The lights in the corridor were not working neither was the in room phone. This would not normally have been an issue but on the last night of our stay someone attempted to gain access to our room in the early hours when we were in bed. They put their arm through one of the windows and continually banged and kicked the room door. We were travelling with young children and this experience was very distressing for them. We tried to call reception from our room without success. When we tried via our mobiles the call just terminated. Luckily we had friends staying at our hotel who managed to go to reception to alert them of the incident. Security attended and said that it was probably someone confused with where their room was. They checked the perimeter but did not find anyone. 20 minutes later the same thing happened, this time they caught an individual who seemingly walked back into the hotel, passed reception, opened a fire door and climbed over the fire escape stairs to try and gain entrance to our room again. Although this sort of thing isn’t directly the hotels fault having no lighting on the landing or any way to contact reception was. After speaking to other residents on our floor the phone and lighting issue had already been addressed with the hotel a few days prior. It also transpired that the individual was not staying at our hotel or any other BCL hotel after reception ran checks on his name. Seemingly he had given at least 2 different versions of why he was trying to gain access to our room. At check out the following morning not even an apology or asking how the kids were was given. If we did not have other family members with us the help then there could have been a completely different outcome.

No estaba limpio, tienen falta de personal, la piscina cerrada no existe (es abierta y encima te tiran objetos desde las terrazas de otros apartamentos, pues está situada justo debajo), la lavandería no funcionaba y las hamacas de la piscina principal las ocupaban a las 5 de la mañana.

Que la salida fuera a las 10 de la mañana, cuando el día que entras lo tienes que hacer a partir de las 15:00h de la tarde. Cuando hay un cartel en recepción con "otros servicios". Donde indican que si pagas un suplemento puedes salir más tarde. Supongo que también será deoende de con que tipo de personas te encuentres en recepción. Porque cuando llegamos la chica que nos atendió fue, muy educada y amable. Y nos ayudó en todo. Y la ultima noche allí. No fueron ni tan amables ni tan simpáticos solo por preguntar lo del suplemento.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026We were self catering and ate out, I have stayed here couple of times and would go back. The walk to beach is ten minutes with the strip being similar distance. BCL in my opinion is fantastic value for money. A tip for any traveller take a card for directions as returning back from a night out can be difficult to get bearings.
No faults everything is there for a short break.

The pool was a good size and just what we needed and the entertainment were good, loved they had music on the speakers all day!
The showers were freezing cold, the hot water wasn’t working at all.

La habitación es muy amplia, con una gran terraza. La cocina es pequeña pero da servicio. Está andando a 4 minutos de la playa con muchos supermercados al lado por si te hace falta alguna cosa
Había pocas hamacas para estar un ratito en la piscina...pero eso es debido a que lo ingleses se adueñan de ellas... Había animación, pero por poner un pero, se podían esmerar un poquito más...cuando llegamos nos dijeron que había bingo a las 19, pero no lo hicieron. La zona del bar la tienen poco trabajada y no apetece demasiado tomarte nada allí.

Нас было 4 человека, 2 взрослых, 2 детей 10 и 13 лет. В апартаменте были 2 односпальные кровати и диван-кровать. В номере пахло не очень и когда я начал раскладывать диван-кровать, то обнаружил, что она мокрая и от дивана пахнет мочой. Матрас и подушки основания и спинки дивана были полностью мокрые, когда мы разложили диваны вонь стала невоносимой, кто-то просто мочился сверху на этот диван, причем долго и много. Нам поменяли матрас, но сам диван вонял невыносимо, оставаться в номере с детьми и ночевать было невозможно, мы попросили заменить нам номер, нам отказали по причине отсутствия свободных номеров, я попросил вернуть деньги. Деньги сразу вернули и нам пришлось искать другой отель. К персоналу на ресепшен претензий нет.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Hotel con excelente ubicación. Las habitaciones cómodas, equipadas con lo necesario, buen aire acondicionado y el personal muy amable. Varias piscinas, kids club, barcito en la piscina y el lobby muy bien.
La limpieza no fue lo que esperaba, pasan solo 1 vez a la semana y está vez solo cambiaron las toallas (sin llevarse las sucias) y realmente no limpiaron el apartamento. Y otra cosa el aparcar es casi imposible en esa zona (aunque ya no es cuestión del hotel).

Las camas eran súper incómodas y ni hablar del sofa cama, el colchón era una goma espuma que se clavaba los hierros en todo el cuerpo. Salimos de apartahotel peor que llegamos con unos dolores de espalda increíble. La animación y el personal muy bien, pero comodidad y limpieza pésima. Cuando entramos el primer dia digamos que le lavaron un poco la cara porque seguía habiendo bastante suciedad.

