De ligging: ik had gelukkig een auto maar het was ver overal vandaan.. Het restaurant en de bar waren dicht vanwege te weinig personeel

Carino il balcone con bella vista, posizione abbastanza comoda. Camera con piccolo angolo cottura per due persone.

Il freezer era rotto, il wifi non funzionava, il parcheggio è piccolo e non entrano tutte le macchine.

Très bien pour un départ le lendemain car à 10min de l’aéroport. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Très belle vue pour une fin de séjour

Chambre 11 : douche ouverte… il faudrait mettre un rideau de douche.

La personne qui nous a accueillis a été très gentille et serviable du début à la fin. L’établissement est certes un peu dans son jus, mais reste tout à fait correct et cohérent avec le prix payé. En revanche, la vue depuis la chambre est vraiment agréable et permet de profiter d’un joli cadre, notamment pour une dernière nuit avant de prendre l’avion.

La propreté et l’entretien de l’établissement pourraient être un peu améliorés. Malgré cela, l’ensemble reste raisonnable compte tenu du prix payé.

En primer lugar, el anuncio dice que disponen de aparcamiento en las instalaciones. Aunque es verdad, el alojamiento solo dispone de 8/9 plazas de aparcamiento para las 32 habitaciones que se encuentran disponibles, por lo que si llegas ligeramente tarde te arriesgas a no encontrar sitio y tener que aparcar en la carretera o muy lejos. Por otro lado, la habitación contaba con bañera de hidromasaje, pero el hidromasaje no funcionaba y eso nos gustó poco. También quiero añadir que todos los días entran a la habitación a hacer una limpieza superficial y que, un día de estos, a nuestra vuelta pudimos ver que nos faltaba una colonia. No sabemos si pudo romperse o qué ocurrió con ella, pero nadie nunca nos dijo nada.

Nous avons choisi cet hotel pour la climatisation. Malheureusement, pas de climatisation lors de notre séjour alors qu'il faisait trés chaud. La prestation n'a pas été remplie et aucun ajustement du prix proposé.

Pas loin de l’aéroport donc pratique et la dame de l’accueil fort sympathique !

No hay nada que no me gustase

O valor da estadia revelou-se bastante acessível. A vista a partir do quarto é simplesmente incrível, sendo sem dúvida um dos grandes destaques da experiência.

A climatização (ar condicionado) e a estabilidade da água quente na banheira podiam ter funcionado de forma mais consistente. Como tivemos de recorrer à janela aberta, o isolamento acústico em relação aos quartos vizinhos acabou por se fazer notar um pouco mais.

Pelo valor cobrado é inadmissível não ter ar condicionado a funcionar em pleno mês de Julho, as panelas nitidamente foram usadas em fogão a gás e são muito velhas, os talheres sem fio e pouca iluminação no apartamento.

The view.

First up there’s no AC. It’s doesn’t work. I had to settle for a noisy old fan. My room had a cracked window which is extremely dangerous. The elevator is also out of order, so I had to carry all my luggage up and down the stairs. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Dated mattresses and a old quilt. The bathroom light was so week that I struggled to shave.

La personne qui m’a accueilli était très gentille, a pris le temps de m’expliquer. Le logement était super, jolie vue sur la mer et l’aéroport. A 10 min de l’aéroport. Petit parking et place devant dans la rue. Bien indiqué

Várias coisas ,ar condicionado não fucionava muito quente ,banheira não fuciona ,está percisar de uma intervenção para uma moradia de 4estrelas

Las empleadas son muy amables, el espacio de la habitación ya que me dieron la suite era enorme y estaba amueblado con todo lo necesario. La piscina está bastante bien.

Necesita mantenimiento; la ducha no funcionan correctamente los mandos, el sofá está todo hundido, no funciona el lavavajillas, le faltan utensilios de cocina y algunos de los que hay están en mal estado, las puertas de los balcones no cierran bien y se abren con el viento, y las hamacas de la piscina están rotas.

El pàrquing

He reservat un estudi amb wifi, aire acondicionat i banyera de hidromassatge i no compleix cap de les tres coses, té piscina i aparcament gratuït, que també ho havia demanat. És un robo, una estafa i una manca de sensibilitat per part dels amos del hotel, pagar 84 E per no complir amb 3 dels 5 requisits demanats. Les habitacions no estan insonoritzades i els avions passen a l'alçada del apartament. Per acabar dir que la taula del balcó està bruta.

Bit off the beaten track in the hills but an uber soon overcomes this. Dont worry.

After a day of hiking, it was great being warmly welcomed. The lady was steadfast and committed to making us feel welcome. The views were incredible from the balcony we had and we had such a nice stay. They allowed us to stay whilst we waited for our flight the next day and to top it all off, they even fed us lunch for free!!! A really incredible and heartwarming stay with some very nice and caring staff. 10/10

The view was awesome and the staff as well. Very confortable and well located

No warm water in the shower, no curtain to keep the floor dry in the shower. And no hygiene products like shampoo or body washer

צוות טוב שמנסה לעשות הכל- 2 נשים גם מנקות,גם מכינות ארוחת בוקר וגם מסדרות חדרים וגם פקידות קבלה- בלתי אפשרי וזה מורגש בשרות.לא ממליץ!!

