Apartament jest malutki, ale bardzo wygodny - idealny na 1-2 noce. Czystość bez zarzutu, wygodne łóżko, dostępna lodówka, czajnik i ekspres do kawy. Bardzo sprawny kontakt z osobą obsługującą apartament.

Pomimo lokalizacji w bocznej uliczce, w nocy w mieszkaniu było dosyć głośno, nawet przy zamkniętym oknie. Dodatkowo, drzwi do apartamentu ze wspólnego korytarza są szklane, przez co światło zapalane przez innych wchodzących/wychodzących gości rozświetlało cały apartament na kilka minut - dosyć uciążliwe, kiedy musisz się wyspać na poranny samolot...

I like the location. Just perfect! The staff we almost didnt see but communication was fair and quick!

The rooms were to small and claustrophobic with no natural light!

El único detalle, que no afectó la estadía, fue que el baño se inundaba al bañarse.

La ubicación. El apartamento es bonito y completo. Ducha muy buena.

El problema es la humedad. Es un bajo y no tiene ventilación, por lo que huele al entrar a humedad. Había un deshumidificador en el baño.

Este alojamiento solo tiene de bueno la ubicacion. En BariVechia, junto al Castillo, el Puerto y un parquin. Todos los monumentos a menos de 5 minutos andado

Es un estudio para una una única noche. A la segunda ya pones en riesgo tu salud. No reúne condiciones salubres, no se puede dormir en un sitio con humedad, moho por y piedra del techo, un agujero en el arco sobre el cabecero de la cama que gotea sobre tu almohada y tu cabeza.... Como se ve en las fotos, no hay un armario ni mesilla donde dejar la ropa y aunque no la saques de la maleta al tercer día está húmeda. Te duchas y si el termo está encendido, que probablemente lo apagues sin saberlo y ls toallas alnfia siguiente estas mojadas, porque ko hay donde secarlas. De 6 noches, nos dejaron toallas nuevas el 4 día y nos dejaron las sucias y mojadas en el suelo de la habitación. Después de dos días durmiendo en una cama con sábanas y almohadas húmedas, pedidos que nos cambiaran las almohadas (porque además de mojadas habían salido un par de arañas del interior. Respondieron rápido y atentamente.....nos trajeron mas toallas, no se llevaron las viejas otra vez y nos dejaron una sabana bajera y otra encimera, ni almohadas ni cubre sábanas,. Tampoco les dio por pasar una escoba por el baño y dormitorio, ni tampoco la hay para que puedas hacerlo tú. En un rincón entre el baño y la cama hay una barra con 3 perchas, una de ellas rota. Atienden muy atentamente y rápido los mensajes, pero quien tiene que ir a solucionar tus quejas le importa una mierda. Nos planteamos muy seriamente haber presentando una queja en la oficina de turismo y en la prefecturia. No se puede permitir alquilar apartamentos que ponen en riesgo tu salud, de hecho nosotros hemos venido con infección respiratoria que en mi caso ha derivado en una fuerte otitis.

Very good location and lovely room! It had AC and all facilities, the room stayed cool even in the hotest days! Welcoming host aswell!

Proximité avec Bari Vieccho!Pas de petit déjeuné compris dans la location,mais tout ce qu'il faut tout prét(à condition de ne pas craindre de se perdre dans les ruelles environnantes)Pleins de bons restos/bars,des cites religieux et autres fortifications un peut partout à visiter, ville plutôt propre dans son ensemble.

Chambre à isoler de la lumiere du couloir(rideaux),aération de l'endroit insuffisant,ville envahie de motos scooter,trottinettes electriques(mais trôp quoi).

Sie liegt mitten in der Altstadt in einer ruhigen Straße in einem sonst belebten Viertel. Die Neustadt und der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wie alle alten Häuser in der Gegend gibt es Probleme mit der Feuchtigkeit. Man muss die Klimaanlage zum Entfeuchten benutzen.

A nice little room, great air con, amazing location. For a one or two night stay to explore the old town in Bari, what more can you ask for?

