Bel endroit assez excentré sur amed . Excepté la réceptionniste et la femme de ménage Le personnel est d'une froideur rarement vu en voyage. Bref, on a préféré mangé aux alentours.....! Warrung dodo, ,, warrung di abian

We had one of the Villas, the view was wonderful and the pool really enjoyable. The staff was very kind. It was also very clean. Breakfast was also good.

It’s not the closest to the main Amed beach area. You need a driver because the roads are too dangerous for scooters.

The room itself was pleasant

I didn't like that I had picked a ground floor room that still had 37 steps to get there. From the photos it looked like the beach was right in front of the Villa which was true except there is a giant cliff between the road and the beach. Our room had a fish pond that went under the room which looked very pretty but as the pond was practically still our room and open shower were filled with mosquitos. The restaurant was disappointing, service was below average. To contact reception you needed to use whatsap. Was booked for 3 nights left after the first night l. Have stayed at property that have been overall much better for far less than what I paid. Would definitely not stay again or recommend.

Une expérience malheureusement très décevante. L’hôtel est assez éloigné de la ville, donc nous avions justement choisi cet endroit en pensant y trouver du calme et pouvoir vraiment nous reposer. Malheureusement, c’est tout l’inverse. L’établissement est situé juste au bord d’une route très passante, avec énormément de bruit, y compris la nuit. Difficile de se détendre ou de profiter du calme que l’on était venus chercher. À cela s’ajoutent les travaux, également très bruyants pendant la journée. Autre grosse déception : les chambres ne ressemblent pas vraiment aux photos présentées. Pour le prix demandé, je m’attendais clairement à un autre niveau de confort et de prestations. Je trouve le tarif beaucoup trop élevé pour ce type d’hôtel, surtout compte tenu de son emplacement éloigné. Mais ce qui m’a le plus surpris, c’est de voir certains membres du staff, le soir, dormir ou se prélasser sur les transats destinés aux clients. Pour un établissement à ce prix, je trouve cela vraiment peu professionnel. Le seul vrai point positif de notre séjour : la nourriture, qui était bonne. Nous étions prêts à être loin de la ville en échange de tranquillité et d’une vraie parenthèse reposante. Malheureusement, nous avons eu les inconvénients de l’éloignement sans avoir le calme que nous étions venus chercher. Une vraie déception.

There is no grab at amed, and it was pricey to get a driver to get you to the city since the villa is located further out.

Le complexe est superbe...

Le seul bémol : la route qui passe tout près de la chambre où nous étions (près de la piscine). Énormément de passage en fin de journée, soirée et tôt le matin, scooters et camions... tout près de la chambre, le personnel parle au téléphone très tôt le matin ! Donc assez bruyant. Les bungalows au-dessus certainement plus calme !

Mooi gelegen resort op heuvel met 2 zwembaden, mooie planten en vijvertjes. De kamer was gezellig met open badkamer en mooi balkon, ik reisde samen met mijn dochter en we konden apart slapen want er was een slaapbank op de kamer. We hebben ook genoten van het eten en lekkere drankjes in het restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel vooral Eka en Ketut . Ze waren heel zorgzaam toen mijn dochter zich niet goed voelde en Ketut bracht gemberthee voor haar wat we enorm apprecieerden.

Er waren werken in het gebouw vlak ernaast dus veel lawaai daarvan en ook inkijk van de werkmannen in onze badkamer. Handdoeken roken niet fris.

When the guest next door decided to party till 3am out the front of our villa by the pool.I was unable to find any staff to help me curb their enthusiasm or at least quieten them down.party till 11pm and if your still keen go to a night club and respect others

Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer was super. Schöner Sonnenuntergang und Aufgang zu sehen.

Laute Straße vor dem Hotel, laute Umgebung hinter dem Hotel, Musik, Tiere. Leider eine Baustelle zum Zeitpunkt der Übernachtungen mit Bau Lärm am Tag.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, das Frühstück lecker und die Pools waren toll.

Die Unterkunft liegt meines Erachtens sehr weit vom Zentrum vom Amed entfernt. Man hätte einen Roller im Hotel mieten können, aber das war sehr sehr teuer.

Staff was great, room was nice and comfortable. Pool is very beautiful and rarely used. Love the many cats hanging around the property.

