Hotel with a laundry machine really made a great relief of washing clothes to our trip. The breakfast is simple and yummy and all the staffs are friendly. It definitely worths the price.

The hot water supply for shower is unstable which is quite annoying. The microwave shelf is full of dust. some of the towels with stain and bedsheet with holes.

房間要攤開兩個26吋以上行李箱有難度，訂房網上看到有洗衣機，訂房後須知傳來才知道要住三四晚以上才能用，冰箱外還有一道木門這點也是不太方便，不過綜合價格來說以上也不算什麼缺點了

Didn’t enjoy anything about it.

Hallway had a weird smell. Bathroom toilet in our room was leaking. No room service. Didn’t give extra mug for 3 people stay, and were really firm on not providing and extra drinking mug for the 3rd paying guest. Instead provided paper cup for hot water.

The staff are very nice and helpful. This hotel is close to the bus stop where you can easily take the bus to/from the airport or nearby cities. It is also close to the city market. The traditional Korean chicken soup next door is delicious.

The noise (from the pump or other unknown electrical/mechanical facilities nearby) is disturbing at night, and this is my only complaint.

Room was comfortable and clean, wished I stayed a few more days. I saw that there is washing machine and massage chair available for guest so that's additional facilities that's nice. Close to the Olle market, food streets, convenience stores and Jeju Olle trail information centre. And I guess quite near to the waterfall.

I wished the luggage storage was more secure but I supposed it's a small hotel. Not sure if bath towels are supposed to be the same as hand towels but that's what I got.

All personal very kind. Hotel in quiet position. A lot of buses for trips very near

Restaurant was on another location, on the other side of the road, second house and from 7 to 9. But personal there were also very kind.

The room is spacious and comfortable.

Hôtel bien localisé à Jeju, à proximité de convenience store comme CU ou GS25. Ma chambre avait une machine à laver que l'on peut utiliser gratuitement si on séjourne plus de 3 jours (ils fournissent le savon), disponible un mini frigo et un micro ondes. Spacieuse. Il y a des fauteuils de massage à l'entrée de l'hôtel utilisable gratuite par les clients de l'hôtel, fortement agréable après une journée de marche. Tout cela pour un bon prix, je recommande sans hésitation cet hôtel

Standard Double Room - simple stay for 3 nights. Location - in Seogwipo, a short walk to Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market and Jeju olle trail 7. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores and one supermarket (Hanaro Mart) within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. Room - was quiet. Shower water pressure was strong. Bed was medium firm. Netflix is available to connect on TV. 4 face towels size provided in bathroom by default. If you prefer large size bath towels this can be requested from the reception. Washing machine in the room cost 3000KRW per stay or free for above 3 nights.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The bed was comfortable and I always slept well.

ソギポオルレ市場まで歩いて7、８分で位置はコンビニやマートも近く良かったと思う。 ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。 値段もお手頃でした。 地下駐車場も無料で利用できました。

いろいろと規制があり、洗濯機は３泊以上じゃないと有料だの、出前もメニューによってダメだの、泊まる前からあれこれこんなに制限されたのは初めてで、気分的にちょっとテンションが下がりました。(１泊でしたが、洗濯できると思ってたので…)

Very helpful staff, great location to Olle market, limited free parking & paid parking available, free bottle of water daily. Very clean room, bed and bathroom, good water pressure and comfy beds. Washer was used daily and appreciated.

We are foodies and we chose this hotel because it is near Arang Joeul Food Street. We greatly appreciate the staff's F&B recommendations. The restaurant that serves horse meat (both the grilled and the raw version were delicious. We had hairtail and cutlass fish in 2 other restaurants and they were all good. The washing machine was handy for our 4-day stay.

Hand towels were offered as bath towels! They were way too small!

Carpets seemed a little worn out, especially outside the room; washing machine is a little buggy — I had to close, open it, and close it back again multiple times before it worked

I feel like Booking.com heavily promotes Seogwipo hotels when searching for Jeju Island. Note that Jeju has two main cities: Jeju City (10 mins from the airport) and Seogwipo (where this hotel is). Without a VPN to check maps, I only saw the "23 km" straight-line distance and assumed a 30-minute trip—but it actually takes an hour by taxi. My fault for not researching, but the platform’s algorithm could be clearer.

