Su ubicación privilegiada permite disfrutar tanto del mar como de la montaña. Es un lugar muy tranquilo que cuenta con una cala preciosa.

Las instalaciones del apartamento son algo limitadas. Los colchones resultan bastante incómodos y varios utensilios de cocina (como las sartenes y la tostadora) requieren una renovación urgente

Légkondi és szúnyogháló illene, hogy legyen. Illetve valahogyan nagyobb figyelmet kellene fordítani az ordítózó, késő éjszakába menő hangoskodásnak megakadályozásának. Mivel nincs légkondi és a teraszon iszogattak, bulizgattak a szomszédok, lehetlen volt nyugodtan pihennünk a szobában.

L'endroit est paisible et reposant, belle vue. Les matelas de bonne qualité, j'y ai très bien dormi. Deco un peu passée mais tout est confortable, il ne manque rien.

Les murs sont très mal insonorisés, nous avions des voisins assez bruyants, on aurait dit qu'ils étaient à côté de nous. C'est le seul point vraiment négatif

Quiero expresar mi malestar por el trato recibido durante nuestra estancia. Una recepcionista me llamó para acusarme de tener en el apartamento a una persona no registrada, algo que era completamente falso. Aunque se lo expliqué, Sin embargo, la recepcionista continuó discutiendo conmigo y llegó a decirme que “no estaba ciega” y que ella misma lo había visto con sus propios ojos. insistió en que ella lo había visto y llegó a decir que enviaría a seguridad para sacar a esa persona. Nos sentimos injustamente acusadas, intimidadas y discriminadas. Considero que no es la manera adecuada de tratar a unos huéspedes y espero que el hotel revise lo ocurrido.

Świetnie zlokalizowany obiekt, bardzo blisko urokliwej plaży. Fajny basen. Dobre wyposażenie, praktyczni wszystko co potrzebne do pobytu było na miejscu.

Brak klimatyzacji. Restauracja na plaży nie jest zbyt dobra, ale w niedalekiej odległości jest Patxoca - najlepsze jedzenie na tym wyjeździe.

The swimming pool, sea views, and general tidiness of the grounds were impressive. Also nice to have a private walking trail (quite steep though) to walk down to the beach. The restaurant at the bottom (next to the beach) is also pretty good.

There was no airconditioner or ceiling fans, but at least 1 fan you could move around. Also did not like the small kitchen with no ventilation.

A l écart de Lloret de Mar ville très laide et ultra touristique plutôt pour les jeunes qui veulent faire la fête (privilégiez Tossa de Mar à côté), la résidence est au calme dans une pinède avec un accès direct à une plage très agréable pour se baigner. Belle vue sur la mer.

M'ha agradat la ubicació, la tranquilitat i la seguretat del lloc. La piscina està molt bé i les vistes des de l'apartament son increïbles. L'accès a la platja també, tot i que el camí és força costerut.

Suposo que aquesta gran seguretat té un preu a pagar: el fet que no pots portar ningú no registrat a l'apartament. Està realment pensat per a famílies estrangeres que no convidaran ningú que viu a prop a l'apartament.

Location and view

Cleaning, no air conditioning and very outdated equipment and furniture

Check in was straight forward, the receptionist was pleasant and helpful, until we discussed the access to the restaurant, which is a steep hill down to the beach. The beach is excellent and snorkelling is great, with plenty of life to see underwater.

Access to the beach was discussed on day 2, when I tried to take my 95 year old Mum to the restaurant parking by car, which was not ok with reception because it is against the apartment management rules, since the car park is reserved for staff and non-resident appointments to the restaurant area and not for residents. The fact that we ate and drank every day at the restaurant was not accepted as a good enough reason to leave my car there during the day, to allow easy transport for my old mum back to the apartment. The gate to the restaurant was closed at at 6pm, which was too early for the kids to return to the apartment, so I had to walk back up to the apartment at 5pm, then drive down to the beach by the restaurant and pick up my arthritic mum. This is not a place to stay for those with walking disabilities and there was no flexibility by the apartment management, even though there were always parking spaces in the carpark, so the usage of the carpark was very low. I found the rules very unsympathetic to residents with walking difficulties, or disabilites, which completely ruined our stay at the Albamar Apartments. There is no airconditoning in the apartments, which became intollerable during our stay with temperatures in the rooms up to 30 degrees during the night, so very poor sleep and very tiring over a 2 week period. Cooking facilities are poor, only one ring is working on the gas hob, plus there is no dishwasher. The apartment is very small and supposed to be for 4-6 people. Ours was only fit for 2 adults and 2 children. Visitors are not allowed to stay, or park in the apartment carpark, since the very narrow parking places are fully allocated. My daughter was originally booked in the room, but on arrival I explained that only myself my mum and 2 sons would be staying in the room. She stayed with her boyfriend in a hotel in Lloret, which meant she could not stay in the apartment, or visit to have a birthday dinner in the apartment. We will not return.

