexpectedly entered our room and started cleaning despite the fact that we were still in our pyjamas. She did not speak any English at all, and our attempts to ask her to leave were unsuccessful. Although the cleaning itself took around 20 minutes, the whole situation made us feel quite uncomfortable and was not appropriate. The hostel should also consider replacing the rainfall showerheads with handheld showerheads. It is quite difficult to shower under a rainfall shower without splashing water all over the bathroom.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thank you for such an amazing stay and for making my time in Barcelona so memorable. The facilities in both the room and hostel were great, and everything was clean and comfortable. I loved the family dinners and bar crawls at night as they brought everyone together, and I met some amazing people. All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Pablo, he’s the best!! He has such a warm and positive energy and makes everyone feel at home. I also really enjoyed the walking tour with Mario! I’ll definitely be back ❤️

A cama é bastante confortável, e a cortina em cada cama traz uma excelente privacidade.

Infelizmente, nas quatro noites que passei no hostel o ar condicionado não estava funcionando e tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta e estava bastante barulho na rua.

Buena ubicación, muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda, los espacios comunes súper bien, una chica de recepción excelente muy buena disposición, creo que era española.

El ultimo día me quede sola en la habitación, ya se había ido los otros huéspedes y desapareció mi toalla, cuando le dije al chico de recepción me dijo que la gente de limpieza no había dejado nada. Claramente sólo ellos pueden haberla tomado, una pena le bajo todo el nivel a la experiencia. Ese mismo chico ponía la música muy fuerte en la recepción cuando era de noche y mucho reggaetón, un poco bulgar, le baja el nivel al hostel. Se notaba que había problemas entre los trabajadores, los argentinos muchas veces de malas ganas o respondían mal.

I like the hostel's location. But the Wi-Fi connection was not good. I liked the people I stayed with in the same room.

I did not like staying in the top bed. It's too high for me. Next time, I will request to stay in the bottom bed when I check in.

위치가 약간 도심지에서 벗어나 있어요. 광장까지 걸어서 30분 정도로 거리가 좀 있지만 엄청 먼건 아닙니다.

Durante a minha estadia o ar condicionado não estava funcionando no meu quarto e foi muito difícil dormir (em pleno verão)

* Atendimento: Funcionários gentis, educados e simpáticos. * Localização: Ótima, em uma região de grande movimento, próxima ao comércio, restaurantes, padarias e mercados, com fácil acesso ao metrô. * Quarto e Conforto: Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável e atendimento ao pedido de beliche inferior. O quarto de 4 camas exclusivo para mulheres é organizado, limpo e conta com banheiro e chuveiro privativos. * Estrutura: Presença de elevador (excelente para quem está com bagagens). * Alimentação: Café da manhã bem farto e com preço acessível (7 euros). O hostel também oferece um jantar comunitário completo (entrada, prato principal, sobremesa e bebida inclusa) por cerca de 12 euros.

* Horário do café da manhã: Poderia começar mais cedo (por volta das 7h ou 7h30), considerando que é uma região turística e um horário mais matutino ajudaria a aproveitar melhor o dia de passeios.

Muy bien ubicado, moderno, los espacios comunes siempre limpios. Se ve dedicación para que se mantenga en buen estado y con onda. No es para nada ruidoso pese al volumen de gente, se puede descansar muy bien. La habitación de 6 femenina excelente, con baño propio (ducha e inodoro separados uno de otros). Cama super espaciosa y cómoda, con espacio para guardar artículos personales, luz y enchufe, que se puede cerrar con candado. El espacio para guardar valijas es enorme, viene bárbaro. Cada cama con cortinita que brinda privacidad al momento de dormir. La ubicación del hostel es muy buena, tiene supermercados cerca y también a pocos metros la parada del bus 47 que te lleva y trae a Plaza Cataluña; sino también tiene cerca una parada de metro.

El personal de la noche, me llamó la atención por mandar un audio en un horario y zona no permitida cuando había otra persona haciendo videollamada y claramente no sabía que no era un espacio permitido; pero me lo dijo en un tono no muy agradable, no fue amable conmigo. Excepto esa persona, los restantes fueron súper amables y educadas, atentas. Un chico me ofreció una crema post solar ya que me vio quemada por el sol… una sola persona no va a opacar todo el staff que es un lujo! Muchas gracias por hacerme sentir hogar, lejos de mi hogar

Yo que vengo del turismo, no entiendo como tienen gente trabajando que traten mal a los huéspedes o que sean medios soberbios y 0 amabilidad (No todos) Lo digo por el morocho de la entrada y la chica de limpieza o cocinera de pelo cortito La cocina no es tan usable porque al ellos ofrecer comida está ocupada todo el tiempo y te hacen sentír que molestas y no debería ser así

The 1st 3 nights were great. The staff is nice and helpful.

But when it was the 4th night new tenent moved in and he turned off the aircon and open the window. It was so noisy outside and is so hot. I m not sure why he did this but i couldnt sleep that night. Super tired.... not the hostel fault

La cama muy cómoda y las instalaciones bien. El personal de recepción genial.

No suelo decirlo porque no me gusta señalar tan claramente pero en este caso el trato del personal de limpieza fue tan desagradable que creo conveniente expresarlo. Un par de mujeres que casi escupían con la mirada, muy muy desagradables, como perdonándote la vida. Además, dejé una bolsa con comida en mi cuarto y la tiraron sin mirar...

