The hot buffet was poor quality and usually lukewarm . This let down the rest of the breakfast buffet, which was of decent quality and variety. I was woken up twice by housekeeping slamming doors and knocking on my door at 9am, even on the day I was checking out. One room was too small and badly designed (my mother hit her head off the TV and could not hang clothes up). The towels are also too small.

Flot, moderne hotel med alle de faciliteter man behøver. Dejlig restaurant og super at man både kan få morgenmaden og frokosten med.

Det eneste vi var utilfredse med var beliggenheden. Området er meget præget at tysk kultur og ikke særlig charmerende. Vi burde have sat os bedre ind i området. Ikke hotellets skyld. Tag bussen til Palma, når du vil spise, hvis du skal finde ordentlig mad.

The staff, the extended brunch, the pool area were all very good. It was very quiet. Adults only suited me fine.

The only issue I had was that my single room was above the kitchens and from very early there was a very strong cooking smell which permeated the room.

Não tem estacionamento, então você tem que procurar vaga na rua, o que eh bem difícil de ter dependendo da hora que volta para o hotel. As camas poderiam ser um pouco melhores. No meu quarto eram duas camas de solteiros daquelas de molas dobráveis

Bazén je součástí ubytování, úklid pokoje každý den. Snídaně jsou do 13:30 takže lze jít jak na snídani, tak oběd. Personal hotel s čímkoliv poradil a pomohl i objednat taxi na letiště.

The breakfast was superb. It was close to the beach, and also to public transportation. The room was small but very nice, and overlooked the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team who made my stay during my holiday truly wonderful and made me feel like a guest who was genuinely cared for. A big thank you to the entire reception team, who were extremely kind, professional and helpful at all times. Whatever my question was, whether it concerned my stay, recommendations, excursions or exploring the island, I always received complete and useful information, together with honest advice and a smile. For me, this kind of attitude towards guests is what makes the difference between an ordinary accommodation and a place you want to return to. My special thanks go to the chef and his team. As I need a gluten-free diet, I truly felt safe and well taken care of. Every morning, as soon as they saw me entering the restaurant, they already knew what I needed and made sure to prepare and bring my meal as quickly as possible. This attention and willingness to make an extra effort for me meant a great deal. ❤️ The entire hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, and you can genuinely see that they care about every guest feeling comfortable, welcome and well looked after. The atmosphere is relaxed, warm and friendly, while at the same time everything is very well organised. The food was another big plus. The brunch concept from 08:00 to 13:30 allows guests to eat more than once during this period, which is very convenient when you are on holiday and want to organise your day without rushing. The food is delicious, varied and plentiful, with plenty of choice for everyone. I would also like to thank the hotel manager, who showed through his personal approach just how much he cares about the guests. I especially appreciated that he told me about the gluten-free beer available at the pool bar, as well as giving me useful advice and recommendations about the island and excursions. These small, personal gestures make a big impression and are exactly the things you remember.

Plus is that the hotel itself is in a quiet residential area. The staff and the hotel facilities are very nice. It looks new and clean.

Con is that the hotel is in a very busy area with a classic tourist strip. If that’s your thing, ok. It is not mine. Apart from that my room had a single bed that was way to short and i am not even that tall. It reminded me of my student dorm.

Het ontbijt en lunch waren top!! Fijn zwembad en het hotel zelf was ook mooi en hygiënisch. Het personeel was heel aardig. Met name Hector!

Helaas zijn de kamers erg gehorig dus een paar oordoppen zijn echt een aanrader. Daarnaast de tip voor dames om je eigen föhn mee te nemen want de föhn van de kamer is echt waardeloos.

Hotel ist so Toll dass wir jetzt 3x in den letzten 10 Monaten da waren.Super nette Mitarbeiter. Essen echt lecker und ein ganz sympathischer Koch der alle paar Minuten nach dem rechten schaut. Poolanlage kann bis spät Abends benutzt werden. Vllt. nicht für jeden wichtig, Smart TV auf den Zimmern aktiv, Netflix und Co kann hier geschaut werden. Werden definitiv wieder kommen.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. 3 lignes de bus desservent l’hôtel : 1 directe pour l’aéroport, 2 autres pour le centre ville. Très pratique. De plus, en moins de 5 min vous êtes à la plage à pied. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié. La literie est confortable. L’équipe de l’accueil est très agréable et disponible pour répondre aux questions. La piscine est très agréable.