O segundo quarto é muito pequeno. À chegada a limpeza não estava em conformidade (muito lixo debaixo das camas). Utensílios de cozinha muito reduzidos.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026La ubicación está muy cerca de la playa y de zona de ambiente y del centro, al lado del apartamento está una de las mejores terrazas de Benidorm, algunas de las personas del personal super amable y con gran iniciativa por ayudar y hacer la estancia perfecta, el camarero del hotel es genial y súper simpático.
El alojamiento que me tocó, tenía la puerta rota, muy sucio, utensilios de cocina justos, las almohadas súper blandas como si no tuvieras, el aire tenía los filtros súper sucios y el ventilador lleno de polvo, se notaba que la limpieza fue súper ligera, la piscina siempre a las 8 de la mañana tenía las hamacas ocupadas cuando ponía en los carteles que NO se podían reservar hamacas, en toda la estancia 1 vez pudimos ir a la piscina encontrando sitio en sillas, el baño cuando te duchabas se salía todo el agua mojando todo el suelo del baño, te podías dar perfectamente con la puerta en las piernas cuando te sentabas en el inodoro eso sí se podía cerrar la puerta por qué no se cerraba del todo, la lavandería mejor no hacer uso por qué después de intentar poner lavadoras las cuales nos costaban 4€ no funcionaba ninguna y no me lavo para nada la ropa haciéndome de salir de la estancia para ir a una lavandería externa y más cara, el tema parking mejor ni comentarlo, ya que cuando estábamos llegando me confirmaron que tenían plazas y cuando llegamos estaba TODO ocupado y no te pienses que me dieron solución o algún tipo de compensación por pagar algo que supuestamente entra y no pude hacer uso de ello, mejor pensarlo bien antes de realizar una reserva, de verdad que no ha sido una estancia agradable.

Some noisy groups at night. Room was a bit shabby. Lack of regular cleaners - and when they did turn up they didn't change all sheets on beds.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026La ubicación está muy bien, cerquita de la playa y es cierto q estando en el rincón de loix tienes para pasear por las noches todo lo que quieras. Respecto al hotel, todo el personal es muy agradable y con ellos no te falta nada.
La limpieza, es muy floja, dentro del edificio super sucio todo, paredes, cristales, escaleras. Las zonas comunes están limpias. Al llegar al apartamento faltó cafetera, cubiertos, almohada... Lo fuimos a pedir y nos lo dieron. Y lo que más me llamó la atención fue que a las 8 de la tarde llega el chico de mantenimiento a la piscina te dice que salgas, echa cloro y ya no puede entrar nadie. Y no cierran, eso queda abierto. Si llega alguien a las 8:05 y se tira, se lía gorda. Creo q esto deberían pensarlo de otra manera, no sé... A mí me pareció un peligro. Hay quienes llegaban a menos cinco por ejemplo y no saben que en cinco minutos tenían que salir. Pero si esa gente llega cinco minutos después y se tiran a la piscina se lía pero gorda ... Además que allí se va todo personal del bar, socorrista (mucho antes) animacion y todo el mundo. No sé creo que peligroso aparte que me parece muy pronto las 8 de la tarde

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026La piscina, aunque se queda pequeña, el snak- bar un acierto. Las animadoras Ana e Isabel muy muy majas. Ubicación. El apartamento que tuviera ventilador de techo.
El menaje de cocina escaso..eché en falta una tabla de cortar, sacacorchos, tijeras, paño de cocina. Productos de aseo escasos. En la piscina más hamacas

No quedaban plazas libres en el aparcamiento en el parking y lo cogimos por eso, tuvimos que aparcar muy lejos por que no se puede aparcar en las calles ya que la mayoría son plazas para residentes y hay poco aparcamiento para no residentes.

Customer service - diabolical. cleanliness - non existent . The place was filthy riddled with ants. 5 night stay not once was the apartment cleaned. Air con leaking dirty water. Black mould spores leaking water in the bathroom into an electric socket . Rude reception staff dismissive, arrogant and not fit for the role. Pool area filthy.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026man hört leider die Umgebung sehr laut, Tag und Nacht - auch Geräusche aus dem Flur und die Nachbarn hört man komplett. Pool-Liegen reservieren, ist laut mehreren Aushängezetteln im Hotel nicht erlaubt - trotzdem täglich ab 08 Uhr liegen bereits die Handtücher auf den Liegen (Pool darf erst ab 10 Uhr benutzt werden!!)