Unfortunately we had some construction for our whole 9 days stay right in front of us. It's not the hotel's fault but it kind of ruined the "quiet and relaxing" holiday image. An absurdly high amount of mosquitos in the bathroom unfortunately !

mangelnde Sauberkeit (Bettlaken mit Flecken, Flecken und Schmutz im Bad/Toilette, Liegenpolster am Pool verdreckt, Liegefläche auf Terrasse dreckig und ungemütlich), Personal war leider nicht immer freundlich (sehr kurzangebunden und wenig zuvorkommend), überall Ameisen (man konnte leider nichts liegen lassen, ohne dass sofort Ameisen kamen), wenn man selbst keinen Roller fahren möchte ist man sehr weit weg vom Ortskern (Taxi nach Amed über die Rezeption kostet 250 000 hin und zurück)

L’hôtel est très beau, il y a plusieurs piscines répartis entre les différentes chambres ce qui permet de se baigner au calme. Le petit déjeuner est fait à la demande, il est frais et très bon. Le personnel est très serviable, nous avons pu faire laver nos vêtements en restant seulement deux jours. Il y’a plusieurs escaliers mais on a nous a monté nos valises en arrivant.

L’hôtel est un peu excentré des restaurants, il faut prendre des taxis ou louer un scooter. Le lavabo était bouché et rempli d’eau, nous avons dû utiliser la douche à la place.

Excentré du quartier animé d'Amed, prévoir une location de scooter car la route n'est pas praticable à pied, ou très difficilement car pas complètement rénovée.

Le personnel était vraiment très aimable et serviable. Une vue splendide avec les chambres vue mer. Logement très confortable. Et le restaurant de l’hôtel était très bon avec des plats diversifiés et frais. Une plage à 25 m en dessous

I dintorni dell'hotel non sono un granché

Camera con vista oceano bellissima con bagno all’aperto. C’è la possibilità di mangiare direttamente nel ristorante dell’albergo. Lo staff ci ha aiutato anche a noleggiare uno scooter (fondamentale perché la struttura è un po fuori dal centro di Amed). Super consigliato per un soggiorno rilassante!

You arrive to your own slice of paradise. Sitting and relaxing on the day bed, enjoying the view beyond the beautiful pool and gardens.

The restaurant is a highlight. Food, staff and atmosphere are just lovely and relaxing. 10 stars 🌟. Only 3 rooms to a pool was lovely and peaceful.

Les prix du restaurant étaient assez cher, la situation géographique assez loin des commerces avec des routes difficiles. Il est difficile de se baigner dans la plage dite à 25m.

The views are absolutely stunning The staff go out of their way to make your stay even more comfortable. They make an awesome caffe latte. Love the complimentary afternoon tea. Rooms are nice and spacious.

La vue était très jolie et certains membres du personnel souriants.

Cet établissement est un hotel tropical vieillissant. Il est noté 4 étoiles, je les cherche encore. Je dirais 2 voir 1 étoiles. Les sanitaires ne sont pas nickel, la moustiquaire tachée. On pense avoir accès à la plage à pied mais il faut louer un scooter. Il ne faut pas avoir peur des insectes et geckos (ceci est très personnel). Les travaux à côté nous ont réveillé tous les matins à 8h00 sans compter les bruits du coq (jour et nuit) et le personnel en cuisine qu'on entendait jusque dans la chambre. Nous avons été déçu par notre séjour.

Unsere Zimmer hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht aufs Meer, Frühstück mit frischen Früchten, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, ein paar Zimmer zusammen geniessen jeweils eigenen Pool, Schnorcheln im klaren Meer beim Hotel möglich, gute lokale Restaurants/Warungs in 10min Gehdistanz.

Am sehr südlichen Ende von Amed gelegen, ist man auf Scooter oder Taxi angewiesen. Aktuell Baulärm: Ein neues Gebäude eines anderen Besitzers wird unmittelbar angrenzend an die Anlage hochgezogen.

It was our first time in Amed area so we were thrilled by the oceanfront location. The restaurant was handy (and breakfast with an amazing view) but other options are available too close by. We were able to walk down and hire a boat to go snorkeling and they had motor scooter to hire which was great. The pool was lovely overlooking the ocean.

It’s quite remote and a little noisy from the road. The ocean noise believe it or not was so loud it actually impacted our sleep and drove us a bit mad by the end so take your ear plugs!!!

Really nice views and excellent pool. Comfortable rooms with mosquito netting. Staff was very accommodating, including helping organize transportation.

Rooms were not very clean and in particular the bathrooms were quite outdated. Food at the restaurant was ok, but not special. It’s a bit far from Amed, and due to waves it was not possible to snorkel at the local beach (Jemeluk was fine though).

Leuk hotel dat wat op een hoogte ligt. Lekker eten in het restaurant en goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Vanuit de kamer en zwembaden heb je zeezicht.

Little bit noise neighbourhood.

