De locatie en het uitzicht was heel bijzonder mooi. Ook de rit met de gondel was anders dan standaard. Het is een mooie ervaring om op 2.000m te verblijven en te overnachten.

In de middag was er nog weinig keuze m.b.t. lunch. En het diner viel ons tegen qua keuze. De bediening was wel super vriendelijk!

Die Aussicht ist richtig schön...Empfang war, wie wir von Österreicher kennen, warmherzig und toll, mit vielen Tipps. Der Chef persönlich fragt nach wie seine Gäste sich fühlen.

Eine traumhafte Lage und eine hervorragende Küche mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung!

Fantastic Hotel, the first day the weather was fantastic and we had breathtaking views. The staff is very friendly, and the room was so comfortable. Fantastic breakfast and we hav a lovely meal.

Traumhafte Lage am Berg, verschiedenste Wanderung vom Hotel aus möglich. Toller Wellnessbereich, ideal nach der Wanderung. Sehr leckeres Essen.

Spektakuläre Aussicht. Sehr netter Empfang, nette Kellner, das Zimmer war groß, gemütlich, warm, hochwertig, einzigartiger Blick ins Tal. Wir wurden von Anfang an sehr gut behandelt. Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichlich. Für jeden etwas dabei. Abendessen war auch sehr lecker, könnte aber etwas mehr sein. Rundum sehr überrascht gewesen, wie schön es dort ist und wie nett und höflich das Personal ist.

Was heißt nicht gefallen,... Dies waren Kleinigkeiten. Z.b. beim Dressing, könnten Schilder dort sein was welches ist. Und im Zimmer war leider kein Kühlschrank.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Simon (Hotelchef) kam sowohl beim Abendessen und beim Frühstück auf uns zu und gab uns sehr nützliche Tipps für den Abend und für den Tag. Das 4-Gänge-Menü war sehr lecker. Das Frühstück mit selbst frisch zubereiteten Eierprodukten war lecker. Saunalandschaft sehr modern.

Die Lage auf dem Gipfel der Schmittenhöhe ist einzigartig und der Blick vom Balkon auf den Zeller See traumhaft schön. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig bemessen und hat uns mit dem vielen Holz sehr gut gefallen.

Het eten viel tegen vergeleken met de accommodatie en bij de wellness mist iets van een zwembad en hottub.

ארוחת הבוקר והערב היו מעל ומעבר, המקום נתן תמורה מלאה הכי חשוב זה ההגעה המיוחדת למלון שאפשרי רק בעזרת רכבל שכלול במחיר החדר והוא חוויה נהדרת בזכות עצמה, רק לא לפספס את היציאה האחרונה שלו, אחרת...... פשוט אין איך להגיע.

Отель прекрасный! Провела в нем одну ночь, т.к на 2 было все занято. Номер просторный, чистый, с видом на горы и озеро. В номере отдельные санузлы, приятно порадовало наличие шоппера для спа, банные халаты. Питание тоже на высоте, на ужин заказ по меню, завтрак "шведский" стол - все очень достойно, качественно и вкусно, обслуживание персонала отеля отличное! Когда была на прогулке в горах, мне позвонили уточнить, благополучно ли я заселилась - это уровень заботы! Большое количество троп для хайкинга, виды на Альпы, долины, рассветы и закат великолепные, воздух чистейший! Большим бонусом являются включенные в стоимость проживания подьемники и само месторасположение. Обязательно сюда вернусь!

Ich war bereits zum zweiten mal hier. Mir hat es wieder sehr gut gefallen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die beste Lage, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Sehr leckeres Essen.

It was an amazing experience staying at around 2,000 meters above sea level, with a stunning view of Zell am See. The staff were exceptionally well organized and attentive, and all of our requests were taken into consideration. The breakfast was also excellent.

The only unpleasant aspect was the smoking on the neighboring balcony in the evenings and mornings. I’m not sure whether this can be restricted, but it would be great if there were some way to prevent smoke from drifting into the rooms.

Beautiful view on the mountains and the town. Very modern comfortable place with wellness. The staff was absolutely great which made the experience even better!

