Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The room was comfortable, attractive and very clean. There were plenty of sockets in the room and USB points. Extra pillows and blankets are supplied. Fresh milk for tea was provided on request. Stephen was very helpful and friendly. It was a good location for heading down the road into town.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Proximity to centre , cosy , clean room, comfortable bed,lovely soft towels, WiFi great and good Smart TV which easy to use, kettle and tea and coffee in room as well as great working large hairdryer equivalent to that used in hairdresser salon, hot shower and hand soap and shower gel as well as shampoo provided , excellent welcome from Kieran who gave us plenty of tips where to visit and made us feel at home , great security with door being locked but fob to get in especially late at night no problem and place so quiet😊
No heated towel rail to dry towels but could have fresh towels daily if needed.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Boland Accommodation Dingle is a big guesthouse located by a centrally located but quiet street. Stephen the host was extremely helpful! We liked a quite large comfortable room. Everything we needed (especially the city centre) was just a short walk away. There was a fabulous view on the valley and the opposite hill with Eask Tower. Finding a parking spot by the guesthouse was always trouble free. We didn't take a breakfast (a Continental one was offered) but that was of not issue at all given how conveniently the guesthouse was located. It was also very easy to set off for a Slea Head Drive or to the northern part of the peninsula (Conor Pass) from the location.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, and we really enjoyed our conversations with them and their great local recommendations. Our room and bathroom were both a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also great and a lovely way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay with warm, welcoming hosts!

Being spoken to rudely by a male member of staff. I was left feeling humiliated. I could not recall if I'd booked breakfast genuinely. When I checked the website it said continental breakfast. I only wanted some Weetabix and water. I don't drink tea or coffee. but I was told I must have known this when I booked I apologised and was quite happy to leave but the actions of being quickly ushered out of the breakfast room so as not to 'spoil the breakfast for other guests' made to feel like a criminal. Not handled in the right way at all! Far too heavy handed. I found the whole experience odd and completely unnecessary. Some brushing up on customer service would be welcomed. For this reason I will never stay at bolands again. This is a shame as the lady who welcomed me on arrival was very nice.

Dated decor and overpriced. The room was to include a working TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Neither were available to us. We wanted to rest after a busy few days but as there was no working TV and a busy road right outside the window it was not relaxing for us. We decided to up and leave. No offer of reimbursement or partial refund from owner. Not good enough

Particularly enjoyed his sun tan following his golf tournament on the Sunday! A lovely place to stay perfect distance from the centre to be in amongst it but not too close.
Dingle is expensive but it is what it is

No parking as you had to park in the street if you were lucky enough to get a place. The room was next to the room with the noisy boiler. Toilet seat was not screwed on properly.