Slightly disorganised check in experience. Check in pushed back two or three times, room was eventually ready hours after initially advised. However they allowed us to meet and leave the bags while we waited for cleaning. Shower not particularly clean

Posizione centrale nella Bari vecchia a pochi. Passi dal castello , dalla cattedrale e dalla basilica di san Nicola

Umidità altissima con muri scrostati ovunque . Porta del bagno scorrevole con chiusura incompleta. Porta di accesso alla doccia di 39 cm. Nessun ricambio d'aria con esterno. Dimensioni stanza 2,7 x 2,9 m. (Stanza 3). Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Location was ok if it was the location you advertised but it was not at the address listed and I needed help from the locals to find the place as it was late at night. I almost gave up staying at the address as I couldn't access it and the door I was knocking at wasn't being answered. Given that it was almost 11.30 pm at night in a place that I had never been to before. I lucked out meeting the local couple who assisted me in the end. I never got any email or communication from anyone advising need of the change or the lock box details nothing??? Not satisfactory in the least and then the door was almost knocked down by someone throwing bags of laundry against it I could hardly exit the room

Purtroppo esperienza molto negativa. Camera senza finestre e senza alcuna areazione: ambiente claustrofobico e poco salubre. Forte odore di muffa, pareti con evidenti macchie di umidità e intonaco che si staccava. Presenza di muffa anche nel box doccia. Il filtro dell'aria in bagno era completamente intasato di polvere. Letto con parti arrugginite e zona sotto il letto molto sporca. Siamo stati costretti a disdire e prenotare all'ultimo in un'altra struttura per non rischiare la salute. Da segnalare anche il check-in: il proprietario aveva detto di dover controllare i documenti all'arrivo, ma ha rimandato l'operazione 3 volte. Check-in effettuato solo dopo nostra insistenza, ore dopo l'arrivo.

The property is really well located, it’s very close to all touristic places. Clean and Beautiful.

There is not so much ventilation. The only window of the property is very small and if you’re claustrophobic ( like me) that’s something to keep in mind before booking.

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, es müffelte leicht, wegen der Feuchtigkeit. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. War 3 Nächte dort.

Glass doors so the light from outside prevent from sleep and each time people were coming you can see them and light wakes you up up Very small room with no closet drawers or any shelf or chairs to put your stuff, nothing in the bathroom except sink, very icon, you have no space and air is suffocating either too hot or too cold

Es wird schnell geantwortet, zentrale Lage.

Zimmer wurden vertauscht, zur Gasse raus war es die ganze Nacht extrem laut, so dass man leider nicht viel Schlaf bekam, dafuer war es zu teuer.

Nothing. Worst place that i stayed

it's really bad in the room. the smell of mold and dampness.. you can't rent a room in these conditions. There is mold on the wall at the entrance. I personally removed part of it. In the bathroom there is mold between the joints of the tiles. The water heater worked for a maximum of 5 minutes and then I took a cold shower. When we came i turned on the AC on dry mode and the dehumidifier. It was 90% the humidity.. The AC unit was full of mold on inside.

there is no ventilation and it smells like mold. the towels were never changed, which is necessary especially since you have nowhere to hang them to dry

The localisation is great and the bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. There was an espresso machine in the room and a fridge. The host was very helpful and responsive. I had to extend my stay due to health reasons and the host helped to arrange that.

The room is damp. It has some mould on walls and smells of it strongly. When we first entered, we could not breathe - had to leave the door and the window open. We had to keep the window open all the time, and since it is at the ground level, people were peeking inside - a little curtain would have helped. I feel quite sick after that stay and I’ve been in Bari multiple times with no such issues whatsoever :(

-comunicare foarte buna cu proprietarul (a răspuns clar si rapid tuturor întrebărilor avute) -locație ultracentrala - in centrul istoric -camera este autentică, o experienta aparte -frigider in camera + aparat de cafea Un alt plus este reprezentat de faptul ca am găsit 2 ape in frigider la sosire - foarte frumos gestul Pentru noi nu a fost deranjant dar sa țineți cont ca fiind cazați in centrul vechi, intr o locuință foarte autentică, nu exista izolare fonica astfel ca o sa auziți ceea ce se intampla pe străduța pietruită din care se face accesul.

-mic dejunul - este ok daca stați o noapte. Spun asta fiindcă consta intr un croissant si o cafea. Nu ai diversitate de niciun fel. As recomanda gazdei sa adauge o opțiune sărată (sendvis, panini etc.). Mic dejunul se ia la o locație foarte aproape de locul cazării cu un view superb catre castel. -presiunea apei de la duș - foarte mica.

La camera è molto carina e caratteristica. Molto pulito e posizione ottima.

Gli spazi erano veramente piccoli e con un cagnolino é stato un po' scomodo. Per una notte va benissimo, di più non saprei. Inoltre la notte nel corridoio c'è una luce che entrava in camera e se sei abituato a dormire al buio completo può essere disturbante.

Location semplicemente splendida. Più in centro di così non si può. Camera molto accogliente. Unica cosa: servirebbe un piccolo cartello in bagno che ricordi al cliente di accendere il boiler per l'acqua calda. Io purtroppo me ne sono accorto diverse ore dopo essere entrato in casa e la sera ho dovuto fare la doccia fredda

Die Lage war perfekt, der Besitzer sehr freundlich und alles war sauber. Für den Preis absolut angemessen. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden! :)

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war das Bad: Es gab nur eine Schiebetür aus Glas. Man konnte zwar nichts sehen, aber leider alles hören, was etwas unangenehm war.