The hotel is located in a truly beautiful setting, with spectacular views and a unique atmosphere. The location itself is definitely one of the hotel's strongest points. The staff were also excellent. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Senad and his colleagues from Nepal and Slovakia, who were extremely attentive, professional and always willing to help. Their attitude made a very positive impression on us. And if you are lucky, you will meet probably the most beautiful austrian girl - the receptionist at the front desk. Also very helpful, unfortunately we met only two times. Regarding the food, the dinners were fantastic. The quality was very good, and we particularly enjoyed the meals prepared by the Hungarian chef. The dinners were definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

The breakfasts were rather average, with a disappointing selection of fresh fruit. The breakfast area was also located in a large restaurant section which felt rather cold and uninviting, making the start of the day less pleasant than it could have been. The same applied to the salad buffet during dinner Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, mainly thanks to the fantastic location, excellent staff and great dinners. With some improvements to the breakfast selection and buffet areas, the overall experience could be significantly better.

Sajnálom hogy a vacsora nem svédasztalos volt hanem étlapról választható, de lehet most ebben az időszakban volt csak így amikor nincs csúcsszezon. Szerencsénkre kevesen voltak, így még exkluzívabb volt 🥰

Ez a szálloda tökéletes. A szobánk berendezése, a panoráma nagyon tetszett. A reggeli és esti séták a leghangulatosabbak, olyankor már csak a szállóvendégek vannak a hegyen. Távcsövet vigyetek! Reggel 7 óra körül minden nap zergéket láttunk legelni a szálloda közelében a hegyoldalban. A vacsora mindig nagyon finom volt. Annyira tetszett ez a hely, hogy a tervezettnél tovább maradtunk.

Top Lage, reibungslose An- und Abreise sowie Check-In und Check-Out sehr einfach. Tolles Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Aussicht und die Zimmer sind ein Hammer.

Perfect stay for us ! The whole staff were friendly and very helpful right from the start with parking and cabin lift tickets and room !!! Restaurant service was very good. The complimentary tickets for the lake tour and bus !!

Fascinating view, spacious rooms, excellent spa, and good quality restaurant, friendly staff.

We spent 2 nights in August with our small dog at Schmittenhöhe. The views are spectacular all around and there are plenty of hiking trails around, from small loops to longer trails. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. The dinner was served at the table, 3 courses plus a salad buffet - the main course was delicious. The spa area is wonderful too and the views from the sauna are amazing. Our dog was allowed everywhere except in the spa area. The fact that you can only arrive by gondola adds to the feeling of remoteness (a plus from our perspective).

The mattresses were rather soft which could be a problem if you have back problems.

Lage top. Schönes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Gute Aussichtslage. Schöne Wanderungen möglich. Personal freundlich, aber manchmal merkt man ihnen den Stress an. Frühstück gut mit schöner Auswahl.

Der Balkon lag hinter der Antenne, daher eingeschränkte Sicht. Geruch von Küchenabzug teilweise gut wahrnehmbar. Im Lounge /Bar-Bereich steht ein Tischkicker. Sollte lieber etwas abseits stehen, da der Lärm stören kann.

Hotel jest niesamowity!!! Nam podobało się wszytko, góry, widoki, brak tłumów, piękny pokój z dobrą kawą, smaczne jedzenie, przemiła obsługa. Hotel marzenie, na pewno wrócimy.

Skvělý personál, vstřícný, ochotný a velice milý. Polopenze naprosto skvělá, snídaně velice dobré a skvělý výběr, pečivo čerstvé křupavé. Večeře na 4 chody pokaždé velice chutné a na úrovni. Peněz nelitujeme a ve výsledku kdybychom možná večeřeli každý den po restauracích někde v Zell am see, bylo by to možná i dražší

Pro někoho může být problém že je omezen ježděním lanovkou, to znamená ze v létě okolo 4 odpoledne musí jet nahoru, protože později by se tam už nedostal, ale za nás to krásně kompenzuje zážitek poloprázdného vrcholu bez turistů a dechberoucí výhledy při večeři a západu slunce

Úžasné místo s příjemným personálem a výbornou kuchyni! Prostorný pokoj. Velice příjemné wellness s neomezeným vstupem. V ceně i lanovka kdykoliv. Moc se nám líbilo!!!! Ten klid a ticho naprosto k nezaplacení! Rádi se vrátíme.

