The power went off the first day couldn’t access our room because there was an automatic door leading to our room which could not be opened and there was no other way to get to our particular room. It was a few hours before we were able to get to our room once the problem had been resolved. Management made no attempt to soften the inconvenience by even offering a drink at the bar. We had just to sit it out. Very disappointing.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026We had a spacious bedroom, bathroom and lounge with a balcony large enough to sit out on with views over the pool and the sea. The breakfast omelettes and fruit were delicious. The location was superb for beaches, restaurants and shops.
The bedroom decor was quite basic and the bed mattress was too firm for me so I slept on the sofa bed which was more comfortable.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Había gran variedad y calidad en el desayuno desde que lo iniciaban.La habitación era muy amplia y contaba con un comedor y una terraza con hamacas y cuerdas de tender, ambos también amplios.La piscina era muy acogedora y tenía servicio de bar. Los jardines daban al complejo un ambiente ideal.
La iluminación de la habitación es bastante pobre.Al abrir las ventanas te veían desde fuera por ser zona de paso. Sería muy bueno tener persianas o algo similar que dejase pasar el aire; pero, no quedase toda la habitación a la vista. Estuvimos unas horas en la piscina y al volver la habitación seguía sin hacer. Nos fuimos a comer y dejamos el cartel en verde. Cuando volvimos lo teníamos en rojo y no habían hecho la habitación. ¿Algún "personajillo sin educación" nos lo cambió? En Recepción se ofrecieron a ir a hacerla; pero, ya habíamos hecho la cama y nos íbamos al día siguiente.Así que, aunque es de agredecer la predisposición y empatía con las que incluso la muchacha del bar de la piscina nos atendieron, esto nos dejó un mal sabor de boca.

Hubo un corte de corriente que nos dejó casi 3 horas sin electricidad y sin agua y eso a las 6 pm es fatal. Increíble que no haya planta eléctrica. No sé qué tan común son los cortes de luz en esa ciudad

La ubicación es buena, pero la playa de enfrente es pura roca, mejor bajar unos 300 a la Bocaina. El buffet es excelente aunque un poco caro para la cena.

El buffet de desayuno super completo. El personal muy amable, nos gustó mucho. La piscina tiene una temperatura espectacular, además de tener atención allí y ser muy baratas las consumiciones.
En una o dos ocasiones tuvimos que recordar que nos hiciesen la habitación.

Reservamos una habitación con salón y terraza. En ningún momento vimos indicado que no tenia visibilidad ninguna. Estaba arriba de una cuesta metida en un zulo sin visibilidad a nada. A una valla y un jardín trasero.

El personal es muy amable y atento, te hacen la estancia muy agradable y son muy familiares. El buffet? Desayuno con gran variedad y para comer hasta reventar, lo mismo que en las cenas. En las cuales me sorprendió que cada noche la comida fuese diferente, con productos locales, y una elaboración estupenda. Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Amazing, the accommodation, the pool, evening entertainment, half board food was excellent, clean and comfortable. Location is central and close to bus stops, taxi service etc. Not too noisy in peak season and a short walk to the sea and promenade. Staff always helpful and happy.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026La verdad que todo és un hotel muy familiar y cercano, muy limpio, la comida muy buena le atención y el personal muy pendiente siempre para atenderte en lo que necesitarás, la piscina súper limpia y la playa solo tenías que cruzar la carretera. Una experiencia genial tanto que el año que viene vamos ha volver.
