A televisao nao tinha canais, a janela da varanda na trancava, foi solicitado um berço no ato da reserva tb nao foi colocado no quarto, pequeno almoço muito fraco pouca diversidade para relacao preço estadia

Le bruit des portes de l hôtel qui ne peuvent qu être claquées du fait du système de fermeture digitale ( heureusement que il y avait peu de va et vient). Le bruit de la porte d entrée autonome après 22h30. Notre chambre était juste au dessus (102).

Comfortable beds and very clean. Good choices at breakfast and close to the beach. No noise from traffic

Atendentes muito arrogastes., mal formados. Faltou água no hotel e liguei a questionar o porque é o atendente extremamente arrogante a dizer que quem sabia era os técnicos não ele, como se eu tivesse o número dos técnicos para ligar. Houve uma situação que disseram que não podiam tratar e tinha que ser com a booking e era mentira . Sem contar que ficou sem água da 8h até às 15h

não ter as coisas escritas em português, estamos em portugal e compreendo que venham pessoas de fora, mas pelo menos em português tem que estar escrito os menus, a informação de boas vindas ao hotel, televisão com canais portugueses etc

Ich weiss nicht wieso dieses Hotel so gute Bewertungen hat. Entweder haben wir das übelste Zimmer bekommen oder wir sind zu pingelig. Klimaanlage funktionierte nur teilweise. 15 minuten Kühl, dann kamm wieder heisse Luft. Als wir vom Strand zurück kamen, hatten wir eine Sauna im Zimmer - unerträglich. Die erste Nacht ging dann, da wir zum Glück das Fenster öffnen konnten. Aber wir haben uns absolut nicht wohl gefühlt. Nach dem 2. Tag war es unerträglich und wir haben uns entschlossen, die weiteren 2 Nächte in einem anderem Hotel zu verbringen, direkt am Strand. Das Badezimmer - eine reinste Katastrophe! Wieso keine Bilder online sind, ist uns nun klar. Man kann nur seitlich aufs Klo sitzen, die Dusche war extrem dreckig und nach dem Duschen war alles klitsch Nass. Sauber ist da ein Fremdwort. Es war wirklich grenzwertig. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

O desagradável apito dos semáforos toda a noite. Talvez consigam encontrar uma solução em conjunto com Câmara de Almada, para melhorar a situação.

Da localização, a simpatia dos funcionários

O ar condicionado estava avariado e não nos avisaram. Colocaram uma ventoinha no quarto que não ajudou a superar o calor, pois estávamos numa vaga de calor. Deviam ter avisado os hóspedes desta situação.

Localização, conforto da cama/almofadas e limpeza geral. Fizeram um upgrade à reserva, quarto com varanda, foi simpático.

Os cortinados não bloqueavam totalmente a claridade.

El detalle de dejar 2 pasteles de nata regionales me parece genial… las Camas y almohadas súper cómodas, agua con buena presión! El personal te pregunta amablemente todos los días si quieres limpiar tu habitación 👌🏼

Las paredes se nota que son finas, igualmente nos tocó vecinos silenciosos como nosotros ! Así que 10/10

de ligging van de het hotel is pal aan een drukke weg. als je de deur uitstapt moet je uitkijken voor voetgangers en als je iets te enthousiast naar buiten stapt sta je op de weg.

Przestronny, czysty pokój z dużym tarasem i widokiem na miasto. Blisko plaży, jakieś 5 minut na piechotę. W pobliżu sklepy spożywcze i restauracje. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna! Dziękuję :)

Tout était tres bien. La literie est super. Le petit déjeuner est tres bien. L'hôtel est super propre et le personnel est bienveillant et toujours souriant

No había aire acondicionado. Hacia muchísimo calor. Tuvimos que irnos antes de tiempo porque no se podía dormir. No eran muy agradables

Não tinha ar condicionado, passamos muito calor. O comando da televisão estava meio avariado e havia uma grande dificuldade em alterar o canal. Podiam ter uma maior variedade de pequeno almoço, mas tinham o basico de hotel.

Lo pesados que son con el bot mandando emails y WhatsApp. La moda de hacer los check-in a partir de las 15:00. El precio elevado en relación a la calidad.

Reception staff was friendly, internet worked well and it was clean. Room Decor was nice. Breakfast was nice in theory, however there was always something missing no matter which time you came.

We did not have aircon in the room and the street outside was quite noisy so you had to choose between fresh air + noise or no fresh air + no noise. Breakfast: The selection is good in theory, however eggs were almost always out and you had to either ask or wait fo quite a while (no matter what time you arrived, same goes for fruit). So it was hard to get a complete breakfast all at once.

