Le séjour s’est très bien passé dans l’ensemble. Le personnel gentil et sympathique. À mon arrivé un jeune monsieur m’a aidé avec mes valises jusqu’à ma chambre.

Le seul point négatif c’était la personne qui m’a accompagné dans la navette pour retourner à l’aéroport, il m’a laissé avec mes valises et n’a pas voulu m’aider pour les faire monter dans le bus. Une fois arrivée aussi je devais faire descendre les 3 valises sans son aide. Je n’ai pas apprécié.

Lieve medewerkers iedereen hielp je heel goed. Zelfs toen we om 03:00 ‘s nachts aankwamen in het hotel werd er gemakkelijk 2 dagen extra bijgeboekt

Ze spreken niet Engels, maar er werd wel gewerkt met een translate app wat opzich prima werkten

Le monsieur de la navette était très gentil et serviable. Nous avons fait une nuit pour notre escale. Le personnel adorable. La chambre juste top et super spacieuse ! La literie était parfaite et nous avons super dormi. La salle de bain était bien spacieuse. L'eau en bouteille et les softs dans le frigo de la chambre étaient très appréciable. Merci pour l'accueil :))

The shuttle bus didn’t come on time I waited around an hour after a long flight then when I arrived to the hotel none of my three bank cards worked in thier broken eftpos machine although I had enough money in them I was lucky to have $ cash so I went to exchange to Chinese money as they didn’t accept the USA $. So that was waste of my time after really long trip and all I needed was a bed to sleep on

同じ系列ホテルで近くにホテルの名前がとても似た店舗があり、最初間違ってそちらに行ってしまった。 ホテルのスタッフは、毎日10から20名程、間違えるお客様がいると聞いた。それだけ間違える様なホテル名は、出来るだけ早く変えるかほかの対策をとって欲しい。

The staff worked hard and the facilities were very good value.

It was a long way from the centre of Shanghai.

Everything was nice, friendly staff, nice rooms and shuttle was on time. During our check out, because we would miss breakfast, they gave us a small breakfast bag for to go

Just overnight between flights. About 20 mins drive so convenient. Good value (in Australian terms). The Vienna theme was a little contrived. Room OK and reasonably clean. Smelt of smoke though. Good hot water. Nice chap at reception made a coffee for me and staff were friendly by country standards. Internet didnt work but suspect it was a country thing.

Трансфер в аэропорт и из. Завтраки,огромный номер,все нужное в номере было. Цена просто супер за такое качество. Дальше,чем другие отели от аэропорта,минут 15-20 ехать,но с трансфером и за эти деньги,это не минус. Для транзита идеально!

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus made it easy to get to the hotel, and the breakfast included a wide variety of food.

Communication was only possible via phone translation.

Amazing service for the little I paid for a night. Felt like a VIP and as a english speaking person having the staff help me with translaters was amazing. And offering a food delivery service to my door which I had taken. The bedroom felt a bit lack luster compared to the bathroom but still amazing place.

Probably just my room but would have liked it to be a big bigger rather than cramped.

Attempted to charge me twice by being shady and have me pay at the property, then told booking.com I didn’t show up so they could charge the fee via them too. Stinks of cigarette even in non smoking rooms. No food available anywhere if arriving late at night. They did offer to order us some but would only do it if we paid cash which we didn’t have.

You CANNOT use the free shuttle for airport pick up because it has to be booked ahead of time and every time I tried to call they said they didn’t speak English. No one spoke English during check in and they were frankly just rude. The only nice person was the bell check man and I unfortunately didn’t get his name. The shuttle bus driver to Disney was absolutely so rude and had the nasty attitude I have ever experienced.

Beware of scams! We booked an overnight stay for December 26, 2025, and had inquired beforehand as we would be arriving around 1:00 AM. We were told it wouldn't be a problem if a room was available. However, upon arrival, we were told we had to book an overnight stay for December 25th in order to check in on December 26th.We weren't even offered a room for an additional fee.

Room was good. But there was no amenities (Tea bags, sugar, water etc.). No wifi was working at the hotel. Satff don't understand english even a little bit.

Hotel is very comfortable. Pudong Airport is near, about 20 minutes by taxi.

Hotel staff do not speak English at all. Free shutle was not provided. My reservation was not confirmed and in booking.com my reservation has Cancel status. Please approve my reservation.

Have stayed at this hotel several times before, but this time the rooms have been improved by new renovations, such as bathroom modernisation, new beds and interior decoration, also new carpets which soften the background noise in the corridors. The breakfast choice had improved too.

The staff could be a bit more customer friendly at the front desk interface, just a smile would help ! Still no proper on site restaurant.

My stay at this property was excellent from start to finish. The location near to the Airport is perfect, especially for early flights. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the check-in process very smooth. Overall, it was a great experience — convenient, pleasant, and outstanding in every way. I would definitely stay here again

Staff absolutely doesn`t understand and in English. If you ask some staff to help you with luggage, you should checked many times, if your request were understood or not.

The room was clean and large enough.

Staff cannot speak English. Their behavior is not appropriate at all. They expect you to speak their language! When they don't understand what you say, they look at you so that you are guilty for miscommunication. This is an international hotel in which no body knows English! I didn't like their behavior and never go back to this hotel again.

Очень красивый отель, чувствовала себя королевой. Большая подмога за шатл между отелем и аэропортом. Большая помощь от персонала. Чувствовали себя комфортно в чужой стране.

Окно выходило в глухую стену, но это не было принципиально. Мы переночевали и поехали дальше.
