الفندق مرتب و نظيف .. العاملين اخلاقهم حلوة و لطيفين .. بنتي بالغلط طاحت و كسرت الابجورة .. بلغناهم و سألنا عن التكلفة وكانوا جدا محترمين و اعفونا منها لاننا خبرناهم الاطلالة مرة حلوة

الغرفة ضيقة مثل غرف اوروبا .. ما فيها كواية .. ما اعرف اذا كنا نقدر نطلب منهم وحدة او لا ما فيها ثلاجة

The location was amazing

They didn’t really cater for Nut Allergies. Also a light on the balcony to sit out at night would have made the room 10/10

Fijn balkon in de kamer aan de meerzijde met mooi uitzicht. Fijne bedden. Lekker ontbijt. De kok zou alleen de eieren moeten laten schrikken. Die zijn niet te pellen. Super goede waterdruk in de douche.

Ik was niet voorbereid op het feit dat er andere stekkers waren. Dat is wel iets om te weten. Bij de balie kon je omvormers lenen. Dat was heel fijn. Bij het ontbijt moest je plaats nemen aan een tafel waar je naam op staat. Ik heb liever dat je zelf kunt kiezen. Nu zaten we apart in een ruimte weg van het ontbijt, mijn moeder is niet goed ter been, en dat was bekend. En we zaten achter een tafel met de meest onopgevoede kinderen die ik ooit heb gezien. Daardoor was het ontbijt niet echt een rustige ervaring.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

As we visited in the summertime, we realised it was best to leave the window open when we slept to keep the room cool since there is no air conditioning. This is not really a critique, just a point we did not realise when we booked.

Room view was amazing, we enjoyed the balcony table a lot with an excellent view of the lake and the mountains.

I found the practice of assigning breakfast tables to specific room numbers strange. Why not to sit another table with a better view if they are plenty of free tables? During check-in, after seeing my Swiss address on the form the receptionist asked, “Do you live in Switzerland?” - although it was clearly written on the form. She then asked, “Do you speak some German?” We were speaking English and her English was perfectly good. These were the only two questions she asked, with no further conversation or friendly follow-up. The conversation ended there, she handed us our room cards and we left. I still wonder why the receptionist wanted to double check if i live in Switzerland and if yes, do i speak German? Was this her personal cruosity or a survey? Very welcoming (!) interaction

The hotel is very pretty , awesome service and great breakfast.

A bit removed from the town , bus service is sometimes just once an hour , though its only a 15-18 minute walk. If the weather is warm like Europe is becoming now , the room has no fan and aircon , can get tough to sleep.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Top renovierte Zimmer ( für mich 4 Stern ) . Restaurant bodenständig schweizerisch. Schöne Terrasse zum Essen und mit Lounge zum geniessen. Sehr gute Küche. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Tagesausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder. Lieben Dank an das ganze Team

Sauberes, freundliches Hotel mit guter Ausstattung, gutem Frühstück und wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Brienzersee und die umliegenden Berge.

Keine Anmerkungen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Breakfast could have been more copious - we were told some things were finished m even though we came at around 8.30.

- quite a lot of parking spaces, just be careful of arriving at dinner time, when the places are often completely full, - the best of the regular rooms is number 34 - amazing view of the lake, - don't be fooled that the hotel has check-in only until 18:00, the reception is also open after that, but a little more limited - the staff runs around to help in the restaurant operation, - towels changed every day, - very comfortable mattresses, - excellent water pressure in the shower, it is not the rule, the bathroom is always clean and properly tidied, - daily complimentary water.

- the hotel offers half board, but an active person basically cannot make it, because dinner is served exclusively between 6-7 pm and we are still in the hills or at the lake, fortunately you can order dinner outside the half board regime, unless it is a day of rest - RUHETAG, - terribly weak internet in the room (we lived on the 3rd floor), which either does not work at all or is very weak, - even though we slept here for 6 nights, they did not change our bed linen, - the hotel is located a little further from the center (harbor, train station), but there is a pleasant walk around the lake to the center, - no air conditioning, - at breakfast we had to ask each other often to replenish some ingredients, especially still water, brie cheese, the staff needs to monitor this more and respond immediately by replenishing it, not after a warning.

