Patra Phrasing Boutique Hotel

Posizione comoda all’interno della città vecchia.

Position in town

Room very little and shower with not enough protection in the bathroom

Pomocna obsługa, spokojny i czysty hotel. Godny polecenia

El personal muy agradable y amable

Poco luz en el baño

Location

Was basic

Good location. Very good reception staff. Especially the lady in glasses.

Aircon played up few times. It was very uncomfortable. It would have been nice if breakfast was offered.

A really nice hotel located within walking distance of many many things. Very pretty building and the rooms are comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

I was there for 8 nights and after 5 nights I had to ask twice to have the bedding changed. The a/c wasn't working very well

Very good location Very clean Helpful and cheerful staff

Room very small smaller than expected. WiFi not good

La ubicacion

Los servicios

Easy access to the town. Free coffee in the morning.

The shower had no working mixer so it was either freezing cold or dangerously hot. The only way to get a warm shower was to run the hot tap and shower at the same time. Utterly ridiculous. Nowhere to store any clothes or sit in the room as well. Also we asked for water at the front desk and the woman acted as if we had asked her to spare one of her kidneys. We will stay elsewhere next time we go to Chiang Mai.

Nice location and peaceful place really liked it

View from window was a little bit challenging

åt ej

inga öppningsbara fönster, lyhört från korridoren

Great

The location was great.

it was a bit old and needed some improvements, especially towels and bathrooms.

Stayed one night before flight. Comfortable, very clean. Very helpful staff.

Location

Close to everything you need

The shower and staff were very accommodating. Laundry service was good.

Couldn’t open the balcony doors. Would’ve liked a pool however knew it didn’t have one when booked so that was my problem.

I liked all.

Nothing.

Characterful, clean, great location, good air con, fantastic!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating letting us check in much earlier than expected after our overnight bus. The room was spacious with room cleaning and bottled water supplied daily. They also gave us good advice for localities including motorbike rental. The location was great, although we hired a motorbike, there was plenty within walking distance.

In our room, the main overhead shower head was broken so it sprayed water into the ceiling if used. The ceiling area above was stained/wet to show this wasn’t a new problem. This wasn’t an issue for us as the other smaller shower head was mounted in a way where we could use that without holding it and had plenty of water pressure. Would still highly recommend booking here

Room was small

sehr freundliches personal sehr gute lage

Chambre assez spacieuse, d’une propreté remarquable. Emplacement parfait.

Very good location, the room is clean and nice.

The hallway light is not bright enough.

Clean, good location and all of the staff are very kind and helpfull.

My favorite part about this place was the staff! They were so helpful and made me feel very welcomed! Super good atmosphere.

the place but definitely the staff.......accommodating and helpful.......they have LATTE a cool a cool mascot for the place

i won't talk about anything that i can find to dislike this wonderful place

Personnel extrêmement agréable, proximité du centre , calme, lits confortables

The staff is great, they were very kind and professional. We loved the location. It was very closed to the airport, walking distance to the restaurants and the temples.

The property was very nice and the room comfy. We like a lot the Lobby area, we were enjoying our breakfast there and the small living room was perfect for my family (4 p)

I had a great 4-night stay. The property is clean, well maintained and located on a quiet street, which made it very relaxing. The staff were always friendly and helpful. There’s a 7-Eleven, good massage spots all within walking distance. There’s a charming little café down the same street which was a pleasant find. One of the highlights was the resident teacup puppy, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing

Great place. Really friendly staff and great rooms

Great location. Very quiet. Great staff.

Aircon didn’t work when we first arrived but were moved to another room.

The location was excellent, right in the Old City and very convenient. There were plenty of food options nearby, and many massage parlours were within a 10-minute walk. It was also easy to get around by Grab or tuk tuk, which made exploring very convenient.

The bar next door plays music until late at night, so it can sometimes be a little difficult to sleep. The towels were also a bit inconsistent, as some were softer and more absorbent than others.

It was in a great location

The beds were hard

Amazing property, good staff

Laundry takes almost 2 days

It's a comfortable and well-located place; it's nothing special, but it's fine.
