The staff was amazing, professional and friendly. Helpful and practical.

The building is relatively old and by no means it is s hotel having "new" facilities. No iron in the room and internet connection mediocre.

Ubicación buena, cerca de parada del tranvía directo a la estación. Personal amable.

Total falta de luz, Todo el apartamento estaba en penumbra, no había ningún lugar en donde se pudiese leer.

Everything went perfectly, good price and location. I recommend.

The room was clean and had a minimalist design, with only essential amenities provided. Although I didn’t personally take advantage of it, breakfast is served from 6:00am, which is very convenient for early travelers. The location is acceptable, with good tram and train connections, although it was not ideal for my particular needs.

The room was very hot and stuffy despite the fan and openable windows. The initial welcome at reception felt somewhat arrogant and unprofessional, including being addressed in the third person as “the lady.” Fortunately, the receptionist the next morning was much warmer and more welcoming. Small details, but the room key was also heavy and impractical, and I did not feel fully comfortable leaving it at reception. To be fair, I'm used to digital keys now.

The location is quite good. The staff are nice

The hotel is extremely old, the double glazing window is useless and for what you pay for it's not worth the price

La route à côté est assez bruyante, s'il fait chaud et qu'on garde la fenêtre ouverte on entend pas mal de bruits. Je pense que ça ne doit pas trop être un problème en hiver. Aussi le bâtiment n'est pas très bien isolé, malheureusement nous sommes tombés sur des voisins de chambre qui n'étaient pas du tout respectueux et on les a entendus jusqu'à tard.

Das man ein Depot hinterlegen muss, was ich noch in kein anderem Hotel gesehen habe. (Pro Tag 50.-) Als ich gefragt habe für was das Depot sei, bekam ich nur die Antwort das machen alle Hotels. Das Depot sollte gemäss personal beim Checkout wieder am gleichen Tag auf mein Konto wieder gutgeschrieben werden. Ich erhielt es erst nach 4 Tagen und und auf nachfrage. Unbequemes Bett, Zimmer roch extrem nach Chemikalien. Alte Fenster, man hört jedes Geräusch von der Strasse.

Dopo il soggiorno presso la struttura, per questioni organizzative ho prenotato una notte ulteriore. In seguito, purtroppo ho dovuto anticipare il mio rientro, senza poter usufruire della prenotazione. Ho fatto richiesta di rimborso alla struttura ma mi é stato negato.

No me dieron hospedaje en este hotel , la persona de la recepcion me envío al hotel Stoller donde me realizaron nuevamente el cargo a mi tarjeta, informándome qué el Hotel Olimpia me realizaría el rembolso qué cobro, el cual no me lo han realizado

We hadden een appartement met 2 slaapkamers en een keuken. Dat was ideaal met 2 kinderen. Op loopafstand 2 supermarkten en een trambaan.

Het was erg warm en de airco werkte niet altijd even mee, maar voor de rest was het prima

Hellhörig - man hat viel von nebenan gehört. Viel Verkehr, man konnte nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Licht zum Lesen im Bett nicht geeignet.

Kaum 10qm. Waschbecken im Zimmer. Dusche und Klo separat. Keine Klimaanlage. Ventilator defekt. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster kaum möglich wegen Straßenlärm.

Grosses Zimmer, schönes Bad, schöne Sicht auf den Üetliberg, hell und ruhig Spannend zu wissen, dass Jimmy Hendrix in diesem Hotel übernachtete!

Der Empfang im Olympia-Hotel (Hauptgebäude) war nicht gut. Wir wurden überhaupt nicht gut empfangen. Der Angestellte erklärte uns den Weg zum anderen Gebäude (Stoller), doch es blieb unklar, wir mussten erahnen wohin wir gehen mussten.

L‘hôtel était facile d‘accès et confortable. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres. Il est possible de laisser son bagage en bagagerie avant de récupérer la chambre. La localisation est idéale dans Zurich.

Le parking est payant et le service client n‘est pas très bon. J’ai oublié un vêtement dans la chambre et j’ai appelé pour le récupérer mais apparemment ils l’ont jeté…

La camera era spaziosa e pulita per arrivare in centro a zurigo bisogna un po camminare anche se fuori dal hotel c'è la fermata del tram per raggiungere qualunque posto .in zona molti negozi e bar animati alla sera

No air con , the room was uncomfortablely hot even with the fan on all the time . No tea, coffee jug or water cups in room. The reception had no idea about any tourist related questions or suggestions .

Habíamos reservado dos habitaciones que, cuando nos las entregaron, no tenían nada que ver una con la otra (habiendo pagado el mismo precio por ambas y realizado la reserva en el mismo momento). Una era un "zulo", donde la bañera estaba a medio metro de alto (una persona mayor no podría utilizarla), y la otra era muy ruidosa y tenía manchas de sangre en los colchones y en las cortinas. Además, el desayuno no ofrecía opciones sin lactosa. Había un solo ascensor para todo el alojamiento, ocupado también por el servicio de limpieza, por lo que era difícil cogerlo. A 32°C que tuvimos, únicamente nos pusieron un ventilador enano en cada habitación, no había aire acondicionado. Por último, cada vez que queríamos hacer una consulta, la chica de la recepción nos interrumpía sin dejar expresar nuestras peticiones/preguntas. Se nos realizó un cargo adelantado a la fecha cuando indicamos en la reserva que se pagaría al llegar al alojamiento. Preguntamos nada más llegar qué significaba esto y la chica de recepción no se molestó en explicarnos que era un cargo que se cobraría a final de la estancia y quería que volviéramos a pagar. Nos resultó una respuesta muy violenta y sarcástica. Si no hubiéramos sabido defendernos en inglés, hubiera sido imposible entendernos con ellos. Nada recomendable.

Miły i uczynny personel, czysto, codziennie wymieniane ręczniki, lokalizacja na tyle dobra, że wszędzie chodziliśmy pieszo, blisko kościół z Mszą Św. po polsku

Mam tylko jedno zastrzeżenie, brak klimatyzacji, przez co konieczne było spanie przy otwartym oknie przy ruchliwej ulicy z tramwajami

Unfortunately next to a main road which is very busy.

The suite was spacious, clean and included an air cooler which was a big plus. The location was close to many restaurants and Coop supermarket.

We booked a suite that included two rooms and a bathroom. None of the rooms including the bathroom had a privacy lock.

Convenient location with easy access to the city.

The broken window hinge (when I opened the window it dropped), the cracked basin in the bathroom (small but annoying), the incorrect shower fitting (that meant water came out at the connection to the shower head as well as the shower head itself - I suspect the wrong connection on the flexible hose.) I just get annoyed that housekeeping in whatever hotels I stay in don't seem to report faults, or if they do, management take no action.

It had all the basic necessities/essentials, i just needed a bed to sleep in. I wasnt alot at the hotel during my stay because theres alot of stuff to do in the city so thats pretty good also the tram and train are very close by and useful.

An AC unit / Airco would have been great it was like 33 degrees in the room also at night so I had to open te window sadly due to that it got very noisy. Safety deposit was also strange but i got it back pretty quick after checkout so its fine.

The location is good and accessible everywhere.

The room is great. The location is very close to the train station. There are coffee shop and restaurants nearby.
