Reviewed Sep 11, 2026We stayed for two nights without any problems. It is near a pretty busy road but we didn't really get any noise from it in our room. The shower was roomier than our previous hotel which made it more comfortable to use and water pressure was good. Hotel staff was great and welcoming. An interesting hotel in that its attached to Cross Tower A Bay which has a bakery, restaurant, and a convenient 24hr Lawsons. The parking is also provided by Cross Tower at 1000 yen a night. The parking attendants were very friendly and helpful to tourists. Some good restaurant options in the area too.
Getting in and out of the hotel by car can be a little hassle due to the busy roads but thats not really a fault against the hotel just the location.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026유료이긴 하지만 주차장이 딸려있고 객실도 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다. 산과 시내가 함께 보이는 뷰가 좋았습니다. 별로 사용하진 못했지만 5층의 무료 음료 공간도 좋았습니다. 번화가에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 걸어갈만한 거리에 있습니다.
욕탕이 딸려있는 호텔 위주로 다니다보니 대욕장이 없다는게 조금 허전한 감은 있지만 알고 예약한 것이라 크게 개선점은 없어 보입니다. 근처에 있던 온천 경험은 좋았습니다.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026I had zero language issues at all, everyone at the reception I spoke to was speaking english fluently. Big selection of ameneties, spacious room and very comfortable bed. I highly suggest booking breakfast, they had a special breakfast meal option on top of the generous buffet.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026酒店整体环境、设施都超级不错。前台贩售的苹果汁套装一定要买，它没有溢价，可以让你一次喝光10款苹果。隔壁底商就是罗森、新时代串店，完美解决饥饿问题。附近徒步几分钟就是（广田）苹果神社。
酒店的位置，距离青森站要徒步将近20分钟。虽然景致很好，带拖拽行李就没那么方便。另外，也没有传统公共浴池。

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026客房樓層都有飲水機，餐廳下午兩點至五點有迎賓蘋果汁評比（需詢問工作人員），傍晚六點至九點免費供應啤酒、紅白酒及日本酒。櫃檯人員非常容易溝通。
有些樓層走廊冷氣比較弱，房內窗簾容易吸味道，開關時會聞到歷年吸收到的異味，辦理入住時可以多花點時間說明餐廳的開放時間。

不是智慧電視比較可惜。

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Location was central enough, near a number of restaurants and convenience stores. Room was a decent size for our family of four (two adults and two young children), with space for luggage. Simple and straightforward, we stayed one night, no issues!
Beds were on the smaller side, but it's fine since we were only staying one night. For longer stays, I would prefer larger beds. Bathroom was also small, but still functional. Can't complain for the price!

Me sentí muy bien recibido a pesar de la barrera idiomatica, ya que no todos hablan inglés y mi japonés era muy básico. La habitación estaba muy bien y dormí perfectamente todos los días. La cama es increíble
Es solo un detalle, pero a veces el baño tenía una especie de goteo que no logré determinar que era. Aún así no afecta la comodidad del hotel.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026We only stayed here for one night but it was an excellent stay. Our triple room was the most spacious we had seen in Japan and was extremely comfortable. Although the hotel is on the corner of a main road, we could not hear any noise and had a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was not a huge spread but had ample choices and was delicious. In case you are driving, you might want to know that the affiliated carpark is vertical parking which needed some maneuvering, but there were staff to provide directions.

Doesn't have an onsen, but it wasn't a requirement.

バスルームは下水臭さが蔓延していて不愉快でした 洗面所やバスの下水口をゴム栓で塞いだら臭いは少なくなりましたが、下水口を開けていると、とても嫌な臭いが立ち込めますのでホテル側に対策して頂きたいと思います