Das Berghotel ist top ausgestattet, die Zimmer alle hoch modern und trotzdem rustikal mit Blick auf den Zeller See. Das Essen hergerichtet und das Personal bis hin zum Chef Simon echt sehr zuvorkommend und super freundlich. Die Saunalandschaft mit drei Saunen und Blick aus den Saunen ins Tal zum Zeller See setzt dem ganzen die Krone auf.

Being 2000m altitude gave us welcome respite from the heatwave in the valley. Food was amazing. Rooms refurbished to a high standard. The staff were extremely helpful, especially sorting out a problem with the TV in our room so we could watch the World Cup! Great hiking paths all around.

Just a minor annoyance - The reception staff called on the day of arrival to tell us the last cable car up was 4pm, yet the advertised time was 5pm. That seemed confusing and we had to cut short our other activities for the afternoon.

Шикарный отель с отличным расположением и фантастическими видами. Завтраки и ужины были на высоте) номера просторные, я бы даже сказала огромные, комфортные и очень чистые. Спать было одно удовольствие на огромной кровате. С радостью вернемся снова!

A szállás közvetelnül a Zell am see-ből induló Schmittenhöhebahn hegyi állomásánál van. Parkolót érdemes foglalni, mert sok parkoló van, de ha nem időben érkezel nehéz helyet találni, illetve hegynek fel kell sétálni a lifthez. Ami a szállás javasolt 15 euroért fedett szinte a lift mellett, vagy kicsit arrébb fedetlen fűves részen 10 euroért. Félpanziónál reggeli svédasztalos volt, változatos. Vacsora nekünk menüválasztásos volt. 2 féle leves, 3 fő étel: 1 húsos, 1 halas és 1 vega. Személyzet segítőkész és kedves. Minden nap volt takarítás, ágyat bevetették. Summer carddal a liftek használata bármennyiszer ingyenes. Környékben sok túraútvonal van. Gyerekekkel is teljesíthető tanösvény, feladatokat rejtő matricázható kis füzettel, melyet a felvonónál lehet kérni. Felnőttek is megtalálják a kihívást.

Nem volt ilyen. Ja, de, nem volt fogas az igen tágas fürdőben. Persze ez simán megoldható. Wc és fürdő egyben volt.

Ein traumhafte Lage mit tollem Blick, sehr gutes Essen und sehr netten Personal.

Die sogenannte Couch (Klappbett) im Zimmer war zum Ausruhen nicht nutzbar und die Einstellungen des TV völlig durcheinander.

Das Frühstück war vielseitig und es gab frisches Obst, Eierspeisen nach Wunsch. Auch das Halbpensionsmenü war schmackhaft und gut. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam und reagierte sehr nett auf Sonderwünsche. Der Wellnessbereich war angenehm und die Atmosphäre entspannend. Besonders haben wir die Panorama-Aussicht auf die Bergwelt und den See genossen. Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Besonders schön sind die mit Talblick. Die Lage des Berghotels ist einmalig schön. Dieses Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Die Auswahl und Lautstärke der Musik im Hotel-Restaurant war unpassend für ein entspanntes Abendessen. Da wünscht man sich eine ruhige Begleitmusik und keine laute Pop-Musik. Es war sehr nett, dass sofort darauf reagiert wurde, als wir die Musiklautstärke bemängelten. Sonst gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

The food is okayish as they serve local Austrian dishes which Indians don’t really like.

Wow! It was even better than expected. Staff were very friendly and communicative both before and on-site. Everything was well arranged. Room was both beautiful and comfortable with an incredible view. Dinner and breakfast were both super. Despite what earlier reviews say, the opening times of the wellness area is 16:00-22:00 hrs. Long story short, I was over the moon about my stay here.