Wij hadden 2 kamers aan zee en 1 aan de berg geboekt. Hier zit toch wel een behoorlijk verschil in wat betreft uitzicht en luxe. Fijn dat we de kamer aan de bergzijde lokaal konden omzetten naar zeezicht. Dit is echt een super mooie locatie met uitzicht over de Balizee en waar je zo vanuit je kamer de tuin inloopt met ligbedjes, badhanddoeken en zwembad. Het restaurant is sfeervol en heeft goede gerechten op de kaart. Locatie is op loopafstand van het Japanse wrak om te snorkelen. Erg behulpzaam personeel.

Het ligt langs de weg en is wat gehorig.

Beautiful view, we loved our cozy balcony! nice little pool, very calm when we've been there, food was great and the staff extremely helpful! I also loved the shower that was half outside! My mother didn't feel well and they were extremely caring and supportive!

Très bruyant (passage route en bas hôtel, marteau à 6h du matin, coq chantant…) mérite un meilleur vitrage. Pas de service navette gratuite pour vous déposer dans l’es arrondissements (vous devez louer un scooter ou un taxi assez prohibitif)

Excellent place to spend time in amed. We had ocean views from our rooms, the pool and the restaurant. Good breakfast and accomodating staff. Very good value for money option.

Stunning, privacy, surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. Food in restaurant was the best in the area. Of course all the staff were lovely ❤️. Four separate pools meant we could often have the pool to ourselves.

Overall the property was stunning and absolutely loved the outdoor shower. The walls could do with a coat of paint.

Nous voulions être proche de la mer, c’est pourquoi, nous avons choisi cet hôtel, et nous ne l’avons pas regretté. La mer était incroyable. Le personnel était très gentil et chaleureux.

Very relaxing by the pool with ocean/ frangipani views. Excellent food with friendly service. Loved our little poolside villa decorated in authentic Balinese way. Reception organised a guided boat snorkelling trip as soon as we enquired. Will return.

I’m not a cat lover so I didn’t like the cats wondering around the pool and restaurant.

The breakfast was fabulous and the staff were all very pleasant and nice. The beds look cute with the canopies and the pool area is really nice.

It was not stated that the rooms on the beach side might be quiet, but right across the small road, it sounds like you are staying on a farm. The roosters crowed and dogs barked at all hours and the road noise seemed to vibrate up through the bed so even with earplugs, it was impossible to sleep. The road noise lasted till midnight and started at 5am. The sheets were clean but not bleached and the toilet seat was stained so even though it had been cleaned, it looked dirty. There are not ride apps there so the hotels have a monopoly on dropped you in town 1.5 mile away. It was about $20 to be dropped and picked up. We chose to walk after that, but just be careful b/c there are no sidewalks.

It was the quieter end of Amed and had a lively view over the ocean.

The staff were amazing, room was comfy and had everything we needed, breakfast options were generous and delicious, snorkel gear and hire scooters available and the pool was clean and lovely - a few great warungs within walking distance we loved green melon and Warung Ibus Sea view

It’s a bit further out of town than we realised and a scooter is really the only way to get around. We did a lot of walking and paying for rides because we had never driven a scooter before and didn’t feel comfortable. There was quite a bit of dog noise and scooters driving past the property early in the morning, Otherwise everything was nice.

Uitzicht uit de slaapkamer was adembenemend. Personeel was fantastisch. Eten is heerlijk en met veel zorg bereid. Slaapkamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt..

Er werden massages door Blue Moon aangeboden. Echter viel dat ons erg tegen. Twee dames kwamen ons maseren. Mijn masseuse had zo stugge vingers dat het leek of ze met schuurpapier over mijn huid ging. Absoluut niet prettig. Dames waren ook zo aan het kletsen met elkaar tijdens massage dat wij niet konden ontspannen. Heb na 10 minuten maar gevraagd of ze stil wilden zijn. Massages worden ook in een hoekje aangeboden naast restaurant waar iedereen je kan zien. Zou fijn zijn als ze gordijnen ophangen net als op de slaapkamer als klamboe zodat je meer privacy hebt. Ook zou een zen muziekje aangezet kunnen worden tijdens massage zodat je kan ontspannen. Je hoort hele tijd geklets van de gasten en voorbijgaande auto's. Als je toch iets aanbiedt doe het dan gelijk goed. Met kleine veranderingen bereik je veel😊 Gezien de prijs van de appartement had ik ook een rekje buiten verwacht om je natte zwemkleding te drogen. Ook een mooi dispencer met diuchegel, schampoo , tandenborstels zouden vokr deze prijs zeker standaard moeten zijn. In veel goedkopere hotels zelfs aanwezig geweest. Kleine ditails die het helemaal afmaken