Поруч перехрестя з світлофорами, через відсутність кондиціонування і вентиляції, відкриваєш вікна, а там постійне звукове оповіщення світлофору. Мене це вночі дратувало.

There was no AC and it was pretty hot during my stay.

The AC was out the whole time. They should’ve emailed me so I could’ve found another location. The rooms were unbearable hot! The night manager was rude and dismissive. I will not stay there again.

Loved that the special request for decoration for my child's birthday was done and it was a really lovely surprise along with the room being clean, comfy bed.

The hotel were aware that their AC wasn't functioning and instead of informing their guests prior to the check in so that we could decide if we wanted to maintain the booking or not, instead they only informed during check in that they had an issue with their AC not functioning for awhile and that it would only be fixed in two weeks time, the cooler left in the room was extremely insufficient to accommodate the hotness of the room and left us including my child uncomfortable throughout the night and during the morning the room was unbearably hot aswell and the cooler could only cool you down if you were right infront of it. Along with the entire hotel also not having AC so it was hot and the breakfast food wasn't properly maintained due to the hotness of the lack of AC, the cheese slices were melting, juices and water were warm, food wasn't prepared to deal with the hotness of the hotel throughout the hours of the breakfast time. Very unsatisfied with the overall experience, this was my second time going there and last.

Não tinha ar condicionado, a temperatura era insuportável. Obrigava a dormir de janela aberto e por isso muito barulho que vinha do exterior.

A localização é excelente, e o hotel tem estacionamento próprio, que foi uma muito agradável surpresa. Quarto perfeito em termos de espaço/conforto. Recomendo vivamente.

La ubicación es bastante buena, cerca del centro y de la playa. La habitación de 3-4 personas es amplia, con espacio suficiente para moverse con comodidad. Tiene un sofá y una terraza grande. Las camas principales son cómodas. La persona que nos atendió en recepción fue agradable.

En el baño faltaría un enchufe, no lo encontramos por ningún lado. La ducha es bastante ajustada de espacio, y no cerraba bien la puerta. Me faltó una mesa para dejar cosas, perchas, para poder organizar ropa, bolsos, bolsa de aseo...ya que el baño no tiene opciones. La puerta de la terraza no cerraba de ninguna manera. Ruido por la noche: carretera, aviones, y una familia cercana que parecía que estaba haciendo una mudanza a la 1h. El desayuno justo, en cantidad y calidad.

La ubicación es muy buena,cerca de la placita con restaurantes, supermercado y la playa urbana, porque para las demás hay que coger coche.Es un hotel que han modernizado de otro que existía.Camas cómodas

Pequeno-almoço extremamente fraco para pedir 10€ por pessoa, ficamos extremamente desiludidos com isso. Ovos instantâneos feitos em microondas, máquina do café não funcionava, muito pouca variedade mesmo… Quanto ao quarto, agradável até vir a noite, as portas do quarto deixam entrar luz por todo o lado…

Existe AC mas não funciona e no verão com uma ventoinha no quarto acho que não é o mais apropriado. A funcionária antes de comentarmos que o colega não nos mencionou que não havia AC disse-nos , nós já retiramos do booking.

The air conditioning was not working throughout the entire stay and staff didn't seem concerned about getting it to work again. Made it very difficult for me to sleep at night as I had to open the windows in to allow for air circulation but that meant there alot of noise from road traffic.

Que el aire acondicionado estaba estropeado, y nos comentaron que no se iba a poder arreglar durante nuestra estancia. El ruido del tráfico también incomoda un poco, pero no en exceso con nuestros horarios.

We were deeply disappointed that when we arrived, we were not told that the AC in the room was not working. When we came back from dinner and were getting ready for bed, we turned on the AC unit in the room. We were shocked to learn as the night we on that the AC unit did not work in the room. It was extremely hot over night and no one could sleep. My toddler, myself and the senior were up all night because it was too hot to sleep. In the morning, we let the front desk know and the only response we received was "email us". There was no, apology or moving of rooms options offered. So in our email we requested assistant with relocating to another hotel if the issue could not be resolved while we were out touring. No help was offered except a complementary breakfast and a refund of the nights not stayed. This email was sent so late to us that we could only find accommodations for our last night on our own. The hotel acknowledge that the issue was in the entire hotel, not just our room which they were well aware of before we booked. Instead of letting us know when we booked, they accepted the booking and said NOTHING. I'm beyond disappointed and honestly disgusted by this whole situation. Completely unacceptable.

Óptima localização no centro da Costa da Caparica com excelente acesso à praia e serviços. Quarto espaçoso e limpo.
