Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Location great, nice little pool and the rooms were well equipped with all the stuff needed for a long weekend. Balcony furniture was great and was nice and private for a nude sun bathe :) staff all very very nice, and check jn easy as
Shower wasn't fit for purpose, holder kept slipping off and the shower tray was stupid, no lip on it, so water all over the floor.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were always happy to help and gave us some great recommendations of places to eat. It was a great way to escape the hustle and bustle of Benidorm, we were able to relax by the pool during the day. We only saw one group of rowdy lads stay here and they were refused being served after about teatime to keep the noise down, can't ask fairer that that. The new sky bar is located opposite this hotel, we went for drinks, it was lovely and the views are amazing.
More storage space in the rooms and a better shower screen as the bathroom was soaked after every shower

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The staff especially Julian, Kirsty and Niomi were fantastic! Super helpful, very friendly. Any mix up or concern was dealt with quickly even though we didn’t have many of those. The hotel feels safe and clean with a short walk to the beach.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Clean, tidy apartment in a great location near Levante Beach. Minutes away from the seafront. Welcoming reception staff, pleasant pool area. Perfect for a budget stay. The rooms were compact but adequate, plenty of soap, shower gel and clean towels were provided. The terrace was unexpectedly spacious and ours had a great sea view.
A bottle of water in the fridge and a few teabags and milk would have been a nice touch but not a major problem as there are plenty of shops selling these nearby.

Limpieza escasa,nos dieron que limpiarian al tercer día y no limpiaron nada solo nos cambiaron las sabanas y toallas.La recepcionista que nos pilló el domingo por la tarde no sabía indicarnos un sitio para cenar.Las personas extranjeras si podían fumar en las instalaciones de la piscina y los españoles no.Esto último lo vivimos nosotros.

A água saía fora da base dos chuveiros, e a limpeza dos quartos deveria ser mais bem feita, nomeadamente aspirar/varrer melhor o chão.

Não há limpeza nenhuma, deixam os lençois passado só dois dias de estarmos hospedados, E em cima da cama para os hóspedes, serem eles a trocar os lençóis, nunca me aconteceu semelhante... toalhas só de dois em dois dias é que fornecem outras.... Utensílios da cozinha muito poucos, e os poucos que tem todos velhos.... Não recomendo a ninguém!!! Já estive 3 anos em Benidorm e este foi o pior de todos...

The apartment itself is quite dated and could definitely benefit from some modernisation. Unfortunately, the online photos make it look better than it does in reality.

The Sunbed reservation was ridiculous. People not sitting on them but had towels down. The shower tray needs to be sorted as the bathroom floods with the pressure of the water. No hairdryer in apartment .

Very very noisy. Its the 2nd time we have stayed there and was noisy the first time. We really thought it was a one off. It was just noise of balconies and around the pool till 6am every night. I think the staff should have some consideration and maybe just ask them to kerb it a little. The hotel is up a hill but is do-able. Towels on beds before 6am. We know this because we were up all night at our wits end. Not enough sun beds. Probably about 15. No hairdryer. Bathroom had a musty smell when you entered the apartment.

It was absolutely filthy. Sick on the walls. Other people’s belongings in the fridge/bedroom. Bedding had marks on it. Cutlery was dirty. Doors were filthy. Skirting boards were ALL covered in god knows what. Absolutely appalling!

Ne contient pas de couvertures , et si on demandais il nous donne une petite couverture alors qu’on est deux personnes , les couvertures qui donne ne sont même pas lavée entre chaque résidents nous le sentons à l’odeur , de plus un sèche cheveux n’est pas dans la réservation il fallait le payer , la chambre que nous avons demandée ( deux lits séparés ) n’était pas respecté au moment de l’arrivée .

Reviewed May 24, 2026The staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Check in was easy and very efficient. Nothing was too much to ask for. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed. I loved the lighting in the appartment. The bed was really comfy and I had a great nights sleep. It was quiet at night. There were shops close by the hotel and the beach was in walking distance. I would definitely book this hotel again 100%.

On arrival, we had problems checking in, as booking.com said we needed photo id, which we all took driving licences This form of id was not acceptable, so we had to do a 5 hr round trip back to mazzaron to our apartment to fetch passports, so it was not a great start. Booking.com should update their details and make them clearer.

Reviewed May 21, 2026The staff at the hotel are amazing!! Couldn't do enough to help and so friendly. We have a 13 year old autistic son with us and they would go above and beyond to help and cater for everyone. Especially a lady 'kirsty' who constantly made you feel welcome. Friendly and made the holiday even more enjoyable!
This is the 5th time we've stayed at the hotel and I can't think of anything bad!

Reviewed May 10, 2026The apartments are in a great location for bars, supermarket, the beach etc and the pool area was very clean, as were the rooms. Staff were super friendly, and always someone available at reception. We had a two bed apartment which had a bigger balcony, which was good and air con in both bedrooms and the living area. Lots of cooking stuff, cups etc.
Please note, all just my preference. There was no full length mirror, and only one small mirror in the bathroom which was hard to get ready with 4 people at once. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, just body wash. Although they provided a fresh cloth, sponge and washing up liquid, there was no tea towel so we had to use a hand towel from the bathroom but that’s fine, as reception gave us more but just would be good if it was provided. The second room in the two bed is really small, and only had 3 hangers with hardly any room to put your things.