Ubicación perfecta, un paraíso de paz y calma, y teniendo la mejor cala de la costa brava Cala Cristina y al lado Cala Treumal. El apartamento genial, limpio, camas súper cómodas y cocina con todo lo necesario.

Todo ha sido perfecto.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt von sieben Nächten. Die Lage war atemberaubend, der Pool mit Panoramablick einfach traumhaft und die Strände sehr sauber mit kristallklarem Wasser. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ❤️

Tengerre látással, csodás környezetben, hűs fák között helyezkedik el. Klímát sem kellett használni, olyan jó a környezete mikroklímája.

Csak autóval érkezőknek ajánlom, mert nagy szintkülönbségekkel közelíthető meg. A földszinten lakóknak zavaró lehet a felső lakók székhuzogatásai.

Parkingi są dość wąskie ale przypisane do pokoju i nikt nikomu nie zajmuje

Velmi pěkný udržovaný čistý apartmánový komplex. Z našeho apartmánu ve 3.patře jsme měli úžasný výhled na moře a pláž. Klidná lokalita, hodně zeleně. Kousek k moři, soukromý vstup na pláž Santa Christina. Krásný čistý bazén.

Trochu chyběla klimatizace, v horkých dnech v nejvyšším patře bylo opravdu teplo.

Nuestras vacaciones han sido muy buenas porque la ubicación y sobre todo las playas (Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal y Sa Boadella) son realmente excepcionales, pero considero que la valoración de 8,9 en Booking es un engaño y no refleja en absoluto la calidad real del apartamento, sino principalmente la del entorno. Lo mejor, sin duda, es el emplazamiento. Está en plena naturaleza, en una zona muy tranquila y junto a dos de las mejores playas de la Costa Brava. Si buscas tranquilidad, acceso a calas espectaculares y un entorno natural, el lugar es fantástico. También es cierto que el edificio por fuera está muy bien cuidado: fachada, pasillos, ascensor y zonas comunes transmiten una imagen buena. El estacionamiento y acceso en tierra es mejorable pero al menos tienes aparcamiento para el coche incluido.

El problema llega al abrir la puerta del apartamento. El interior está muy anticuado y da la sensación de no haberse renovado en muchos años. La cocina es muy básica: sin horno, lavavajillas, tostador ni cafetera y con una vitro de poca potencia y un menaje muy deficiente. Las sartenes de vergüenza, cocinar era realmente complicado, casi te ves obligado a comer fuera. El baño también está anticuado, con bañera en lugar de ducha, y tanto el mobiliario como los colchones necesitan una renovación urgente. Pero lo peor, y lo que realmente condicionó nuestras vacaciones, fue la ausencia total de aire acondicionado. En una zona donde en verano se alcanzan humedad y temperaturas altísimas, únicamente un ventilador de pie para un apartamento de cuatro personas es claramente insuficiente. Al estar rodeado de bosque, abrir las ventanas tampoco es una solución porque hay muchísimos mosquitos y, sorprendentemente, las ventanas no tienen mosquiteras. Es difícil entender que un alojamiento con esta valoración no disponga de aire acondicionado, pero más aún que no tenga ni ventiladores de techo, ni mosquiteras ni sartenes decentes, ni colchones con un mínimo de confort. Eso apenas es dinero. Cuando solicitamos un segundo ventilador, nos dijeron que no tenían más y que en la web no pone nada de aire. Solo tras presentar una reclamación a través de Booking y perder buena parte de una tarde entre llamadas y gestiones consiguieron proporcionárnoslo. Sin eso no habríamos podido ni dormir. La fuerte pendiente de acceso a la playa es inviable para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida, aunque eso sí se aprecia en la ubicación y en las fotografías. Pero la subida, si vas cargado, es dura. El acceso en tierra para el coche hasta los apartamentos es algo muy mejorable, baches, falta de iluminación, un único carril de tierras bidireccional con maniobras complicadas si coincides con otro coche de frente. Olvídate de salir de allí caminando por la noche.

Todo perfecto desde el primer momento hasta el final. Este lugar es una perla.

Не клієнтоорієнтованість. Прохання не хочуть ні чути , ні виконувати. Оскільки в нас був пізній заїзд через пізній приліт, готель не погодився лишити ключі десь на території ( зараз можливостей key locker безліч), з досвіду часто користувалися у інших апартаментах. В цих сказали, що їдьте о 12 ночі в інше містечко, в інший готель. Мої прохання, що я з маленькою дитиною буди проігноровані. Немає магазинів поруч. Необхідне авто. І Вас попросять прибратися і винести сміття при виїзді, хоча прибирання начебто включено.

