Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo lasciare i bagagli fino a sera e hanno accettato. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo effettuare il pranzo , il giorno del check-out ( visto che avevamo fatto pensione completa e non siamo riusciti a fare tutti i pasti) , e non ci hanno fatto pagare niente. Communication très limitée avec le directeur, aucune information sur les activités à faire ,le lendemain de notre arrivée au riad mon ami s'est fait voler son parfum de grande marque,et divers choses dans la chambre par la femme de ménage nous avons signalé tout de suite les faits,le directeur nous a pas cru,la femme de ménage est restée en poste, nous avons été obligés de tout caché a chaque fois que l'on sortait pour éviter de ce faire voler de nouveau. Riad à éviter si vous voulez passer des vacances tranquilles ! Les lavabos sont toujours bouchés, et les robinets fonctionnent très mal !

Las fotos y la puntuación en booking no se corresponden con la realidad. No funcionaban los gritos del lavabo, los enchufes estaban en mal estado, la iluminación de la habitación era escasa y no nos pusieron toallas, las tuvimos que pedir y nos dieron de baño, ninguna de manos. En.las paredes del interior de la habitación hay desperfectos y en el techo del baño, entre las mederas telas de araña.

L'impianto elettrico della stanza e soprattutto del bagno era molto precario, con prese che si staccavano. La stanza non era strutturata come da prenotazione: eravamo una famiglia di 4 persone e la camera da letto era in un'unica stanza, e non una camera matrimoniale e una stanza separata con altri due letti come scelto in prenotazione. La TV satellitare non era nella camera ( come descritto nella prenotazione) ma all'ingresso del riad nella sala comune. Non c'era un armadio funzionale alle esigenze di 4 persone. Le immagini delle stanze mostrate nella descrizione della struttura ( molto accattivanti e carine) non corrispondevano alla realtà della stanza assegnata.

Ils m’ont envoyé des photos et tout était magnifique : le riad est propre, les chambres sont très propres également et le personnel est extrêmement sympathique. La qualité du restaurant est top, les plats sont faits maison et le goût était vraiment excellent. Chaque jour, il y avait des plats différents et un petit-déjeuner complet. Un grand merci à Mr Toufik, qui a été très à l’écoute et a beaucoup aidé mes parents durant leur séjour. Je recommande ce riad à 100 % et mes parents reviendront sûrement ! 😊

Reviewed May 14, 2026Sono partito senza aspettative per il Marocco e devo dire che sono rimasto molto, molto sorpreso su tutto. Ha la possibilità di rilassarti e stare in un vero e proprio Riad tipico del posto, parlare e conversare con lo staff e immergerti nella cultura locale, il tutto nel Cuore della Medina e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla grande piazza, Jemaa el-Fnaa. Davvero consigliata.
Onestamente ho amato tutto. La cultura, il soggiorno, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff e soprattutto la bellezza della città (e del Riad stesso).

Also gets you a taxi to airport and helps you walk through the souks with luggage etc. The nights are super quiets and a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The inner courtyard is woken up by the birds chirping in the morning, and makes you feel relaxed. There is also a nice rooftop where you can spend time viewing the city. The dinner and breakfasts are home-prepared and really delicious, although staying multiple days would make you feel like its same menu.
Stayed in a single room, that wasn't spacious.

Their warmth and attention to guests made us feel at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was simply amazing — fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day. The riad is also ideally located, very close to all the main attractions and the beautiful sights of Marrakesh, making it easy to explore the city on foot. We also really appreciated all the helpful advice and recommendations about the city and nearby places to visit. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience in Marrakesh. If we return to Marrakesh in the future, we will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend Riad Minorisa to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, and unforgettable stay in the heart of the city.
There was honestly nothing we didn’t like about our stay at Riad Minorisa. The bathrooms are admittedly a little dated, but they are maintained with exceptional cleanliness, which we appreciated very much. Everything was spotless and well cared for, adding to the overall comfort and authenticity of the experience.

Reviewed May 2, 2026La bienveillance, la gentillesse et la réactivité des personnels du Riad. J'ai passé sept jours agréables à leurs côtés. Le Riad est localisé au milieu de la médina, toutes les activités à Marrakech peuvent se faire à pied. Merci pour tout !!

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026El trato y atención del personal bastante bueno ya que son muy atentos en todo momento,tanto las instalaciones como la habitación estaba todo muy limpio, los desayunos y las cenas están bastante buenos aparte de ser muy contundentes. Te ayudan con cualquier duda que tengas o cualquier cosa que necesites.
Me a gustado todo y es un sitio totalmente recomendado si vienes a pasar unos días a Marrakech.

Sempre disponibili a offrire un te alla menta (molto buono) o una spremuta da gustare nella bellissima terrazza panoramica attrezzata. Molto apprezzato il servizio taxi dall'aeroporto al riad. Ottima posizione all'interno della medina. Ottimo rappotop qualità-prezzo.
Alcune cose da migliorare: l'acqua calda non era sempre disponibile, il rubinetto del lavandino non era fissato alla base.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Riad tipico e complessivamente ben curato al suo interno. Il personale è veramente gentile e disponibile. Il titolare è venuto personalmente a ricevermi all'esterno della Medina e mi ha quindi insegnato la strada per raggiungere la struttura. La colazione e la cena sono state molto soddisfacenti.
La stanza un pò piccola.