La porte de la chambre laissait passer la lumière du couloir toute la nuit, dommage qu’on aime dormir dans le noir absolu. Le ménage de la chambre : il serait bien que le balai ou l’aspirateur soit passé plus régulièrement. Il n’est pas agréable de marcher dans du sable.

Hotelli oli todella siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Pitkä aamupala-lounas-buffet oli ennennäkemätön ja toimi loistavasti. Ruoka oli hyvää. Cobaiba sijaitsi lähellä kauppoja, ravintoloita ja rantaa.

Äänet käytävältä kuuluivat huoneeseen turhan hyvin, mutta onneksi hotellissa oli rauhallinen meno. Kylpyhuoneen ilmastointilaite oli kovaääninen.

Das Brunch war sehr ausgeglichen und hatte sogar einen allergenarmen Bereich. Es wurde immer frisch nachproduziert so das auch gegen Ende die warmen Speissen lecker waren. Die Lage war ruhig und trotzdem zentral in Playa de Palma gelegen. Egal wo man hin will ob die ruhige familiäre oder Partyseite ist man fusslaufig vor Ort. Die Mitarbeitenden sind äußerst freundlich und man fühlt sich fast familiär aufgehoben.

Jedyna mała uwaga - mile widziany byłby dystrybutor do wody dostępny dla gości hotelowych przez całą dobę.

The hotel is on the second line, but the sea is a 7-minute walk away. Its biggest advantage is its late breakfast, with no limit on the number of servings and a good selection of dishes . It's clean and beautifully decorated.

L’hotel è molto carino esteticamente, la zona piscina è davvero bella, e il personale sia della reception che delle pulizie è stato sempre gentile e disponibile.

Il primo giorno ci siamo svegliati con il bagno completamente invaso da formiche, presenti ovunque, anche sui nostri vestiti. Dopo questo episodio ci hanno cambiato camera, ma la nuova stanza si è rivelata infestata da scarafaggi: ogni sera, andando in bagno, li vedevamo uscire dal pavimento e dal water. Alla prima segnalazione, invece di offrirci subito un cambio di camera, hanno semplicemente tappato con del silicone il buco da cui uscivano (soluzione da me stessa richiesta, non avendone offerte altre), e in seguito hanno provato con la pulizia con un prodotto specifico e delle trappole, misure che non hanno mai risolto il problema. Solo dopo aver segnalato più volte che gli scarafaggi continuavano a uscire, ci hanno finalmente detto che potevamo cambiare camera. Abbiamo documentato tutto con video e foto, ma non è mai stata data una soluzione concreta fino a due giorni prima della partenza. Essendo in vacanza solo una settimana, questo avrebbe significato perdere ulteriore tempo prezioso proprio negli ultimi giorni, dopo aver già subito tutto il disagio. Ho contattato personalmente il direttore per esporre la situazione, che tra l’altro non si è mai presentato di persona in hotel nonostante mi avessero detto che un lunedì sarebbe stato in struttura, mai visto. La risposta ricevuta è stata che l’hotel non offre alcuna compensazione, sostenendo di aver fatto tutto il possibile per risolvere il problema: cosa che, per quanto vissuto direttamente, non corrisponde alla realtà. Ci tengo a precisare che non do alcuna colpa al personale di reception e pulizie, persone che ho trovato sempre disponibili ma che avevano evidentemente le mani legate. La responsabilità è di chi gestisce l’hotel a livelli superiori, che dovrebbe rispondere in prima persona di una situazione così grave. Un peccato, perché la location avrebbe tutte le carte in regola per essere un’ottima struttura, ma la gestione di un problema igienico così serio non è stata affatto adeguata.

Schönes Hotel, frisch renoviert, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück und gutes WiFi. Man kann auch spät aufstehen und immer noch in Ruhe frühstücken. Schöner Pool und gut gelegen.