La stanza era umida, i muri scrostati. Mancano le finestre e non riesco a capire come possa avere l'agibilità di questo locale come affitta camere.

Es hat alles super und reibungslos funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation super. Duschschlauch war defekt-innerhalb 45 Minuten repariert. Alles in allem empfehlenswert und top.

Alles war gut,nix zu bemängeln.

forse l unica nota dolente che essendo a livello strada si sente proprio tutto da fuori

Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend renoviert und eingerichtet. Es war mitten in der Altstadt, aber sehr ruhig, was ich beides sehr genossen habe. Das Raumklima war sehr angenehm.

Ich finde das Zimmer etwas zu teuer, das es doch relativ klein ist. Vor allem für Alleinreisende ist es sehr teuer.

Csodálatos helyen van, hátizsákos turistáknak tökéletes szállás. Tiszta a szállás, a fürdő. A házigazdával jó a kommunikáció. A reggeli is nagyon finom.

Mivel ez egy többszáz éves épület, ezért kicsit dohos, párás bent a levegő, de van párátlanító gép, ami segít a helyzeten.

di buono c'era solamente la posizione e il parcheggio vicino e la suite che mi sono prenotato il giorno dopo per recuperare il devastamento che ho subito.

non mi è piaciuto tutto in quanto non sono riuscito a dormire nemmeno un minuto,dal muro di lato al letto si sentiva tipo una ventola che pestava per tutta la notte,il frigo rumoroso,il condizionatore non funzionante e hanno messo una stufetta. comodini dietro il letto e quindi dovevamo lasciare i telefoni a terra.. la porta di ingresso larga 60cm . una finestra che non si poteva chiudere e la porta di ingresso di vetro,ad ogni ingresso c'era luce e quindi ti svegliavi di nuovo

So che è difficile mantenere case in pietra in edifici del genere, ma consiglio alla struttura dei trattamenti per l'umidità e per rendere l'aria nella stanza un po' più gradevole

Stanze caratteristiche ma poco confortevoli e carenti di pulizia negli spazi comuni.

Klimatyczne miejsce w centrum starego miasta. Dobra baza do zwiedzenia, praktycznie wszystko w zasięgu spaceru. Kontakt z właścicielem dobry , stosunek jakości i ceny właściwie zbilansowany. Polecam.

Świetna lokalizacja, dobre miejsce na 1 noc.

Specyficzny zapach starych murów; na wyposażeniu był automat do kawy i kapsułki, woda w lodówce oraz czajnik elektryczny, jednak nikt nie pomyślał o harbacie :( koszt minimalny ale po co kupować całą paczkę na jedną noc... Mogłaby być dostępna w obiekcie. Nie polecam alergikom

Trato por parte del dueño, que deja mucho que desear. Nos estuvo liando con el tema de enviar los documentos identificativos por vías no seguras y los pagos a cuentas de Lituania...como ya han puesto algún comentario anterior. Me da igual lo que pueda responder el susodicho a este comentario, ya que tengo todo acreditado y tramitada la subsiguiente queja. Soy clienta habitual de Booking y es la primera vez que me pasa. No merece la pena pagar menos, a cambio de líos.

Ubytovanie je priamo v srdci historického centra mesta v krásnej lokalite. Na izbe bolo zabezpečené občerstvenie zadarmo. Mne ubytovanie vyhovovalo svojim rustikálnym vzhľadom. Všetko bolo čisté. Komunikácia s majiteľom bola perfektná. Umožnil mi skorší check in, čo som ocenil, keďže som mal problém s predošlým ubytovaním v Bari, kde ma chceli oklamať. Odporúčam pri návšteve Bari.

Все ! Это самое лучшее место , в котором я была в Бари 👍такая чудесная атмосфера за такие деньги - мы с мужем были приятно удивлены! Очень близко к Базилике Николая Угодника- 5 минут медленным шагом .. терло уютно чисто и атмосферно! Если приеду в Бари- обязательно вернусь еще 👍

La ubicacion es fantastica, en pleno Bari Vechia y con desayuno a una cuadra que te dan el tipico capuchino con croasant. Me encanto el apartamento y con maquina de cafe y capsulas que para un fun del cafe como yo es algo que valoramos un monton.

La situación, verca del centro histórico y bien comunicado, con parking cerca.

La habitación, en una planta baja con poca luz y ventilación. Más pequeña de lo que se anuncia, alguna con poco más de 10 m2.
