Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Really nice, big and clean rooms. Bed was large and very comfortable. Having a small balcony terrace was a nice touch. Free snack/breakfast facilities with tea and coffee - simple but perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Aircon worked fine too. Location was good, not an extremely lively area but still a few things going on around it.
Our only issue was that the shower was either boiling hot or really cold.

La nevera y la luz del baño hacían ruido. Además, se escucha todo, nosotros estábamos en la habitación de enfrente de las escaleras y cada vez que alguien salía o entraba nos entrábamos.

The location was really convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby and a 7 Eleven only around 3 minutes away. It was also easy to get Grabs to the markets and other places, so getting around was really simple. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
Nothing major to mention. We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Abbiamo dovuto chiedere di sostituire le lenzuola perché quelle che abbiamo trovato al check in erano macchiate. Le successive erano accettabili. La doccia poco funzionale a causa della mancanza di vetri o tende, per cui dopo l’utilizzo il pavimento del bagno era tutto bagnato.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Basit bir özellikte olsa lobide ücretsiz kahve ve bisküvi hizmeti vardı. Odalara her gün 2 şişe su bırakılıyordu. Konum merkeze 15 dk yürüme. Fen değildi. Etrafında güzel thai restoranları vardı. Ve 3-4 dk yürüme mesafesi 7 eleven market olması güzeldi.
Balkon geniş ama kirliydi ve ne bir sandalye ne bir masa vardı. Ayrıca neden bilmiyorum balkonda bile sigara içilmiyor. Ve otele akşam 8 den sonra misafir getirmek yasakmış.. Garip kuralları var yani.. Ayrıca klima berbattı düzgün çalışmıyor ve soğuk üflemiyordu. Buzdolabı da kendini anca soğutuyor. İyi değildi yani. Duşun ise kapağı ve perdesi olmadığı için her yer su oluyordu. Balkonun da en ufak bir manzarası yok önü tamamen kapalı.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026The hotel is located in a quiet corner of the old town. The interior was traditional and cute. Bathroom was clean. Fridge in the room and 2 bottles of water a day were a nice bonus.
Don’t expect anything special here. It’s good value for a cheap price but everything is quite old. Parts of the interior were simply missing. The bed wasn’t really comfortable either.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Really nice staff, everyone is very efficient and polite. Free machine drinks each day 10. 00 am to 15.00 pm. Rooms cleaned each day, fresh towels every day, plus 2 bottles of water. Safe in the room for passport etc. They can book anything you might want, including a new taxi to the airport for 200 baht - a tuk tuk or horrible red Songthaw will try to charge you more! It's a lovely place, on a nice Soi. Huge numbers of restaurants and temples outside the door. Highly recommended.
As always, on a, rare night there were idiots making a noise. Even though there are signs on each floor saying "Quiet zone".

Es un hotel abandonado, todo estaba sucio, las toallas rotas, las paredes descascaradas, los baños descuidados. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. Es muy costoso para el servicio que ofrecen que es pésimo. Este hotel nisiquiera debería dar servicio en el estado deplorable que está.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Cama grabde y cómoda, buena nevera, que no es una chorrada con la calor que hace y muy buena ubicación. Además está dentro de todo pero es una zona muy tranquila. Calidad-precio es top.
Como no hablamos inglés ni si quiera intentaron explicarnos nada desde recepción. Ni wifi, ni como lavar la ropa (veíamos otros huéspedes que si se lo gestionaron) hay un pequeño desayuno que tampoco nos explicaron y descubrimos sobre la marcha... La habitación no te la limpian, entran te hacen la cama y fuera y al menos en nuestra habitación el lavamanos no tragaba bien y todos los dias manchado.

Our bathroom was a wetroom and shower got everything wet. The 'novelty' tap over the basin was an elephants head, but the trunk spout sprayed water around the hands. Luggage storage is 'self service' which means security is low because anyone could take or access anything they want in there.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Very attractive, very Thai building. Tasteful, very nice rooms, great bathroom with excellent fittings. Huge variety of restaurants of all types outside the door. Plenty of good bars. An endless range of Temples, Buddhas and Stupas on the surrounding streets, with the widest age range in Thailand. Wat Phra Singh, 5 minutes walk, is my favourite, with its extraordinary golden Stupas, buildings and elephant statues. Every single street is worth walking along in the Old City.
Everything is absolutely fantastic.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026La ubicación del alojamiento es ideal, cerca de un 7eleven, de varios templos y del mercado de los domingos. La habitación era cómoda, a la hora de descansar de 10! Ningún ruido, te reponen el agua todos los días y tienes cosas para picar en recepción alguna pasta y galletas. Repetiría la estancia!!!!

La ducha no tiene mampara ni cortina por lo que se empapa todo el baño cada vez que te duchas. Se escuchaba también mucho ruido.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Habitación luminosa, con una cama extremadamente cómoda que permitió un muy buen descanso. La limpieza era diaria, incluyendo el recambio de toallas y la reposición de agua. El aire acondicionado funcionaba de manera excelente, algo especialmente destacable ya que no siempre se encuentra en tan buenas condiciones en todos los alojamientos.
Al realizar el check-in dejamos un depósito de garantía en recepción (no recuerdo el importe exacto), que fue recibido por una recepcionista joven. Sin embargo, al momento del check-out dicho depósito no nos fue devuelto ni se nos informó al respecto. La persona que se encontraba en recepción durante nuestra salida era diferente, por lo que no sé si pudo tratarse de una falta de comunicación interna.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026El lugar es bonito y acogedor. Tienes al lado de recepción un pequeño comedor donde puedes desayunar gratis. La recepcionista y el personal de limpieza muy simpáticos. Y todos los días te dejan dos botellines de agua en la nevera. Tienes wifi gratis. Es perfecto calidad-precio.

Reviewed May 29, 2026熱いシャワーが浴びられたこと、目的としていたチェンマイ門市場、トークセンをしてくれる寺院、The Face Cafe 、ワットプラシンなどの近く、セブンイレブン、屋台もあり立地とコスパが、非常に良かった。 小腹を満たすことが出来る軽食コーナーも良かった。
たまたまでしょうがWi-Fiが通じなくなる事故があり困った。問合せしたフロントスタッフの責任ではないが、対応が冷たく個人的に感じた。