Zimmer recht hellhörig, außerdem hat mein Bett sehr geknarzt. Leider sehr spartanische Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten im Zimmer.

Es hat uns alles super gefallen. Ein stylisches, sehr sauberes und komfortables Hotel. Besonders schön fanden wir den Pool und die Zimmer. Der Brunch war super lecker - eine tolle Auswahl! Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit und hatte stets ein Lächeln übrig ☺️🫶🏽

The staff is very friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. The brunch that's included with your stay is fantastic, not to be missed. It's really worth half the price of the stay, it goes from 8am till 1:30pm, with different food for breakfast and for lunch, so you only have to worry about dinner. Location is great, pool and gym, plus a bar for cocktails or drinks next to the front desk. All in all, it was a good experience.

The bed sheets could be cleaner, there were some long black hairs on the sleeping sheets, bed frame could use an upgrade, but the bed was comfy. Also you can hear every sound coming from the hallway, like the door was wide open. Could use some soundproofing for the door.

I travel a lot and this is really a great hotel in a great location. I have been there several times over the last years (spring, summer, fall) and it is perfect at all seasons. The staff is really kind, I strongly recommend this place. I went to more expensive hotels in the same area, this one is by far the best.

Mozna isc na poranny posiłek a potem o 13:30 na lunch bo serwują dania na ciepło. Plusem jest tez fakt, ze nikt o 13:31 nie zamyka opcji jedzenia. Hotel jest bardzo czysty i nowoczesny. A beautiful hotel. The pool area was so relaxing. The food is fantastic, a brilliant selection. The main chef was always so cheerful.

Water was only available until 13:30. My room was not cleaned at all, other than the bed being made but still lots of sand in the room - floors not swept or mopped.

This hotel offers great accomodation in Playa de Palma area. It is in a quiet neighborhood, away from evening crowds. It is new/renovated and facilites are quiet good - gym, lobby bar, very nice area for breakfast. We didn't use the pool. The rooms were big. The bathroom is new and is maintained well, it is clean. The beds were ok, but could be more comfy. There was enough place to keep clothes and things. The AC didn't work very well in the beginning but we were told that it was due to weeather being very hot, and it takes a bit of time to cool the room, but then it is ok. The breakfast is actually a brunch and lasts until 13.30h with lunch food being served at some point.

The breakfast, although it offers a great variety of food, many of the things are not of a good quality - hams, cheeses. Scrabled eggs were once day prepared wiht some cheese and didn't taste very nice, fried eggs are fried too much. The coffee is awful, we just couldnt drink it. Room towels are poor, they get completely wet after one bath. They could be better.

Der Aufenthalts und Poolbereich war schön

Die Zimmer und die Aussicht waren eine absolute Frechheit die Zimmer waren trocken und lieblos eingerichtet auf den Bildern sieht es zwar nett aus aber in der Realität ist das Catfisch. Dazu kommt das die Betten absolut schlimm waren Stein hart und in den Zimmern war es extrem stickig. Auf dem Balkon hatte man Sicht auf ein verdrecktes Gebäude von gegenüber und die Leute in dem Gebäude haben rüber geschrieben und weiteres also ein absolut unangenehmes Erlebnis hatte für mich nichts mit Urlaub zutun.

Ich war jetzt zum siebten oder achten Mal da. Ich kenne es noch als Venus Playa. Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man Mal bisschen Ruhe haben möchte.

Mir fehlt die Bar von früher.

An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken beim Küchenchef Ich habe selten einen so zuvorkommenden Küchenchef gesehen. Man hat richtig gemerkt, er liebt, was er macht und das hat man auch geschmeckt.

Śniadanie jest w godzinach 8-13.30 a menu zmienia się trochę z czasem elementami lunchu więc obiadów na mieście nie trzeba jeść. Menu lunchu rownież zmienne, w ciągu 7 dni nie powtórzyło się. Wystrój i spokojna chilloutowa muzyka, basen i sporo miejsc z leżakami. Nie ma boju o leżaki. Polecam brać pokoje z widokiem na basen. Bliskość lotniska 20 euro za taxi w lipcu 2026. Autobusy miejskie blisko również. Nad plażę podobnie blisko. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Adult only najważniejsze.