לפני שהגעתי, הודעתי למלון וגם לבוקינג שאני מגיע אחרי חצות ואני צריך לקבל קודים. גם בוקינג וגם המארח לא ענו לי.פניתי מספר פעמים ללא תגובה.הגעתי בלילה,חיפשנו מישהו עד 3 בבוקר ולא מצאנו. לבסוף פתחנו כספת חיצונית ומצאנו שם מפתחות.לקחנו מפתח של חדר כלשהו וישנו. למחרת התנצלו והציעו פיצוי כספי.לא רציתי ובמקום זה קיבלנו ארוחת בוקר ליחיד חינם. הארוחה עלובה ביותר.ביצה אחת לאדם, כל פריט ספור, עוגה בלתי אכילה,קמצנות נוראית. יש מזגנים אבל לא מפעילים אותם. יש מטבחון אבל עם ציוד דל ואפילו ללא קומקום לקפה. אני ממליץ לכולם לא לסמוך על מה שבוקינג מפרסם וגם לא לסמוך שבוקינג יענה על מיילים שלכם כשאתם בצרות. אני כבר התחלתי לעבוד עם exipedia.אני מקווה שבוקינג יפרסם ביקורת זו וסוף סוף יענה למיילים ששלחתי לו.

Não apanhei wifi e a rede móvel muito fraca da operadora (Vodafone e Meo), não existindo mesmo em partes do atelier/quarto. Resumo tudo bom com exceção do acesso à internet.

A localização é muito boa, tem uma vista incrível. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e educados.

Não tem internet disponível para uso no quarto. Consequentemente você precisa se deslocar para outro local para conseguir utilizar. Ar condicionado não funciona tão bem. Um dos dias fez imenso calor e não consegui ficar na acomodação ou dormir tranquilamente.

Beautiful Stay with Stunning Views and a Perfect Location. The hills around Gaula are definitely steep, but taxis are cheap and easy to get, so moving around was never a problem.

its close to the airport and the diving spot i went. i got a big apartment on the top floor. Every morning i got woken with sunlight. you have a great view over the ocean from there.

The room was very dirty; the windows leading to the terrace were grimy, and one pane of glass was half-broken. It seemed to me that no one had cleaned the room beforehand. The bathroom didn’t have the standard toiletries, and I had to specifically ask for a hair dryer (which is listed in the room amenities). The kitchen, including the cutlery, was dirty - I wouldn’t have used it for food. There is no Wi-Fi at the accommodation!

We arrived very late at night and wanted just a 1 night base before starting Madeira. It was great for this purpose. Very close to airport, easy check in, easy check out, not expensive, clean and comfortable!

Beautiful view and close to airport so it was perfect for our 1am flight landing. The check in process was smooth and easy despite our late arrival time.

All beds are singles which isn’t an ideal start to our honeymoon. Room was immaculate but smelt like someone had previously smoked in there. We woke up and planned to get a coffee then call a cab but there was no kettle or complementary tea/coffee in the room. We walked around the hotel to find a bar or drinks machine but the bar was closed and there was no where to get a hot drink.

La vue et la proximité (en voiture) avec un restau et une boulangerie-bar locaux! Et la possibilité de se faire un repas sommaire...ca peut dépanner

Appartement spacieux et très confortable. A proximité de l'aéroport, pratique pour les départs, tout était parfait! Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Réservation le jour-même, nous avons pu être accueilli sur place pour la remise des clés.

Cozinha pouco equipada, apenas louças e fogão. Não tem microondas, torradeira, nem qualquer outro pequeno doméstico. Também não há secador de cabelo. Tentaram entrar para limpeza enquanto nós ainda estávamos no quarto ( não tem identificador de "não encomodar") A iluminação no quarto é curta,

Staff was friendly and welcoming. View of airport runway and ocean was amaaazing. Pool looked nice but it was rainy and we didnt get to use it. Bathtub was nice after long day of walking. Found a cool bar (Panta) within driving distance. Small kitchenette had necessary dishes for simple meal.

Bed was uncomfortable. Balcony glass door was badly cracked. Room smelled of smoke despite being non smoking.

Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit dans ce logement pour un vol le lendemain. C'est grand et propre. Vue sur l'aéroport. Le personnel est accueillant. Le fait de pouvoir quitter les lieux à 3h du matin juste en laissant les clés sur le bureau est top. Un parking privé sur place.

- Pour le prix, pas de petits déjeuners et non proposés à notre arrivée - Pas de wifi dans l'hôtel et en plus mauvais réseau - Porte du freezer cassée et donc ça congélait les aliments du dessous - Bruit des chaises des autres logements tous les jours - Literie inconfortable - Rideau de douche inutilisable car mal positionné

The property was in a good location near the airport (10-12 minutes away). The suite was large, but not fully furnished. It was adequate, but an odd space to stay. It was clean except for the sofa which was quite worn and sunken (needs to be replaced). Fine for one night stay when needing to get to the airport early.

pas grand chose .L hotel ne devrait pas avoir 4 etoiles mais un juste 2 etoiles.....

Passez votre chemin et cherchez ailleirs..... L Hotel soit disant 4 etoiles !!!!!!2 etoiles tout au plus....Vous n avez meme pas dans l appartement de cafetière ou bouilloire, ni micro onde , ni seche cheveux sans parler de l'absence de WiFi dans les appartements.Et quoi dire des ustensiles, vous avez un seul bol.....Le wifi est uniquement devant l accueil et nulle part ailleurs......La literie est dur et inconfortable.C est une honte d avoir 4 etoiles pour un hotel appartement de cette sorte.Seul l accueil etait correcte
