Great location, just a short tuk tuk to Coron town. Room was beautiful and so clean. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL - they never stop and are so attentive. They booked us a tour which was an absolute highlight to our holiday. Highly recommend

La ubicación es muy buena. La zona de piscinas es muy agradable. Los atardeceres en el jetty son espectaculares y muy relajantes. También quedamos muy satisfechos del servicio de masajes, en calidad y en precio.

Los desayunos son mejorables, dependiendo del día había más surtido o menos, según el número de personal. La decoración de las habitaciones se podría renovar.

This was was on the best places we have visited during our stay in Philippines. This resort is located approx. 30min car ride from the airport. The design of the entire resort is amazing. You find swimming pool in the center of it with pool bar. There are italian and japanese restaurants in the resort complex which is so so convenient. The resort is located 10min tricicle ride to the Coron city. Resort has it's own pier where you can get the private tours. Also they're offering the joined tour which are organized by tourist agancy. Breakfasts are delicious with a classic Filipino dish choice. Rooms are clean and comfy but not that much big. The staff at the resort is amazing and always ready to help you with a smile. So so much positivity coming from them that it really makes your stay an amazing experience. This is really a place to come back!

I'd just recommend to make the options in the hotel restaurants more competitive to the one in the city as price wise it's been quite high in compare to the restaurants in the city.

Wifi was pretty bad and had issues on our 4th and 5th day.

BB was the best place we stayed, period. During a three week trip to Japan and The Philippines, Bacau Bay was an absolute highlight. Close enough to Coron to get there in 5 minutes in a tuktuk, but still a quiet refuge outside of town. Staff could not have been better.

Breakfast was good, lots of choices. And they were very attentive to our needs when we needed something extra.

The smell of sewerage in the bathroom! It was so strong.

Not much to say it’s off season expensive and needed to close No one bothered with us or the property

Unclean pool. No buffet breakfast as advised just 4 items to choose of a menu. Cold room service after over an hour wait. Teppenyaki restaurant not at all what you imagine. Limited help with luggage when leaving. Slippery walkways smell of sewerage. Will never stay again

The pool was great to dip in and relax around on the different sun beds. All the staff were super helpful.. We got food poisoning from a restaurant in town and when we notified the staff they had a in house nurse attend us and make sure we had all the supplied we needed to get better. The food here was yummy. Its about 5mins away from town and only approx 400php per person to catch a tuktuk into town. Would definitely recommend staying here

Friendly staff, good amenities, little afternoon treat each day with the card was a cute touch, good places to eat on site, relaxing vibes - cocktail bar was our personal favourite!

The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location was beautiful. Watching the sunset from the bar and BBQ area at the end of the jetty is a must. The resort itself is a short 10 - 15 min tricycle ride into Coron Town proper, and is set in a beautiful peaceful garden location, if you want to relax and unwind this is the place.

Zwembad was erg warm water ze hebben ook fotoshoots bij het zwembad en bruiloften als wij dit hadden geweten hadden we een ander resort gekozen Lig je lekker bij het zwembad komt er ineens een groep mensen met camera’s en modellen voor foto’s ook in het zwembad zodat je zelf niet echt meer kan doen wat je wil doen.

They were a little OTT on the safety of taking a kayak out. My husband was followed around the Bay Area . Also the restaurants and bar closing early.

The pool is murky

A large and beautiful resort with a stunning view of the sunset. The hotel is a bit away from the center, but it’s easy and quick to get there by tricycle or even on foot. The hotel was not very crowded during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Dentro del hotel viven varios animales que, además de no recibir los cuidados adecuados, en más de una ocasión vi cómo el personal los maltrataba. Las excursiones que ofrecen no son de buena calidad y presentan precios desactualizados. En recepción son amables, siempre y cuando tu solicitud sea simple.

l'accueil était très agréable, la chambre calme et confortable, le personnel très serviable, il y avait du choix au buffet du petit-déjeuner et lors de notre transfert à l'aéroport on nous a donné des bouteilles d'eau pour le trajet

Wir machten eine tour mit dem bankaboot von el nido nach coron und haben dann leider nur eine nacht im bacau Bay verbracht, daher bewerte ich meine kurzen eindrücke. Das zimmer was sehr grosszügig und sauber. Das personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das frühstück, sowie das essen allgemein war hervorragend. Es hat alles wunderbar gepasst.

Chambre très spacieuse et propre. Petites attentions quotidiennes de la part de l’hôtel. Le ponton pour le coucher de soleil est très agréable. Beaucoup d’animations organisés tous les soirs ( concerts, diners spéciaux…)

Remontée d’odeurs d’égoûts. L’eau de la piscine n’est pas très claire, bien qu’entretenue. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bon, bien que très varié.

כלום. לאמיתו של דבר אחרי מספר שעות במקום החלטנו לעזוב למרות שהוזמנו ושולמו מראש 4 לילות.