Słychać sąsiadów zwłaszcza tych u góry, napisane, że leżaków nie można rezerwować jednak na weekend ktoś zarezerwował 5 miejsc 2 osobowych takich z zasłonami. Hotel dla dorosłych a po 20.00 na basen wejść już nie można.

Ruhige Umgebung und zum Hotspot sind es nur 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.

È stata una vacanza perfetta sotto tutti i punti di vista. L'albergo é accogliente, confortevole e pulito, in ogni angolo si sente un profumo buonissimo. In piscina abbiamo trascorso momenti di vero relax sorseggiando sangria e qualche buon drink. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e anche se non si parla italiano (perché la prevalenza dei turisti è tedesca), la comunicazione è stata semplice e diretta. Il brunch illimitato è davvero un valore aggiunto: cibi dolci, salati, varietà di frutta, di condimenti, di contorni e di bevande. Abbiamo potuto affittare delle biciclette al costo di 20€ al giorno, c'è anche la possibilità di prenotare dei massaggi. Il giorno del check-out si può rimanere, liberando le camere alle 12, ma utilizzando comunque piscina e buffet. Si raggiungono facilmente la spiaggia e il viale con negozietti e ristoranti.

Super Hotel, gut gelegen und sehr nettes und hilfsbereit Personal, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Super tolles ( nicht zu großes) Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre, wir haben uns wirklich sehr!! wohl gefühlt. Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, Klima funktioniert super. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Poolblick, der Balkon ist auch ausreichend und am Pool ist es angenehm ruhig mit Musik im Hintergrund. Der Pool hat mich auch beeindruckt, man geht hinein wie im Meer, also er wird immer Tiefer und man kann dort richtig gut entspannen. Wo mich ein Hotel am meisten überzeugt ist die Sauberkeit und auch der angenehme Geruch, es riecht überall sehr gut und es ist modern und im Boho Stil eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstückskonzept bis 13:30 fanden wir echt praktisch, essen war immer frisch und sehr lecker, besonders gut fand ich die "Bowl Bar", dort standen kleine Schüssel wo man sich eine Bowl zusammenstellen konnte. Der Strand ist auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sowohl ein kleiner Supermarkt. Wir hatten im Zimmer auch einen Kühlschrank wo man Getränke einkühlen konnte. Wir sind dankbar für den schönen Aufenthalt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Unser Föhn im Zimmer war kaputt aber der wurde uns sofort ausgetauscht.

Das Personal war grandios! So zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und wirklich freundlich. Der Brunch war super lecker, große Auswahl, und die Essenszeiten sind ebenfalls super großzügig. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend und hat alles nötige geboten. Die Lage war auch Ideal, unweit vom Flughafen und der Strand bzw. die Promenade sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Die Bettwäsche war zwar sauber aber hatte alte Flecken.

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Promenade, sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück bzw. Brunch. Man kann so oft wie man möchte essen gehen bis 13:30 oder 14 Uhr. Der Poolbereich hat uns auch gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden es nochmal buchen. 👍🏻

Hôtel familial, avec un personnel accueillant et aux petits soins. J'ai apprécié le principe du brunch tardif, ce qui permet de manger à volonté jusque 13h30. Belle piscine avec des endroits tant pour se coucher que discuter autour d'une table. Hôtel proche du centre et rapide d'accès vers l'aéroport. Salle de sport à disposition, climatisé.

Le buffet est varié mais manque de produits sains et de qualité. Il y a beaucoup de produits baignés dans l'huile/frits. La chambre est très petite avec manque d'isolation (bruits dans les couloirs, porte qui claque). Autour de la piscine, il y a toute la journée de la musique en fond et c'est dommage car difficile pour se reposer. Pas de café/thé dans les chambres.

