Nice reception staff. Comfy bed and a couple of free fridge drinks in the room. Breakfast exceeded my expectations - but book a little bit more time to fully enjoy it, as you will need to order items from the menu.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Staff at front reception very friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet. The only criticism I can give is no glass or china cups only cardboard.

Excellent accueil, que ce soit pour la chambre, le petit déjeuner et le restaurant ! Chambre très agréable et très calme (très bien isolée, elle donnait sur la rue).

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Stoller. The hotel was clean, in a great location, quiet, and had very friendly staff. It had a nice European feel. I would definitely recommend it.

Dos empregados da receção era apenas 1 e como tal não pidia ajudar nas nossas duvidas pois estava muita gente nas entradas e saidas tranquilo

Das Frühstück war alles frisch zubereitet, kein Buffet - eine super Option, um Food-Waste zu vermeiden! Man braucht etwas mehr Zeit, doch das lohnt sich (auch Preis/Leistung) absolut!!!

Lage nah beim Stadion Letzigrund, gute Anbindung an ÖPV. Superleise Klimaanlage - hat auch nachts kein bisschen gestört. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Se solicita fianza por habitación y noche. No me pareció leer este requisito a la hora de contratarlo. Estaría bien saberlo de antemano aunque mi motivación para hospedarme en el hotel, no cambiaría por este hecho.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. There was a restaurant at the hotel which was handy. It was only about 100 metres from the tram station. The staff were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel.

外観は年季が入っていますがエレベータもあり清潔で快適でした。中央駅から距離はありますがコスパを考えて選び、正解だったと思います。

Die Lage war perfekt: Das Letzigrund war um die Ecke. Auch das Stadtzentrum liess sich problemlos mit dem Bus erreichen. In der Nähe gab es ein Migros und genügend Restaurants.

Clean and nice staff

Good location (easy to reach via tram). Has a restaurant and bar and can look after luggage after you check out. Has Tvs in the bathroom! Nice amenities - juice in the fridge.

Bar was not open for a nightcap and there is only a Burger King nearby.

It was comfortable, friendly and efficient. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Very convenient, 2 mins from a very regular tram connection to centre and from a well stocked coop and great kebab place.

Swiss plugs different to rest of Europe! They did advise where we could buy adaptors but given this is an international hotel maybe they could provide these to guests.

The hotel and room were very clean and tidy. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff here were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel should be really proud of them. The tram station was about 100 meters up the road, and this took you into the city. The restaurant served great meals and the staff there were great.

Konumu tren istasyonuna tramvayla 12 dk, indiğiniz durakta hemen otele ulaşılıyor. Çevrede market, restoran vb var. Altındaki restoranda oturup, sokağı izlemek de keyifliydi. Resepsiyonda Fatma hanım çok yardımcı oldu, çok teşekkür ediyorum. Kaldığımız oda biraz serindi, hemen ısıtıcı ayarladı, güzel öneriler verdi. Odada kahve makinası, çay, kahve, soğuk içecek ikramları vardı. Kahvaltısı açık büfe değil, masaya istediğiniz herşeyden sipariş verebiliyorsunuz, çok başarılıydı, özellikle sıcacık gelen kruvasanları. Personel de çok ilgili ve sıcakkanlıydı.

The reception desk was very welcoming! The rooms were very comfortable. We did not eat at the hotel however did have a few drinks on the outside patio. Parking was available on site at the front of the hotel.

Steps up to lift

The hotel was super close to the tram so we could easily and quickly get to the centre of Zurich. Although, our view was right onto the road we didn’t notice much noise at all and were able to sleep. Great supermarkets/bars/restaurants nearby as well. The staff were very nice and extremely polite! The coffee machine although it leaked a bit was great, especially with free coffee and then a kettle with tea as well! The free apples were also very delicious!

Quite a small room. We had a few issues with the light switches and heating/cooling in the room - we just weren’t sure how things worked. Also there was a little screen in the bathroom which we had no clue what it was for as it always said no signal.

Good location close to transit, very clean rooms and good breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights.

The rooms were lovely and clean. Good central location and value for money.

The staff member who checked us in wasn’t particularly helpful or welcoming. Breakfast was extremely expensive and a bit of a rip off with .50 CHF charged for TAP water.

Gute Lage, wenn auch nicht wirklich im Zentrum, aber gut zu erreichen. Sauberes Zimmer mit guter moderner Ausstattung.

La possibilità di parcheggiare di fronte, anche se nel viale, è sicuramente un punto a favore, in particolare se si può usufruire della copertura che consente maggior protezione all'auto. Le camere non erano ampie ma erano molto comode, il bagno piccolo ma ben arredato con il piccolo video che replica il segnale della TV in camera, buona la doccia. Il vero vantaggio competitivo dell'Hotel è trovarsi di fianco alla piazza in cui si fermano le principali linee del Tram, la 2 e la 3. Positiva anche la reception aperta h24.

Considerando il costo della prima colazione, è stato alquanto sorprendente non trovarla a buffet bensì servita, con un vero e proprio menù ed un membro dello staff a prendere gli ordini. Avrei preferito, ribadisco considerando il costo non indifferente della colazione, poter usufruire di un'ampia offerta a buffet dove poter scegliere più soluzioni.

The beds were comfy, the room was quiet and there was free sodas in the fridge

The air conditioning did not work, we asked for an earlier check in and had booked in March however that was not possible. Receptionist upon arrival promised a room around 2.30 but when we got back it was not available and Receptionist we saw at the beginning ignored. Serving and checking in other people. Another Reception person who just started their shift seemed to think that we had just arrived and advised we would not have a room until 3pm. It was very inconvenient having just flown for 25 hours. In need of a shower; I did not understand why all the other people got checked in but we did not. I was told it was because they booked early, what is early. We booked in March with our request. It felt like there was lack of communication from the reception staff, housekeeping and ourselves.

Nem volt szappan és tusfürdő helyett fűszeres kézmosó volt. Ezen érdemes lenne javítani. Minden más nagyon tetszett.

Me and my family loved staying here! The hotel is super close to the supermarket (migros and coop) and to the eletric/bus that takes you in 15min to the city center. The rooms were clean and had everything you need, as you can see in the pictures. Everyday they cleanned the rooms and replaced what you used: coffee, tea and the drinks in the minibar (still water, sparkling water and 2 sparkling juices). The staff was super friendly and always present at the recepetion.

El hotel está cerca del centro en transporte publico, el cual está a dos minutos del hotel, destacaría la amabilidad en recepción de David que nos ayudó en todo muchisimo, incluso nos olvidamos un pantalón que amablemente nos guardo hasta que fuimos a recogerlo a la vuelta

Room a bit tight for 4 people

Mir hat es hier richtig gut gefallen: Das Zimmer war ansprechend gestaltet, sauber, verfügte über eine kleine Minibar und sogar einen Balkon. Die Klimaanlage war angenehm leise und vom Straßenverkehr war - mindestens im Zimmer zur Hofseite - absolut nichts zu hören.

Locatie was prima, personeel was vriendelijk & behulpzaam. De kamers waren goed, en het ontbijt was erg goed.
