Good size room and spa facilities

There was dry sick on the back of the sliding bathroom door and our hand towel had old hair matted into it

Très bon accueil, place de parking accessible, petit déjeuner très bien fourni, excellent et diversifié, esthétique de l'hôtel parfaitement adapté à l'environnement et très confortable

Frühstücks-Buffet war schwach, nur 1 Brotsorte zur Auswahl und auch sonst nicht sehr reichhaltig.

Great location, great pool, rooms comfortable and all of the staff are fantastic. We’ve stayed here twice and will be booking again next year.

A lovely gem in the beautiful holiday village of Morzine. Room was comfortable and spacious, mountain view - absolutely gorgeous and the spa was this little extra that made the stay especially great. Friendly, gentle and accommodating staff. Will be surely coming back!

We were forced to cancel as the hotel claimed they had not received our payment. We do not know where our money is. We were in contact with the hotel and our bank. We also reported this to booking.com. We've had no help!

Everything - transport links to ski resorts was great, location far enough away from the nightlife noise but close enough to walk (both before and after drinks). Staff were great, rooms were great for our purposes (clean and modern), facilities were great (fantastic to have sauna / steam room after a day on the slopes). I'll be looking to come back for a MTB trip, and possible return next year for a 2nd Snowboard trip.

Very clean hotel located under 10 minutes walk to the centre of Morzine. We understand that a bus stops outside which takes you to the ski lifts, but we didn’t use it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold fresh products. Beds were comfortable, showers hot. Sauna and pool were a lovely treat after a long day skiing.

The swimming pool and sauna didn’t open until 4 pm, which meant we couldn’t spend a day relaxing in the hotel as it was closed for most of the day, and then when it was open, it was very busy as it was not big enough for the number of people trying to use them every day. Rooms were absolutely boiling and we have to sleep with our doors open due to the heat despite turning the radiators off. Some rooms were better than others with some not having open shared balconies or being very accessible and visible to other Hotel guests. We felt that the hotel was expensive for what it provided. Toiletries included one body wash and there was no milk provided so we couldn’t make tea in our room.

The hotel was great and very clean everywhere. Rooms had everything you could need and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Really good breakfast offered. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The facilities (pool etc) were great to have after a days skiing

Only negative from our stay was that Our room was right next to the back door, so we could here the doors opening and closing every time someone came in which was very noisy when people were coming in late at night and kept you awake

Bonjour , tout d abord nous avons apprécié l accueil exemplaire ,et la conduite jusqu’à la ouverture de nos chambres . Un personnel attentif ,à notre écoute et également de bon conseil pour tout renseignement ainsi que pour les randonnées . Piscine très appréciée ainsi que le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié.

Quality building, interior design and good location for the town and bus stop to all of the skiing areas. Plenty of car parking.

No real complaints. Tricky slope if you had any problems with managing icy conditions.

Сніданок просто жахливий. Басейн не великий прохолодний як для зими і в цьому приміщені холодно щоб знаходитись з дітьми. В приміщенні з сауною дуже слизько і мокро. У ванній кімнаті гель для душу знаходиться поза межами душової кабіни і для того, щоб помитись тобі постійно треба з неї виходити. Персонал не дуже доброзичливий. Сервіс та готель не відповідає коштам які ми заплатили, більше 400€ за ніч це занадто дорого.

Pas de décorations pour Noël Piscine 27°. C'est une piscine décorative, mais pas utilisable en hiver. Deux étages pour passer du sauna au jacuzzi. Grands espaces communs sans décorations.

la disponibilité du personnel tout le matin..

L'insonorisation et le lit qui devait faire à peine 1.75 m de longueur, les pieds dépassaient. Beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit, on entend les voisins et clocher juste à côté. Pas du tout reposant.

Hammam barré sur demande seulement … si on pouvait voir un employé. Petit déjeuner bien. Dîner servi tiède cela semblait à des repas réchauffés et salle à manger non chauffée lors de notre séjour avec une température extérieur frôlant le point de congélation. Aucun employé à la réception et aucune lumière même à 7h30.

Le plafond de la salle de bain de notre chambre démontrait des traces importantes de moisissures et le chauffage était absent.

Lovely hotel and staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel room was very comfy and clean. Enjoyed the lovely spa and the pool was still open. Location was perfect for the town.

Large number of smokers in hotel that go on balcony's to smoke with the cigarette fumes getting in your room if you have the balcony door open!
