Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The shower was excellent, and the water pressure was very good. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. The parking area was secure and safe.
The beds are small and uncomfortable. I honestly don’t understand why, in such beautiful-looking hotels in Italy, you choose beds that are so poor in quality, small, and uncomfortable. Your guests are paying for a comfortable stay, not just for the attractive appearance of the hotel. I believe you should take travelers’ reviews seriously and reconsider these issues. The weather was extremely hot, but the central air conditioning system was unable to cool the room adequately. As a result, I had to leave the air conditioning on throughout the night, which unfortunately left me with a headache the next morning.