The shower had good water pressure, and could get hot. Incredible AC so despite the heatwave it was very comfortable inside. The shower, sink, and toilet were all separate so you didn't have to wait to use it most of the time. The room was cleaned every day, and there was a rooftop terrace where you could also buy sangria and beer. There was a little paddling pool to lie in as well, so you didn't get too hot. The dinner (for only 12 euros) you could get a full 3 course meal and free sangria/beer, and catered to dietary requirements as well (upon request). The staff were really friendly and warm. The buffet breakfast had good options, and the first floor was an entire relaxed fun game zone (bed, big table with charging ports, games, and a sofa). It looked very well maintained. It's also right in the heart of the gothic quarter, so walking to the beach was 30 mins, and up to parc guell was about 30 to 45. There is also a lift so even though it's a very tall building all areas are accessible.

Only a niggling detail that it might have been nice to have been able to adjust the thermostat slightly in the room (i.e. fan or a temp range of a few degrees), but I'm guessing this is intentional so that guests don't end up in a war with each other!

Très bonne expérience dans cet hostel! L’accueil a été chaleureux dès mon arrivée, aussi bien avec les réceptionnistes qu’avec l’ensemble du personnel, tous très agréables et disponibles. L’hostel est propre, bien entretenu et la literie est vraiment confortable, ce qui est important pour moi après une journée à parcourir Barcelone.

Le seul petit bémol concerne la salle de bain, où l’espace est assez limité et où il manque un véritable endroit pour pouvoir se changer. À part ça, rien à redire, j’ai passé un très bon séjour et je reviendrais avec plaisir!

El personal que atiende es muy amable, tienen desayuno tipo bufet y todo lo que quieras tomar a un precio muy cómodo, hacen actividades de integración como dinner party para que los turistas hagan amigos, y también hacen walking tour de 11 am y nocturno a conocer algún pub o sitio. Sus instalaciones son muy cómodas y acogedoras. Excelente ubicación

I met a girl and we connected instantly and spent all night talking at the hostel. It was one of the best nights of my whole vacation. The hostel felt safe, it was in a good location, priced fairly, and the breakfast was really good.

The staff were so friendly, which really made our stay much better. There were a few minor issues with the room, but the staff went above and beyond to sort them out. Overall, we are very grateful for our time there and truly appreciate all the staff for making it such a lovely place for everyone. Will be back 😊❤️

I think it would be great to have a few simple room rules, such as not eating warm food in the rooms or beds, or keeping phones and talking to a minimum during the night. These are similar to the standard hostel room rules that are usually posted somewhere in the room. For most travellers who use hostels, seeing these rules is quite common and is just a matter of common manners. However, for those who don’t get it, having some basic room rules written down and posted would be helpful and would surely help reduce any minor disagreements between guests.

I had such an amazing stay at Yeah Hostels! Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly. The beds were so comfortable, and the curtains made them completely pitch black, so it was so easy to sleep. 😍 A special thank you to Pablo, Nunu, Manu, Tomas and Ricky — you all made my stay so special! Pablo deserves a special mention because he is honestly one of the best hosts I’ve ever met. He is always smiling, makes everyone laugh and has such a warm, positive energy. He made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived and genuinely made me feel like I was at home. He creates such a fun atmosphere and is the kind of person who makes a hostel feel like a little family. ❤️ * Nunu — the best club guide and made sure everyone had an amazing night out! * Manu — so kind and gave the best food recommendations! * Tomas — so kind, funny and friendly! * Ricky — incredibly kind. When I was feeling sick, he gave me a banana and water for free, which was honestly so thoughtful. 🥹 Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. A very good atmosphere -- the communal events and dinners made it much easier to meet and talk to other travellers, which is a huge bonus when travelling alone or in a small group. The room had separate ensuite shower and toilet, which hugely improved capacity, and the beds had curtains. Convenient location for the metro.

Las camas son súper cómodas, el baño muy limpio y bien organizado. Las personas en recepción son súper buena onda y te ayudan con lo que necesites.

Me sentí medio lejos de la playa pero eso fue por elección mía. Y si queres dormir un poco más por el jetlag, a veces entran los del personal de limpieza sin tocar y a los gritos y golpes. Yo me asusté al principio.

Soggiorno fantastico in pieno centro! 🤩 Ho alloggiato nei dormitori dello Yeah Hostel per 4 notti e mi sono trovato benissimo. La posizione in pieno centro è imbattibile, perfetta per girare comodamente tutta Barcellona giorno e notte. Gli ambienti sono moderni, puliti e con un'atmosfera piacevole e amichevole, ideale per fare amicizia. Una garanzia per chi cerca un ottimo appoggio centrale e dinamico. Consigliatissimo! 🎒✨

Great air conditioning, comfortable bed, hot shower with good pressure. Great social atmosphere in the hostel as well, easy to make friends as a solo traveller. Good location, very close to metro stop. Rooms were quiet and easy to get to sleep.

O hostel é incrível, cama confortável, roupa de cama limpa. Bem localizado e funcionários super agradáveis. Tem um espaço onde pode ficar antes de realizar o check in, com sofás, puff e até uma cama grande. Um agradecimento especial ao Pablo que foi super querido e prestativo.

O único ponto de melhoria, seria ter mais banheiros para banho. Porque num quarto de 6 camas, tem apenas um chuveiro no quarto

Hostel staff are great, nightly evening meals are a great way to meet fellow travellers. Rooftop pool is great, as is the first floor chill area.
