Chambre très propre, ménage fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner japonais est vraiment bien. Le personnel est très serviable.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Perfect location! We had little time to explore Kochi, so chose Kochi hotel due to its proximity to the Kochi train station, trams, and bus-lines. We were able to easily get everywhere we wanted quickly and easily. We appreciate the front dest safely storing our luggage both when we arrived and the day we left. this let us explore all we wanted without worry, and easily and quickly grab our luggage when departing. - I highly recommend the breakfast - great view and great selection of good local food. - Room was nice and big, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. After walking many many miles with my daughter over the past week, I really enjoyed the large soaking tub at the end of the day. - Location is great for finding excellent restaurants, or hopping on the tram to get to markets, castles, botanical garden.

Cogí una habitación superior para asegurarme un poquito más de espacio ya vi que la más económicamente era más pequeña. Cama cómoda. El aire acondicionado taraba un poco en enfriar la habitación en comparación con otros, es sólo cuestión de tiempo. Todo correcto y acorde a la descripción. La ubicación muy buena, enfrente de la estación de tren, donde hay muchos restaurantes, servicios etc.
El aire acondicionado tardaba un poco en climatizar la habitación.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026L’hôtel est en face de la gare, ce qui évite de porter longtemps les bagages que l’on vienne du train ou du terminal de bus. C’est facile ensuite de,se déplacer depuis l’hôtel , le minibus qui va d’un endroit à visiter à l’autre part de ka gare, le tram aussi. Le personnel est aimable et diligent. La chambre est propre et j’apprécie particulièrement le fait,qu’il ait un drap et une couette. Les couettes en été sont trop chaudes mais la retirer est aussi désagréable quand on aile avoir un drap sur soi. Bravo d'avoir mis un drap, c'est suffisamment rare pour être signalé.
Le petit déjeuner est bien mais j'aurais aimé des fruits et les yaourts sont tous aux fraises, or il y a des gens allergiques aux fraises, il faudrait un peu de variétés.

ユニットバスは狭かったですが、どちらのホテルも同額で同じような造りなので、強いて言えば、というくらいです。

Reviewed May 9, 2026The location of it being opposite JR Kochi station was great. Our room faced the station and I can see the trains and trams from our room. We hired a car from Toyota car rental and having the car rental office next to this hotel was a bonus. Staff was friendly and provided good service in all our interactions.
The centralised airconditioning made the room too warm for the weather. We couldn't change to make it cooler and the hotel also couldn't change it to make it cooler. So our room was stuffy and it wasn't great that we had to open our windows to let the air in (as there wasn't much cool air coming through and it was too noisy with the cars and can smell the car fumes).

あえて言えば、ユニットバスが少し狭いなぁって感じぐらいです。

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026It is in a very convenient location, right in front of the train station. It is a short walk from all kinds of restaurants and stores, and local transportation is abundant. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly.
It has the layout of a typical Japanese urban hotel, which means the room is quite small by US standards. It was hard to find enough room to open up two medium size suitcases and still have room to walk around the bed.