קיבלנו החדרים בקומה השלישית כשהגישה אליהם במדרגות חיצוניות ללא מעלית. כשביקשנו להחליף נמסר לנו שהמקום מלא. המלון והמתקנים שלו במצב מזעזע מדרגות מלוכלכות (כתמים) אזור הבריכה מוזנח מרצפות שבורות ומי הבריכה עכורים. מהיציאה מהחדר צמוד למדרגות נשקף מתחם מגורים פרטי, חצר משק מוזנח עם עזובה ותרנגולות. בחצר המלון ממוקמות מזרקות שאינן פעילות עם מים עומדים עכורים. בחדר המלון הריהוט מיושן ולא מתוחזק בחדר השירותים מושב האסלה ישן ומוכתם דלת הכניסה לא נפתחת לסירוגין (גם לא באמצעות מפתח מסטר של איש התחזוקה ). קליטת אות האינטרנט (WiFi ) לא עובד לסירוגין חלש ולא יציב לסיכום פער עצום ובלתי סביר בין המוצג באתר לבין המציאות. כעבור 3 שעות שהייה הודענו לקבלה שהחלטנו לעבור למלון אחר. פנייתנו לקבלת החזר כלשהוא מול המלון סורבה

Staff nett. Haben uns Connecting Rooms gefunden. Die Restaurants, sowohl Pizza als auch insbesondere das japanische, sind sehr excrllent. Der Chefkoch ist fantastisch.

Ein schönes Gelände im Zerfall. Der Pool war so dreckig, dass wir uns nicht hineingetraut haben. Die Zimmer wären an sich in Ordnung, aber die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und wurde nicht erneuert. Aber das Schlimmste ist die Sauberkeit. Moskitos im Zimmer. Dreck in allen Ecken. Alle Polstermöbel mit Flecken. Eklig.

Pileta con agua turbia. Mucha gente sin cuidar la limpieza. Un hotel de esa categoría DEBE ofrecer comida Sin Gluten en alguno de sus restaurantes. NADA.

Der Eingang zum Resort ist optisch sehr gut gelungen. Die ganze Anlage lebt vom dem zentral angelegten Garten. Personal - wie bis dato überall auf den Philippinen- ausgesprochen hilfsbereit.

Insgesamt ziemlich herunter gekommen. Wir hatten Zimmer 320. direkt dahinter gibt es eine Karaoke Bar …. (Wenn schon dann eher den anderen Flügel buchen). Pool leider desolat. Trübes Wasser: wir haben das Baden daher lieber bleiben lassen. Hotel-Restaurant mittelmäßig (und daher wohl auch leer) plus keinerlei Flair. Auch kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass die geschmacklosen Gänge zu den Zimmern jemals gereinigt wurden (Hochdruckreiniger) Tipp an das Hotel: Handwerker austauschen oder schulen. Da fehlts ganz gewaltig Conclusio: Preis ist hoffnungslos überzogen.

Really beautiful beachfront area, very relaxed atmosphere and amazing staff. Food was great. Excellent value! We went to the island to dive and it was a short walk from the dive shop.

-shower really dripping and no other option to shower, when I complained they told me they will fix but nobody cared to follow-up -staff seemed really inexperienced, some times they were gossiping or chatting loudly e.g. during breakfast -food was really mediocre and the breakfast quite bad quality -you had to pay per day 1200 to have a pool towel -room infrastructure is really bad and not maintained (safe was not working, bathroom facilities are old, balcony entrance is super old and curtains are ripped

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti al Bacau Bay Resort a Coron (Palawan) e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti con un delizioso welcome drink analcolico, fresco e rigenerante, un piccolo gesto che ci ha fatto subito sentire in vacanza. Il check-in è previsto dalle 14:00, ma arrivando in anticipo abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in deposito e iniziare a goderci la splendida piscina. Il resort dispone di tre ristoranti con cucina internazionale: la colazione è ricca e varia ogni giorno, mentre per cena abbiamo più volte scelto di fermarci in struttura, trovando sempre ottima qualità dei piatti a prezzi onesti. Ottimo anche il servizio bar, con cocktail preparati con grande cura. Un plus è sicuramente la spa, perfetta per concedersi momenti di relax. Il resort offre inoltre un comodo servizio di transfer da e per l’aeroporto e organizza tour tra le meravigliose isole della zona. Consigliamo vivamente questo resort a chi cerca comfort, servizi di qualità e un’atmosfera rilassante a Coron.

A parte delle piccole migliorie nelle camere, un aspetto migliorabile riguarda la comunicazione pre-soggiorno: abbiamo riscontrato qualche difficoltà nel ricevere informazioni chiare e tempestive. Per ospiti che viaggiano da lontano, anche da altri continenti, una comunicazione rapida e rassicurante è fondamentale. Migliorare questo aspetto renderebbe l’esperienza ancora più completa.