Ērta nokļūšana uz un no lidostas - izmantojot vienu transportu (Autobus A1). Pēdējais transports no Palmas centra (2:00am) - 25 autobuss. Naktsmitnē ieejama arī maza trenažieru zāle. Apkārt naktsmītnei auto stavvietas ir bez maksas. Klusa un mierīga vieta, lai atpūstos ikdienas rutīnas.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war fabelhaft, wirklich aussergewöhnlich gut! Die Lage, sowie Pool und Sauberkeit einfach klasse!

The location was amazing, really quite i could say. We like it a lot. The Staff was exceptional, they helped us out with everything. The Hotel looks great, we had a really great room, it was clean and the ladies that did the cleaning really came in every day. The food was amazing, the fact that they had late breakfast was amazing!

Great location — walking distance to restaurants, cafes, small grocery stores, and, most importantly, the beach is reachable in 5mins walk! The room was comfy, light, and quiet. The brunch was amazing, everything tasty and great variety! The staff was mostly friendly and helpful.

The beds are similar to the hospital beds and mine kept moving up all the time.

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Kurztstripp! Nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und 5 Minuten Fussweg bis zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade. Ein kleiner, aber feiner Pool beim Hotel sorgt für die perfekte Entspannung

Ein sauberes Hotel, das zum entspannen perfekt ist. Die ruhige Lage, der Poolbereich, das Frühstück und die gemütlichen Betten sind sehr positiv zu bewerten. Ich komme sicherlich wieder.

Schimmel in der Dusche, Farbe blättert ab, sehr hellhörig, quietschendes Bett beim Umdrehen. Schlitz unter der Eingangstür der Mücken und Spinnen durchlässt.

Im großen und Ganzen war alles sehr gut! Unnötig die unmotivierte. DJs am Pool…würde eine gute Playlist bzw. ein Radiosender reichen…Fitnessangebot bzw. Fitnessraum durchdachter gestalten…und evtl. am Pool Service für Getränke bzw. Ein poolbar…ansonsten top

There is nothing we did not like

El equipo es muy amable; todos son súper simpáticos y solícitos. Quería elogiar a Héctor en especial, pues no recibió súper bien y siempre buscaba a ver si estábamos cómodos. La piscina y la habitación también son súper chulas.

El desayuno estaba bien, pero era básicamente lo mismo todos los días y tenía demasiadas opciones industriales. Aun si, había un señor muy amable también que hacía tortillas y esto estaba súper rico. La habitación es buena, pero la cama era de dos camas individuales que se separaban con mucha facilidad. No había algo como una funda, a menos que quedáramos juntas, así que básicamente dormíamos en camas de solteros.

Das Personal war super bis auf eine Person wo es irgendwie immer wieder kleine Schwierigkeiten gab. Die Musik am Pool war super könnte aber einen kleinen Ticken lauter sein. Das Essen war Bombastisch gut. Und die Lage auch echt Klasse.

Bestimmte Einzelzimmer sind schon ziemlich klein. Und wie schon erwähnt bei einer Person vom Personal gab es leider ab und zu kleine Schwierigkeiten.

Die Einrichtung des Hotels hat mich direkt angesprochen. Zum Wohlfühlen. Auch das Personal war zuvorkommend und ein früherer Check-In war möglich. (Leider war da der Boden noch etwas feucht vom Durchwischen, aber da kann ich mich echt nicht beschweren) Frühstück war super-grosse Auswahl. Auch vom Gehen ist es nicht zu weit zum Strand, Fahrrad-verleih und Taxiservice gabs auch.

Dass ich nicht noch länger geblieben bin :) und der frühe Check-Out...... Das einzige was ich bemängeln könnte, war der Fernseher, der etwas unpassend hang (vor der Terrassentür und der Badetür anliegend) und dass ich ein Zimmer hatte, das Zublick vom anderen Hotel gegenüber hatte.

Great Hotel in a great location just 5 minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Fantastic pool area with a range of different seating, we always found something available whatever time we went down to the pool area. The room was a good size Everywhere was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Loved the brunch option which gives you breakfast and lunch if you want it. Found all the staff excellent, polite and efficient.

Bath towels were too small. Sometimes you can hear other guests in their rooms, not big issue though
