Location

Wardrobe are too small and it is too expensive

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, except for a staff member named Sedat, who was very disrespectful and unprofessional. His attitude and manner were not appropriate

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness and comfort to the excellent service. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mehmet, who was extremely kind, professional, and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Honestly, I did not have any negative experience during my stay. Everything was excellent, and I was completely satisfied with the hotel and the service.

Breakfast was good and the location was good. The hotel is in a nice location.

There is a gym, swimming pool and sauna

The stay was absolutely excellent, and the service was outstanding, especially Mehmet. He is a wonderful person and provided exceptional service. If I return to Istanbul, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

From my side, I have no complaints or negative comments at all. Everything was excellent.

Esta bien Situado limpio. Y un buen desayuno

El aire acondicionado hace ruido

sehr modern, sehr sauber, jeden Tag Reinigung, gute Lage, gutes Frühstück

The stuff, and the facility.

The regular rooms are very small, and the double beds are short in length. I payed extra at the lobby for an upgrade to "family suite" as is the only one type of room with a nice bed for 2

Maybe the staff was a bit understandable of the situation, thats honestly the only thing i liked

Every thing was very not clean and there was blood in one of the bed sheet and they tried to move me to another room but it was the same i founds so much dirt and weird stuff in my bed i even took some pictures because it was horrible

Very good location (directly next to Metro/Tram, 10 min walk from attractions) Extensive and tasty breakfast buffet Daily room service and fresh towels Clean and mold-free bathroom Helpful staff able to fulfill special requests Exceptional value for money (we paid 85€ per night for a 2-person room)

Bathroom is rather small (we expected this) Windows are not really sound-proof, luckily the street outside is pretty quiet The beds are firm, which sone people might dislike The coffee at the breakfast buffet comes from a machine, but is just Nescafe (this seems to be typical in Istanbul) The rooms lack hooks to hang and air out clothes overnight. There is a small wardrobe, but it's not ideal.

Very nice and clean

Nothing

colazione OK - posizione OK - letti COMODISSIMI

Niks

1.Blisko tramwaju i metra 2. Czystość 10/10 3. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel

Niska jakość produktów śniadaniowych oraz kawy

Petit dej compris - propre et suffisant

Uniquement une service lors du petit déjeuner

Good selection

Nothing

(aczkolwiek koszmarna kawa).

The only problem we booked a room with double bed and they gave us a room with two single bed and they said we don’t have room with double beds till tomorrow