Beautiful hotel overall, staff were amazing, food was great and the amenities were great!

Room could have been a bit more cleaner & the bathroom could have done with a soap dish as well as having hand towels.

Breakfast was lovely. I liked that they served traditional local cuisines and a mix of continental breakfast. Th local food was a nice way to introduce the local cuisine to international travellers but I suggest you have staff recommend how to eat it (some guests have been circulating the buffet area and have no idea how to eat the local dishes). Loved the egg station and the pastries, but more fruit would be great. The layout of the resort was beautiful. Plenty of space for chilling out in the garden and at the jetty. Sunset by the mangroves with a cocktail was beautiful. I loved the slippers in the room and the sweets left daily. Beds were very comfortable and aircon was quiet. Close proximity to Lobster King (for those seafood lovers!)

They didn't organise our hotel transfer from the port so four of us had to pile into a trike to get to the resort. Pool looked a bit unclear during our stay - wasn't sure what was going on there. Wild animal noises in the middle of the night right through the morning. I appreciate this as a nature lover, but I also hate it as a light sleeper. Had to take tricycle to town for 30 PHP p/p everytime we had to step out of the resort. Would be great if they had a shuttle service for the hotel. Noisy guests/ staff kept slamming doors early in the morning.

The wifi was unfortunately really bad, you could get signal in the reception and pool area but in the room it was almost non existent. After the first day I mentioned it to the reception and somehow we started to have wifi in the living room area - but the bedroom stayed out of wifi reach.

Personal was very friendly. Nice escape from the city of Coron. Room was okay, all you need was there. Pool was okay.

The hotel is a bit outdated and would need some renovation. Old stuff outside, not being used. Als trash around stairs and broken things. The pictures did not show reality. Value for money was not what we expected. If it was renovated to today's standards, it would be worth it.

Our stay at Bacau Bay Resort Coron was a bit disappointing compared to our expectations.

The service was inconsistent — while some staff were polite, the overall experience did not feel very attentive or welcoming. The restaurants close quite early, so if you miss the hours, you have to go out to eat somewhere else, which is not very convenient. The rooms are clean, but overall it doesn’t feel worth the price paid.

La chambre suite double très grande mais aucun équipement digne d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Ni Chaussons, ni peignoir, ni décoration soignée cosy… de plus une mauvaise odeur était présente dans la cuisine et la porte se fermait mal. Un énorme climatiseur bruyant. Aucune boisson ou machine à café. Les petits déjeuners trop peu de choix et pas rechargés selon l’heure.

La chambre était confortable et l'hôtel propose toutes les commodités (spa, plusieurs restaurants, organisation d'excursions (attention aux tarifs), navette pour port et aéroport, salle de sport, ...)

Le personnel n'est pas franchement agréable, les excursions proposées sont organisées avec une agence pas franchement recommandable (bcp de retard, tous les spots ne sont pas fait et les prix pour les extras sont à la limite de l'indescence).. Nous en avons informé l'hôtel qui s'en fichait royalement Pour finir, nous avions réservé un transport entre le port et l'hôtel : ils nous ont tout simplement oublié.... privilégiez les tuktuk (c'est bcp moins cher et plus fiable)

room needed upgrade; looked worn out, lil insects or bed bugs bit my roommate night before; she asked to change her sheets the next day, no path lighting at night between reception bldg and rooms bldg. rental of towels not good idea.

L'hôtel est magnifique, le panton pour observer le coucher du soleil. Les chambres très confortables et le petit truc en plus dans l'après-midi.

Le fait que les serviettes de plages soient payantes pour la journée. Pas de plage à côté. Il faut prendre un bateau pour aller sur les plages.

This resort is great for families. Food options are great, pizza, buffet breakfast, pool bar, sundowner on the mangroves,pool, facilities, were awesome for the first part of our stay to get acclimatized. Short Tricycle ride to town. We booked the presidential suit. It was more than enough space. It would work for 2 families if needed.

Hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The room is very spacious. The spa is amazing and affordable.

I believe the east side could be loud with the neighbourhood, and chickens are pretty noisy in the early morning, so we switched the room to the west side. The westside is very quiet😊

Continental breakfast varies daily, great selection.

They could promote more the chef in charge of doing different egg menus outside the resto, she's easily missed but she does really great according to what you fancy.

It was quite cheap. Easy to get tuktuk to go to town as they were always some parked outside the hotel.

Not very comfortable rooms and quite old. Hotel was in general a bit worn down and needed an update. Restaurants wasn’t very inviting, so decided to go to town for dinners.

Amazing stay! This hotel has a great atmosphere that makes you feel welcome immediately. The staff is perfect—super professional and helpful. I also really loved the big external space, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend!
