女性用ドミトリーに宿泊したが、布団に生理の血のようなものがいくつもついていて気になった。床などにもナプキンの包装紙などが落ちていてドミトリーに慣れていない人には絶対にお勧めできない。

トイレが綺麗で、シャンプー、ボディソープ、ドライヤーがあり便利だった。

鍵の操作が難しかったが、私は丁寧に対応していただいた。しかし、12時頃に同じく苦戦している方がいて明確なやり方の記載があるといいなと思った。

Staff were friendly. English speaking staff were also available. Wide range of facilities were available, but quality was low.

There was a general lack of cleanliness or care taken in the property. This ranged from small things - like curtains that didn't shut properly or had broken hangers that made it feel like there wasn't privacy - to much more severe. Of most concern was that, as I made my bed I found a roach trap under the mattress. Thankfully, it didn't have any roaches in it and I didn't see any during my stay, but the location made me quite uncomfortable. Other points of concern were mould in the showers, a top-bunk without more than a lip of a couple of inches that didn't even stretch the entire way along the bed, and an extension cord used to provide the bed with electricity that would cut out whenever the plug was jostled.

駅東口を出て通りに出たら右に曲がりまっすぐ。分かりやすい。 知り合いの家に泊まりに行ったような温かい雰囲気。 ウォーターサーバーあり。 シャワー室、トイレ、洗面台、新しくきれい。シャンプー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープあり。 共有スペースが広々、キッチンの設備がそろっている。 足りないものは購入、レンタルあり。 チェックインしたらオートロックで出入り自由。チェックアウトの連絡は特になし。コンビニとコープ近くにある。 外国籍の方の利用が多い。交流できる。

道路からのホステルへの入り口の表示は両方向から来ても分かるよう大きく表示しても良いと思う。 玄関が靴でたくさんなので、消臭できるものがあると良い。 ボックスティッシュがない。 1日目の夜、深夜3時頃まで歓談している声が聞こえた。2日目の夜、消灯時間後静かだった。利用者のマナーだから何ともいえませんが。

Not much really

It is a noisy, busy, very cramped backpacker. There is no space in the room for your bag or suitcases, the drying rack is right in the way of the only space to move around, meaning you'll have to slalom with your head the towels, t-shirt, socks or underwears (true story) others will have hanged. The bed are very wobbly so anyone climbing in or out of bed makes all 4 beds move. The curtains are useless to block the light (at least on the upper bunks). The washing area (downstairs sinks) were filthy and partially clogged with hairs and other scraps. 24h later it still hadn't been cleaned. Showers felt a bit dirty too, and trashes in the kitchen area were overflowing. You have to make your own bedding which allowed me to see that the duvet and the mattress both had suspicious stains... The staff is invisible (or not on site?) and not particularly friendly (but not unfriendly either). Check-in only between 5pm and 10pm and no option to leave your bag for a few hours. Not exactly on the cheap side of backpackers.

トイレとお風呂は綺麗なほうでした。

受付の方の態度があまり良くなかったり、何度電話かけても出ない上に、部屋があまりにも不衛生でタバコの吸殻や、虫の死骸、埃っぽさなどが凄かったです。あんなにも不衛生なのに5000円は流石に取りすぎだと思いました。あまりの酷さで、チェックインから数時間でチェックアウトしました。

Great facility good vibes and nice social organized to connect locals and travelers.

We stayed here for about three weeks. The staff was lovely and made us feel at home. The common room is a great place to meet people and the kitchen has everything you need! The downstairs bathrooms were generally clean and there were enough of them so that you never had to wait in line. There are washingmachines where you can do laundry very affordably.

The sinks where you brush your teeth are in the hallway and don´t offer much privacy if you need that. The sinks kind of become a social location, which was cute but not ideal when you are sleeping in the room next to them and loud conversations are being had past "lights out" time. The quiet hours past 10 PM were thus not really upheld, which was our main frustration, especially with thin walls. On several occations I woke up past midnight from noise WHILE wearing earplugs, and a few times we felt it was so bad that we had to go out there and ask people to be quiet. While I should caveat this by saying we are quite sensitive to noise, we generally slept shorter hours than we would have liked to 3-4 days a week, due to the noise. The room cleaning could also have been better. When we arrived we pushed the single beds together and were welcomed by dustbunnies. We also did not get offered clean sheets despite being there a long time, but we also didn´t ask, so maybe they would have given them to us! Additionally, neither common room was available between 10:00 and 12:00 which was a bit invonvenient for me since I was working, and there were not really any cafés closeby with a ´laptop culture´ as far as I could find. It makes sense that they need it empty when cleaning, but it would have been great if they could have alternated the availablity, since there are two common rooms. Finally, the room itself is incredibly simple and could have done with a little shelving unit to store your things, or it would have easily fitted a desk which would have been amazing! The few shelves which were there, were were being held in place with thumbtacks and were thus purely decorational.