Sauber, gepflegt, wir haben alle 2 Jahre zum Käfertreffen hier übernachtet.

Nagyon kedves személyzet. Parkoló a hotel előtt. Finom reggeli. A vacsorát mindenképp ajánljuk, mert isteni, 4 fogásból álló, különleges, néha újragondolt, minőségi ételekkel. Buszmegálló a hotel előtt, 3 megálló a vasútállomás.

WIFI is weak at night

Ingen aircondition. Mye trafikk utenfor - lite ro/kveldsro. Ekstremt varmt uten AC som gjorde at man må ha balkongdør oppe = mye støy fra vegen

The room was comfortable with a great bathroom. The choices on offer at breakfast were great and more than catered for a myriad of tastes. Location is a 15 minute walk into Brienz, although there is a bus stop across the road and it's only a couple of swiss francs for the journey into the bus station, by the railway station.

The hotel only run a 5 course tasting menu each evening for the meal and although they email you a couple of days prior to your stay offering you this, they do not make it clear that this is your only option for evening meal. There is also an issue with flies and they have very little in the way of deterrent/prevention of being dive-bombed by swarms of them when you eat in the restaurant. We stayed at the hotel during an extreme heatwave and whilst this is not the fault of the hotel, provision of fans would have been welcome as the rooms were uncomfortably hot.

Hát a reggeli nekem nagyon nem jött be,kevés és nem túl változatos.De ez csak az én véleményem.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet, nichts besonderes. Schöne Aussicht auf den See. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war überschaubar, aber frisch und gut. Das 4-Gang-Menu ist gut, wenn man kulinarisch flexibel ist, der Preis dafür ist ok.

Der Preis für das Zimmer war zu hoch.

Very good location, easy to connect to different parts if you are there for a mountain vacation

Remember this hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, can be impossible to sleep on a hot summer day . Breakfast is just ok . Can be better .

La canicule sévissait lors de notre séjour, une climatisation aurait été souhaitable mais nous avons pu géré la situation sans cette dernière

Gorgeous balcony view of the lake. Comfortable and clean room. Easy parking. Lovely walk along the lake into town (or for a swim). Is a good base to explore the area.

Personally didn’t find the 2 main staff we interacted with very welcoming / friendly / helpful, didn’t explain anything on arrival etc, but they may not be representative of everyone who works there looking at other reviews.

Breakfast was excellent! Room was nice and clean and the bed was comfy. Nice lake view. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice experience!

We could hear the people talking in the room next to us so the walls were pretty thin. But it didn't bother us much. The balcony was shared with other rooms on the same floor.

I booked a LAKE VIEW Room, but ended up given 1st floor room, which HAS NO GOOD LAKE VIEW, so paid extra for NOTHING !! There is a huge chance to improve the breakfast, it is repeated every day,... not many options.

Room’s very clean and cozy.

The breakfast tables are reserved by the staff !! It should be treated as “first come first served basis “ . Personally I missed sitting by the window because it was reserved for other guests!!!

Wij zijn een week in dit hotel geweest. Lekker ontbijt, goede bedden en een mooi hotel. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze kwamen elke dag een praatje maken en gaven tips voor het bezoek van andere plaatsen.

View and location were great. Room was ok, pillows were way too soft, but was given some extra ones (still very soft!) Food was good, but a little over priced Short 10 min walk and you start to reach some other restaurants. Notch to do around hotel,but great location to explore from

Pillows were poor, but ok if you like super soft pillows! Towels too small and dont cover you!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir konnten unsere E-Bikes in einem abschliessbaren Raum mit genügen Steckerstellen deponieren. Nachtessen mit Gängen zum Teilen hervorragend. Frühstück abwechslungsreich und spannend.

L’accueil au top ! Nous avions prévenu du retard pour le Check in et nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Le repas au restaurant de l’hôtel excellent! La chambre confort et propreté, calme. Le parking à côté! Vraiment à recommander!