Hemos tenido una experiencia muy buena y guardamos un cariño especial a este lugar. Gracias a estos apartamentos descubrimos una playa espectacular, de agua cristalina, muy tranquila y con poca gente. Fuimos con nuestros dos perros y disfrutamos muchísimo del entorno, las vistas increíbles y la tranquilidad que se respira. Es un sitio mágico, perfecto para desconectar y descansar. Los apartamentos y las zonas comunes están bien cuidados, y el personal de recepción fue siempre muy amable y atento con nosotros. Como aspectos a tener en cuenta, no hay aire acondicionado y el acceso desde la playa tiene una subida considerable. Para nosotros no fue ningún problema, pero para una persona mayor o con dificultades de movilidad puede resultar complicada, especialmente en agosto y a pleno sol. También tienen bastante controlado el acceso de visitas. Permiten registrar a dos personas adicionales pagando la tasa correspondiente, aunque el procedimiento puede resultar un poco incómodo y ponen algunas condiciones para poder acceder. Entendemos que lo hacen para mantener la seguridad y la tranquilidad del recinto, aunque creemos que este punto podría gestionarse de una forma algo más sencilla. Quitando esos pequeños detalles, nuestra estancia fue fantástica. Las vistas, la playa, la tranquilidad y el entorno hacen que sea un lugar realmente especial al que volveríamos encantados.

Excellent view, nice little pool, nearby beach with direct access from the property, spacious balcony, well equipped kitchen.

Mattresses were not great, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for me (90kg adult) as the flimsy foam mattress compacted under me as if it wasn't there.

Jest kilka rzeczy, które mi się naprawdę podobały. Spaliśmy w tym wyższym budynku i mieliśmy naprawdę piękny widok na morze. Pokoje są dosyć duże, i wyglądają nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Sam teren też jest świetny, ogromna przestrzeń, ładnie utrzymana i dużo zieleni

Do minusów mogę zaliczyć dosyć wąskie miejsca parkingowe, aż dziwne, że mając tyle terenu zbudowane tak wąskie miejsca. Na plus to, że są one zadaszone.

Es lag ruhig außerhalb der Touristenburgen. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sicher (Kameras). Der Zugang erfolgte über Chipkarte, Zahlencode, bzw über Kennzeichenerkennung bei der Einfahrt. Die Mitnahme unseres Hund war auch kein Problem. Man kann auf Wunsch tägliche Reinigung gegen Aufpreis (12 Euro pro Tag) veranlassen. Wir würden prinzipiell wieder dort buchen, aber nur im Hochsommer.

Es gab keine Heizung oder Klima, wodurch die Feuchtigkeit nicht aus den Räumen zu bringen war. Leider hatten wir recht feuchtes Wetter durch die Eisheiligen. Die Dichtungen der Schiebetür zur Terrasse war teilweise mangelhaft, so dass man stellenweise durchsehen konnte, und kühle feuchte Luft in die Räume gelangte. Der Kühlschrank enthielt noch sichtbare Spuren unserer Vorgänger, und wurde garantiert nicht gereinigt vor unserer Ankunft. Unangenehm war auch der Lärmpegel durch das über uns liegende Apartment. Offenbar gibt es keinerlei Lärmdämmung in der Geschossdecke, so dass man jede Bewegung von Stühlen usw mitbekommen musste. Die überdachten Stellplätze für die Autos waren vor einigen Jahrzehnten sicher ausreichend. Für heutige Fahrzeuge sind diese aber zu eng. Auf einer Seite ca 10 cm zu einem Metallsteher, damit man wenigstens 30 cm Abstand zum nächsten Auto beim Aussteigen hat. Der (französische) Stellplatznachbar hat seine Tür einfach gegen unser (nagelneues) Auto geknallt, und das in meinem Beisein. Mülltrennung gibt es zwar, aber nur halbherzig. Es gibt Tonnen für Plastik, Glas, und für Biomüll. Es gibt aber KEINE Tonne für den Restmüll. Also haben die Leute ihren gesamten Müll einfach in die Biotonnen geworfen. Und wenn Einer damit anfängt, machen es alle anderen Gäste nach. Wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe, wird für die Endreinigung nach der Abreise eine Rechnung über 30 Euro gestellt. Es sollte eigentlich selbstverständlich sein dass die Räume nach Abreise der Gäste durch das Personal gereinigt werden, ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Aber das kann auch ein Kommunikationsfehler gewesen sein, da ausschließlich englisch gesprochen wurde. Im allgemeinen ist es okay, aber es gehört mal renoviert, vor allem das Bad. Die Badewanne war notdürftig ausgebessert, die Trennwand zum Waschbecken war rostig und voller Kalk unten, die Klobrille war mit sichtbaren Gebrauchsspuren versehen.