Endroit sympathique, parfait pour les personnes qui souhaitent faire des rencontres car quand même bruyant avec beaucoup de passage. Les personnes qui s'occupent de l'auberge sont disponible et réactive. Les lits sont suffisant, l'auberge est bien équipé, et est à vingtaine de minute du centre, également proche d'une laverie, station de métro et bus.

Grosse frayeur avant d'arriver au sujet des punaises de lit, finalement plus de peur que de mal. Dans notre cas rien à déclarer que ce soit dans un dortoir mixe ou une chambre double.

Hostel Kiko is really nice! Quiet, clean and spacious. Internet was fast enough that I could work easily in the common area. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, I never had to queue. Staff was very helpful and helped me when I was waiting for my lost luggage to be delivered during my stay. It is a 20 min walk to the train station, which was not a problem at all.

海外の宿泊者が多かった。仙台駅からは歩ける距離だが、20分歩くくらい。私が通った道には、道途中に スーパーマーケットのコープ（みやぎ生協）があったので、食材などを買って行けば宿のキッチンで調理して食べることもできる。飲食店は仙台駅周辺が多いが、宿があるのは大学近くなので宿近場の飲食店も多いと思われる。 訪問した際には、そうめんパーティーが行われた後だったようで、そうめん食べる？と長期在住の方にいただいた。たまに食事イベントなどが開催されているようで、参加者の親睦、イベントとしても楽しそうなコミュニティが作られていた。

宿泊者の国際色が豊かなのは、好み次第かな。 私は面白いと思ったが、宿でゆっくりしたい方はテンション高めの海外の方は疲れるかもしれない。 私は早めに就寝し（一度寝たら目覚め難い）気にならなかったが、夜遅くまで騒がしい場合があるかもしれない。

Okay other things are fine, BUT when it comes to the price I am not so satisfied. My roommate told me he got the bed barely less than half of my price for the same days stay. The reason is Hostel KIKO listed a sum of "single day stay" price on booking.com, so that it was WAYYYYYYYY more expensive than just wrote the email to book directly to them. And I cannot get any refund/compensation for that. I think either one of the website or the Hostel should be responsible to this kind of situation!!! So disappointed with the price.

Los utensilios de cocina (como sartenes) muy viejos - oxidados. Y esperaba cosas básicas como aceite o sal, pero no habían.

共有スペース →水まわりが汚い。カビが生えていたり、バスルームのスライドドアが割れていて、テープで補修されていたり（そのこと自体はいいが、テープにカビが生えていて、そのまま放置されているように見えた） ところどころ、ほこりや髪の毛がたまっていて、不潔。宿泊者が多いのか、スリッパもなくて、本当に不快でした。 個室 →狭い個室に２段ベッド２つ。ベッドが薄布で仕切られているが、薄すぎて透けるので、プライバシーゼロ。 階上にもラウンジや部屋があって、早朝から騒がしい。

ベッドとトイレが快適です。いつも仙台駅近くからLUUPを使ってらくらく到着です。敷地内にポートがあるので便利です。

部屋の障子は破れ、壁紙も剥がれていて、ゲストハウスだから仕方がないのでしょうが、とにかく、部屋は快適とはいえなかったです。

Very nice place, well equipped and very quiet at night. The common space is really cool, spacy, cosy. Many tables and a comfy sofa. Two kitchens! Most of the staff is lovely.

The mattresses are very thin. As I was alone in the dorm I put a second mattress on top of mine... There's a guy working there who always looks grumpy.

The location was great, the staff were extremely nice. The common room was very comfortable, I could sit there, drink and work on my projects. The toilets rooms and the common room were very clean.

For me the entrance to the bed was a bit too small, it was hard for me going in and out. There was not a lot of room to put my belongings and the room was a bit stuffy because of bad air circulation. I think some things were a bit old and needed change like the bath mats in the showers. Soap dispensers, clothes fresheners and hand sanitizer were empty.

