服務人員的優良 親切但不會過多聊天, 以青旅來說整體裝潢、燈光、隱私皆優秀

有兩點需改進： 1. 以我一個不太挑床的人來說, 枕頭真的太軟了,完全沒有支撐,建議可以換顆枕頭 2. 廁所跟浴室建議可以分開

為花蓮一年一度的豐年祭活動直接入住四個晚上，民宿老闆親切接待，房間設施優，環境乾淨，地點佳（離火車站近），值得推薦的優質民宿👍

單人房有個蠻重的異味，有點像汗臭味還是什麼的

整個環境很乾淨..

1. 宿舍床鋪本身設計很棒，旁邊還有地方可以放東西，變成像床旁邊有小桌子一樣。 2. 比起左右拉簾子的方式，用下拉式的解決了簾子本身會被撥動或一時沒拉好的問題，即使捲簾沒有拉到最底也不會被看到。且簾子本身還是防火的。 3. 機車可以停到裡面去，有遮雨棚這一點就超加分，對於機車族而言真的旅行福音。

1. 入住的房客可能男生居多，浴廁較容易髒亂(例如馬桶漬)。 2. 公共空間有規定的使用時間哭哭

民宿本身沒有附早餐,需到附近的商家自己用餐,也是不錯的方式

住宿地點不差，以開車的人來說相對方便，到哪都不會太遠。巷子走出去也都有東西可以吃 附近還有一間很棒的雪茄酒吧，價格合理老闆也很親切。整體來說還會再去。

唯獨可能共用浴廁還需要再乾淨一點，角落還是會有一些污垢 不過房間內的舒適度無可挑剃。

非常清潔乾淨，設備都很新，是非常優質的青旅。地點環境也非常好，雖然在巷弄裡，但很安靜，走出去一兩分鐘就有許多餐飲店。非常推薦獨旅或與朋友共遊時的選擇。

位置還算不錯，走出去就是省道，又在住宅區裡面，所以即使結構上的隔音不好，也不太會有被外面的聲音吵醒的問題，房間也很乾淨

2樓單人房床舖邊都是頭髮，房間有異味，想開窗通風卻沒有紗窗。2樓共用衛生間很髒。

I liked that the staff was able to answer my questions and even taught me some mandarin. I like how they have bath soap and shampoo, i like how they have a water dispenser (but there's a bit of film on the water), i like how they have a hairdryer, tissues and a big common area work table enough for the few people that they can accomodate, i like how they provided house slippers

I didn't like thay they had a curfew on the lights in the common area, they did not have any full bath towels (they let me use a small one), they did not even rent out towels, the place wasn't that clean and it looked a bit old. It looked like someone's home turned into a hostel, the walls were thin so you can hear like if someone was moving their bag in the other room or opening a door, i had no issues using the bathroom but they only had 2 shared ones, they did not have much luggage space, the smell was not so good at times

老闆細心的接待，停放機車在庭院裡非常好，住宿床位有拉簾，隱私性高。一樓公共空間有冰箱、有冰溫熱飲水機（大熱天冰水可以救活一個人😄），也提供餐具，附近吃的蠻多，也有便利商店，對於沒有交通工具的人來說，是大大的方便。

2樓盥洗室較小，衛生紙放馬桶後取用較不順手，面盆上方與置物平台太近，彎腰洗臉可能碰到。以上應是受限空間而產生的問題。

It was clean and comfortable, the owner was helpful.

It doesn't have parking for cars but in booking.com says it has, It doesn't have laundry. Its a bit far away from the center.

住宿地點離火車站後站不遠，附近走出去就找得到吃的，但東部店家往往關門時間較北部來得早，也常遇到休息日；一樓交流環境氛圍很好，但希望可以播放一點輕鬆音樂，以及電視也可以播放一些節目，交誼廳時間只開放到晚上11點，再晚只好到外頭去，但因位處住宅區，講話也會怕吵到鄰居；床鋪空間夠大，但就一盞燈的照明，枕頭偏軟偏塌，遮蔽用捲簾放下來後稍嫌悶熱，儘管空調已經調得夠冷了

I have stayed here a few times over the years and it is always amazing. The beds are very comfortable and private. The showers are hot and have good pressure. The owner is very kind and helpful and really makes sure the guests are taken care of. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of places to eat. This will always be my go-to hostel when I’m in Hualien.

A pleasant stay at Hualien before departing to Taipei. It's walking distance from Hualien station & laundry store. The staff is friendly and patient in answering our inquiries prior to the arrival and provides taxi booking to the night market as well.

Not many Toilets/Showers and not much space for the lugagge.

It’s very clean and comfortable.

I have stayed at multiple hostels in Taiwan, I would say this hostel’s sleeping area is the most comfortable. Is super single air with room to put stuff and is very clean. Staff is polite and explains in detail.

Maybe add a mat to dry the feet at the level 2 toilet.