Widok, prywatny parking pod dachem, czystości, piękny ogród, ogrodzony teren, prywatne zejście po plaży z toaletą. Cudowny czas, plaża przepiękna. Mam nadzieję, że kiedyś tam wrócę.

La vue depuis l’appartement et la tranquillité

De uitzicht.

Moeilijk voor beperking mensen met tol stoel of rollators. Het was moeilijk voor mijn moeder want ze gebruik een rollator.

Mooie omgeving, mooie tuin, balkon en fijne omgeving voor de hond. Heel steil naar beneden naar het privé strand door de tuin, maar je bent er zo.

We wisten het wel, maar een eind van het centrum en de boulevard. Met de auto hebben we altijd bij het busstation geparkeerd. Dan ben je overal dichtbij.

I absolutely loved how easy it was to communicate with the property, it made everything so smooth and stress-free. This wasn’t even my first time staying there, and honestly, I would go back again in a heartbeat. Having everything right at your fingertips is just incredible. The view is breathtaking, the access to the beach is perfect, and the beach and pool are simply amazing. And. I almost forgot to say that it is also child friendly, they have a playground for the kids :) Everything about this place feels like paradise. I 100% recommend it!!!!

I know this isn’t the property’s fault, but the neighbours were quite loud and often made noise until around 1am. They would also start again early in the morning, around 8am, moving chairs, which I could hear since I was on the first floor. Aside from that, everything else was absolutely perfect.

Le logement est bien équipé. Très proche de la plage/ restaurant bar plage de l’hôtel. La vue est magnifique ! Le personnel au top ! Agréable et soucieux du bien être des clients. Parlent plusieurs langues. Logement avec terrasse, vraiment agréable. Le logement était équipé de serviettes / draps et torchons contrairement à ce qui était stipulé. Nous avions prévu et nous sommes donc trop chargé. Logement propre.

Odeur d’humidité dans le logement.

L’endroit est magnifique! Très verdoyante et calme. La plage Santa Christina a quelques minutes à pieds. Il faut absolument passer à La Chapelle Santa Christina. Les chiens sont les bienvenus et à un prix toute a fait acceptable! Merci beaucoup 😊 on peut également promener les chiens dans le grand parc de l’établissement. C’est un endroit ideal pour quelques jours ou une semaine pour se ressourcer . On va revenir, c’était top!

Comme dans beaucoup appartements et hôtels, l’isolation phonique n’est pas au top. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de dormit.

A beautiful apartment set in gorgeous grounds with access to a small beach and easy access to Fenals. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful and we absolutely loved our short stay. Will definitely be back!

Se echaba en falta tener un kiosko o una máquina para coger café o comprar algo de comer.

Las vistas desde nuestro apartamento eran espectaculares, el espacio estaba súper bonito y bien equipado las camas eran cómodas y el sofá cama también, la cocina súper bien equipada, el acceso a la playa era hermosoo, tiene muchas zonas verdes y nos ha encantado que nos han dejado un paquete de bolsas para nuestra perrita y un comedero, sin duda volveríamos! 🫶🏻❤️

Le complexe est magnifique. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le logement était bien équipé.

L'isolation phonique est médiocre. On entend les voisins à travers les mur, par le conduit de la hotte aspirante . On entendait beaucoup de bruits de pas, de meubles déplacés...jusqu'au voisins du haut qui s'exprimaient. Le bruit est le seul point négatif que nous avons constaté..

Il y a pas grand chose à améliorer par rapport à d’autres résidences en France au niveau de la propreté

Lokalita fantastická, v blízkosti zahrad sv. Clotildy. Pláž pro 3 ubytovací zařízení, v ranních a podvečerních hodinách jsme tam byli skoro sami. Odjezd přes hlavní bránu po nahrání SPZ bez problémů.

Menší problém byl při parkování Mercedes třídy V. Tam si musíte dávat pozor na výšku zastřešení parkovacího stani.

Views, localisation. Customer service at the reception (thank You Ladies) exceptional. The posibility to rent the coffee machine is great.

The parking carports could be larger as it is impossible to fit car with height of 1.8-2.0m. There are only 2-4 spaces for cars like VW Multivan, Ford Tourneo Custom or big SUV.

Notre appartement au 3 ème étage avec cette vue exceptionnelle qui donne sur la mer 😍 et le calme de ce lieu .

Better if you have a car, as the hills are massive and you have to walk them to get anywhere