地下鉄の駅から近く便利でした。シャワーはいつでも使えます。アットホームな雰囲気で一人旅でも寂しくならなさそうだと感じました。

シャワーやドライヤー洗面台を使っている音が部屋にいてもよく聞こえ、目が覚めるくらいでした。

チェックアウトの後は、時間に関係なく外出、帰宅がOKなのがよかった。

2の部屋。 ハイプベットの2段目。 ギシギシとなって少し怖かった。 又、下段の方に申し訳ない気持ちでシーツを敷いた。

環境舒適、衛浴設備整潔

初めての利用でこちらに戸惑いもあってのですが説明も丁寧で寝床もきちんと私の分を用意されており自由に使えるサーバーもあり、今回使いませんでしたが洗濯機と乾燥機も備えられていて行き届いた宿泊先でした

ドアの開閉音がどうしてもありましたので、こちら側で気をつけて丁寧に静かに操作した方がいいです

ダイニング&リビング空間が充実しており宿泊者の交流が出来ます。貴重な宿泊施設です。感謝します。

Location was good, hence the three points but even that feels generous for this place, sorry.

DIRTY. Toilets smelled like urine, even the women's only toilet was used by men because pee was all over the seat and the floor. The bedding didn't feel clean at all - I was only given one loose sheet and I had to ask for another one because I didn't want the nasty looking blanket to touch my body. Pillows were heavily stained. On top of it all you had to make your own bed-- maybe if I didn't see the state of the blanket and pillow would have been better. I was on a bottom bed and clusters of dust was right next to my bed everywhere. I've found rubbish that previous guests must have left behind, next to my bed on the floor. When you entered, the entire hallway smelled strongly like feet, it was kinda nauseating.

隔音極差，雖然早就知道背包客棧不會太安靜，但一樓的講話聲、走路聲都能直接傳到二樓的房間內，非常影響睡眠，最慘的是，半夜有人在一樓喧嘩，但完全沒有管理員來處理

Das Hostel selber ist ganz gut, in der Nähe von der Bahnstation. Man konnte schnell mit Leuten ins Gespräch. Es ist preisgünstig und sauber und es gab sogar ein Glätteisen.

Für Handtücher und Co. musste man extra zahlen, es war recht kühl überall und es kam vor das man nachts gefroren hat, die Wärme der Aircon., kam leider nicht im unteren Bett an, allerdings gab es extra Wolldecken wenn gewünscht.

総じて不潔。まず猫がいることにより、入った瞬間の獣臭がひどい。不衛生。差し出されるスリッパも不衛生で不潔不快。ドミトリーの部屋内も長期滞在者だかの荷物や衣服が散乱しており、新規宿泊者への対応が最低レベル。物置状態。ベッドの隙間に使用済みのティッシュや綿棒が落ちており清掃はされていない。お風呂マットもカビだらけ。不衛生極まりない宿泊施設。

アクセスの良さ

25時頃、ランプを付けようとしたら 全然付かず、スマホの充電もできませんでした。 何らかのトラブルがあっての措置でしょうが、 事前に説明して欲しかったです。

シャワーが、複数あったので、バッティングすることがなかった。

仙台駅まで徒歩圏内です。

ドミトリーのベットは軋むし柔らかいので、空きがあるのなら上下段での使用は避けてアサインしてもらえればいいのにな。と思いました。

旅舍的文化氛围做的非常好，公共空间非常不错，各种设施很完善，周边的信息提供也相当完美，距离瑞凤寺和东北大学非常近

The pictures were not representative of what the rooms looked like. We were asked to put the linen on ourselves and the property was not very clean.

事前の確認メールで、猫がいる旨記載あったが、1年前に亡くなっているとのこと。 猫を売りにしているわけではないと思うが、いると思って予約をした自分としては残念だった。

The bedding wasn’t the greatest

都心部からさほど遠くなく、見つけやすい立地でした。チェックイン・チェックアウトは簡単で、設備は使いやすかったです。

土曜の晩に泊まったので宿泊費が設備に見合わないくらい高かったため、良い評価が付けられませんでした。 手作り感あるホステルという感じで、設備は全体的に使い込んだ感じで、部屋には木枠のベッドがぎっしり入っています。運悪く、他の宿泊客で、夜中に帰ってきて、大きな音でドアを開け閉めして出たり入ったり、ベッドの真横でレジ袋を延々がさがさ言わせてスーツケースの荷物をひっくり返している人が複数いて、かなりきつかったです。Quiet Timeの明記をしてくれていたらまだマシだったかも知れません。 また、ホステルのマニュアルにはWifiは部屋ごとに異なると書いてありましたが、パスワードが部屋のどこにも書いてなく、私のベッドは携帯の電波が弱かったのでテザリングもできず、不便でした。