The fitness area isn't much. It's basically a tiny cardio zone but in that case just go outside for a hike (in summer).

Goed bed en goed ontbijt. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer (maar je moet daarmee wel wat geluk hebben).

Vanaf 16.30 uur zit je vast op de berg, klinkt leuk maar je moet dus echt op tijd terug zijn in het hotel (laatste lift 16.30 uur). Dat is beperkend indien je naar ander gebied gaat. Weinig entertainment ‘s avonds. Geen bad in kamer of hottub in wellness.

Brilliant experience, on the mountain, with fantastic views, and in the morning, shoes on, clip in and just ski... blissful! Friendly and helpful staff (including the communication beforehand). Parking lot (to reserve!) just in front of the gondola station to the hotel. Large rooms (very large and beautiful bathroom). In the evening, a nice bar for an aperitif (again with a magnificent view) or a digestif after dinner. Contrary to what I read in some reviews, dinner is good to very good, given the altitude/accessibility (for ingredients, staff, etc.). Period. Good breakfast. What I found impressive is how clean the restaurant and the bar are, knowing that the bar and the restaurant are used as a ski restaurant and ski bar during the day... 8,5!

4 things: the room was too warm at night (maybe I could adjust that, I don't know), the bed is to soft (for me), the space to store ski equipment (easily accessible next to the slope, though) is far too small, and breakfast opens too late (at 8 am while the slopes are open from 8:30 am).

We were at the hotel at the end of the ski season in March. I would like to praise the chef - absolutely excellent dinner and breakfast. I would also like to praise the service in the restaurant - thank you Ivano. The accommodation was clean, well equipped, with a beautiful view. We definitely recommend it to everyone!

Die Lage des Berghotels ist super. Ruhe, Entspannung Skipisten vorm Haus. Wanderwege gut beschildert. Freundliches Personal, tolle Halbpension. Die Wünsche der Gäste werden umgesetzt. Es herrscht eine sehr entspannte und zum erholen, ideale Atmosphäre. Alles sehr gut organisiert.

Wir können nichts bemängeln, nur weiter zu empfehlen und wir kommen gern wieder.

De locatie ligt op een prachtige locatie bovenop de berg met prachtige uitzichten.

In de ochtend startte het ontbijt pas om 8:00 uur inclusief de toegang tot de koffie. Als je bovenop een berg zit en juist de 1ste afdelingen wilt nemen is 8:00 echt te laat, dit viel wel enorm tegen. Ze dienen minimaal een kwartier eerder open te gaan of in ieder geval toegang tot het koffieapparaat dat zorgt dat het om 8:00 minder druk is en de gasten een betere ervaring hebben in de ochtend.

Cleanliness & general facilities are excellent. Staff are conscientious and attentive.

2000 méteren, álom szép panoráma, csend nyugalom, a terasz alatt indult a sípálya, fantasztikus gasztronómia, rendkívül kedves és figyelmes személyzet. Imádom a ratrakokat, és esténként a teraszom alatt jöttek mentek, fantasztikus volt látni őket. Az ágyból a szemközti 3000-es hegyek látványa, arra ébredni, hogy hófödte csúcsokat lát az ember megfizethetetlen. :) Az is nagyon izgi, hogy csak a sílifttel lehet megközelíteni a szállodát!

:( Az elutazás napján 10ig kellett a szobákat elhagyni - ez amúgy tök OK - de annak ellenére, hogy kint volt a NE ZAVARJ tábla, 9:45-kor a délszláv takarítónő ránk nyitott, hogy takarítás, és menjünk... Nah ez rohatt kellemetlen volt! :( A nyugalmat egy csöppet zavarta, hogy a szálloda éttermének és bárjának a teraszán nagyon hangos volt a SkiParty, meg a pályák zárása után az Apre Ski party, főleg nagyon tucc tucc zenékkel.

Der DJ auf der Hans Schnaps Alm war nicht mehr da.. keine Stimmung wie sonst immer.. es fehlte Bedienung an der Bar. Das war ein Highlight auf der Aml.. Schade das dieses nicht mehr so ist.
