Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni in questo hotel, nel complesso non è stato un soggiorno pessimo, il letto comodo anche se un matrimoniale con due letti singoli, posizione buona e silenziosa, lo staff disponibile e colazione buona, ma ci sono dei punti da rivedere come l'odore di chiuso e polvere in camera, il bagno piccolo e la struttura è un po' datata.

Slecht onderhoud ziet er uit alsof het al jaren verlaten is. Bar is dicht, jacuzi enzo waren dicht, hadden alleen bier en cola. Wilde zo snel mogelijk weg hier. Interieur is al sinds 1970 niet meer vernieuwd.

Das Hotel ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen - uralt; offenbar seit Jahren keinerlei Renovierungen mehr durchgeführt. Zimmer war extrem klein, ekliger Teppichboden, uraltes Mobiliar, alles schrottig. Kein Restaurant, kein Wellness. Und da das Hotel weit außerhalb von Corvara liegt, braucht es für Restaurantbesuch usw immer ein Auto. Und für so eine abgeranzte Unterkunft auch noch obendrein teuer.

In den 1970ern sicher ein Top Hotel. Seither wohl keine Veränderung. Kein Restaurant und Bar im Sommer. Um fair zu bleiben, wir wurden bei der Buchung darüber informiert. Jedoch NICHTS in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man könnte zumindest einen Getränke und optimalerweise einen Snackautomaten aufstellen. Frühstück war ok. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis katastrophal.

Geen faciliteiten. Alleen ontbijt. De dame van receptie deed erg haar best. Maar aan beslissing van management om op laatste moment restaurant en zwembad te sluiten, kon zij ook niets aan doen. Er kon wel gebruik gemaakt worden van faciliteiten van zuster-hotel in de buurt. Ligging is perfect.

Bagno molto bello e funzionale con servizi di cortesia toilettes letto comodo , camera abbastanza spaziosa . Buon buffet colazione con torte fatte in casa e molta varietà di prodotti soprattutto salati ma non solo . Grande gentilezza ed efficienza delle due ragazza che gestiscono

La struttura è molto datata e dimostra pienamente gli anni, non sembra aver mai effettuato ristrutturazioni o migliorie, moquette usurata e sporca, pareti ormai nere dall’usura e stanze vecchie. Anche la pulizia lasciava a desiderare con davanzali pieni di polvere e insetti morti in giro per la stanza. Il bagno aveva un forte odore di fogna. Materassi a molle ormai deformati dall’utilizzo. Anche il personale lasciava a desiderare e non era sufficientemente preparato: all’arrivo alla reception non era presente nessuno, solo un campanello che anche se suonato non ha prodotto nessun risultato, durante la colazione le pietanze non riportavano nessuna etichetta sul prodotto su cosa fosse e con cosa fosse fatto. Chiesta una bevanda vegetale priva di lattosio (per problemi di allergia al latte) è stata invece portata una tazza di latte caldo 😓. Da notare che al buffet non era presente nulla per gli intolleranti al lattosio o al glutine, che ritengo un’attenzione molto importante oggigiorno.

Wir wurden zwar per Mail nach der Buchung darüber informiert, dass das Restaurant im Sommer geschlossen ist, aber bei einem fast ausgebuchten Haus wäre es schon schön etwas zu Essen zu bekommen. In der Hotelbeschreibung auf Booking steht Restaurant vorhanden. Der Hinweis sollte schon dort auftauchen. Die Rezeptionistin wollte uns dann im Nachbarhotel einen Tisch reservieren aber da gab es nur ein Menü für 38 €. Somit mussten wir in den Ort fahren. Hotelbar geschlossen, einzige Auswahl: Bier Cola Wasser. Lüftung im Bad defekt. Fernseher hängt schief an der Wand Das ganze Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Innen woe außen. Ich würde nicht mehr hinfahren

Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer incl. Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht. Die Buchung wurde am 30.11.2025 bestätigt und am 5.7.2026 bezahlt. Danach kam per Email die Information, dass das Hotel kein Abendessen anbietet. Es wurde versucht, den bezahlten Preis für Vollpension zu verrechnen. Erst nach massiven Beschwerden wurde ein Nachlass für das ausgefallene Abendessen akzeptiert. Nachdem man mich mit 10 Euro Nachlass abspeisen wollte, halte ich die Vorgehensweise für ein betrügerisches Geschäftsgebaren der Betreiberfamilie Ebner.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026La localización es perfecta, se llega fenomenal, tiene un parking para los huésped y desde ahí te puedes olvidar del coche ya que a escasos metros del hotel tienes un telesilla. Tiene un guarda esquís bastante apañado y, el personal bastante amable. El desayuno correcto y la cena, a excepción de la noche temática de carnaval (aunque solo estuvimos otra más, el resto salimos), también apañadita. Muy rica la bollería y pasteles de la mañana.
Le falta renovación de las instalaciones: moquetas descoloridas, toallas deshilachadas, fundas de sillones de hace décadas, grifería y puertas soleadas,… Vaya, que hay dejadez de las instalaciones, aunque sí lo mantienen limpio.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025La chambre, meublée dans le style chalet, est très spacieuse et chaleureuse, avec un beau balcon. L'emplacement est idéal pour le golf d'Alta Badia et à 10 minutes en voiture de la ville la plus proche. Le petit-déjeuner était sympathique.
Les oreillers sont plats, donc attention pour ceux qui les aiment bien rembourrés... Notons également l'absence d'une bouilloire.

El hotel es muy viejo, con olor a humedad y muy poco modernizado. No tenía enchufes cerca de la cama. El restaurante estaba cerrado, por lo que tuvimos que ir a cenar al hotel del lado. Caro para lo que eran las habitaciones.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025Il est inadmissible que booking propose un tel établissement Lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 19h00 il n'y avait aucune autre voiture sur le parking ce qui nous a d'emblée un peu surpris et inquiétés Nous avons ouvert la porte, il n'y avait personne à la réception qui est juste une planche et pas âme qui vive dans l'établissement. J'ai appelé, je suis rentré dans le bureau, je suis monté dans le couloir des chambres, personne ! La porte du bar était fermée, j'ai accédé aux cuisines, vides et de toute évidence non fonctionnelles. J'ai appelé le numéro remis par booking et une personne m'a répondu que quelqu'un allait arriver dans quelques minutes. Les abords de l'hôtel, l'entrée, la réception, un petit salon adjacent, tout était sinistre. Je précise que deux jours avant notre arrivée j'avais reçu un mail de l'hôtel me disant que leur restaurant et leur spa avaient été fermés tout l'été ce qui n'était nullement précisé au moment de la réservation. L'hôtel en plus est isolé sans aucun restaurant à proximité et quand j'ai demandé si l'hôtel avait un restaurant à nous indiquer je n'ai pas eu de réponse. Je précise enfin que la personne qui est finalement arrivée ne parlait que l'italien et que nous avons été obligés de communiquer via une application de traduction de nos téléphones ce qui n'est pas l'idéal en pareille situation. J'avais réservé deux chambres pour quatre personnes car nous étions avec des amis, il n'était pas concevable que nous passions la nuit sur place, j'ai donc décidé d'annuler notre séjour et nous sommes répartis. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver deux chambres à proximité et sommes descendus finalement à l'hôtel Marmolada dans le village à quelques km, un très bon établissement.

The room was great with a beautiful balcony and view to the surrounding hills. The staff was flexible and helpful, they immediately handled our request to stay 1 day earlier and arrive very late.
The hotel and the room was a littbe bit old fashioned, which did not disturb us, but I can imagine that can be problematic for someone.

Porterei maggiore cura alla struttura, manca totalmente di manutenzione. Inoltre almeno il servizio bar serale per un the caldo e un caffé lo offrirei anche nella stagione estiva.