1. **Breakfast**: The options were very limited, but it was advertised as "exceptional breakfast" on Booking.com—this feels like false advertising. 2. **Breakfast Location**: The dining area is across the street from the hotel. In Jeju, jaywalking is fined, and it is inconvenient if you have kids with you 3. **Toilet Issue**: The toilet clogs easily. If toilet paper should be put in the bin. At least a sign or a notice upon check-in would help—as many countries’ norms allow flushing paper directly. 4. **Shared Building**: The building houses two separate hotels, so rooms on the same floor belong to different hotels. 5. **Staff Attitude**: The front desk staff were not friendly. 6. *Room Condition**: The carpet had a strong musty/moldy smell, which made the room uncomfortable to stay in.

Bed was super comfortable and location was really good. Rooms are really nice!

Bed was medium firm. Netflix is available to connect on TV. The odd arrangement I experienced was finding 4 face towels provided in bathroom. No bath towels which I had to ask for at reception. Washing machine in the room was the key consideration for booking with Hotel Winstory. It is free for use with stay from 3 nights and above. Otherwise, cost 3000KRW per stay.

We booked 5 nights at this hotel during Christmas time. There’s basement parking which we are able to use for our entire stay. There’s a basement parking and EV chargers available but we didn’t use as our rental car runs on gasoline. The room is tight but we managed to rest well everyday. We are family of 4 with 2 primary school kids. The washing machine is very useful to us. We brought our own detergent so we didn’t have to use the hotel (need to pay 3000won for a few pod tides). Drying rack is available. There is no housekeeping (we are fine without it) but we can put our soiled towels and water bottle at the door everyday and plenty of towels and water bottles will be delivered to the door as well. The free massage chair was a great bonus especially when I came back from Mount Hallasan. The location is great for us, we walked to Seogwipo Market almost everyday for breakfast. There are many eateries and shops nearby, we even manage to locate a laundry to wash my son’s soiled winter coat. My only comment is there is no temperature control, we have to open the window for air to come in which is fine after sunset but hot in the afternoon even though it is 8 degrees Celsius outside. Overall it is a great hotel for its price.

Room was particularly warm and even though there was aircon, we were not allowed to operate it. Likewise when it was cold, there was no heating. Breakfast option seemed poor. Only small tiny bath towels provided.

Great location, close to Jeju Olle Center and food streets. Beds are comfortable and washing machine in the room is a bonus.

Breakfast is a disappointment. Little choice and the breakfast venue is offsite. Generally the quality and service at this hotel has declined in the last year or two.

가성비가 최고인 숙소였어요~ 가격이 많이 저렴한데 비해 엄청 깨끗하고 좋았어요~ 호실마다 세탁기 전자렌지등 있을건 다있었고~ 서귀포 올레시장도 걸어서 왔다갔다하기 좋고 편리하고 좋았네요~^^

Comfortable clean room. Having a washing machine in the room is a real bonus. Excellent value for money.

Breakfast is quite basic and in a separate building across the road. One morning breakfast was not available so we had to find alternatives.

Un hotel muy curioso, ya que el mismo edificio está compartido por dos hoteles, nada más entrar te encuentras con dos recepciones. El personal es correcto, inglés limitado pero se esfuerzan en ayudar. Puedes dejar las maletas al hacer el check-out y te las guardan durante el día. La localización está bien si viajas en bus, tiene paradas en los alrededores de varias lineas. También tiene parking si viajas en coche. La habitación es amplia, el aire acondicionado funciona bien, y la lavadora en la habitación es muy util, son 3000krw por usarlas, la primera vez en recepción te dan detergente gratis, y un tendedero. Durante la noche la ropa se seca en un momento ¡Perfecto! En la habitación tienes un gran frigorifico, kettle, fregadero y microondas, perfecto para cenar o desayunar allí algún día, aunque hay muchos restaurantes por los alrededores. El baño es muy moderno, con un gran espejo y ducha con mucha presión. No limpian la habitación a diario, pero dejan nuevas toallas y agua en la puerta.

The location was very good as it was handy to public transport and walking routes. The room was good in that we had a washing machine and could get a drying rack from reception. however the staff were reluctant to hand over the single washing tablet needed to use the machine and I think expected us to pay for it!

The breakfast area is in another building across the room and you have to cook your own! The staff member at reception was very rude and told us breakfast was fully booked but when we went to the other building it wasn't and the staff there sent us back to the hotel to pay.

It has the facilities eg microwave, fridge and washing machine in the room which is nice especially when you stay more than 3 days. The use is free once. No coffee or tea bags provided.

Extremely difficult to communicate with staff. Hardly any English. I recommend driving if possible. It is a long way to get to places by public transport which involves changing buses at different stops.

The location was great. It was on a quiet street but close to the Olle Market, convenience stores and the shopping street of Seogwipo. Also it was close to several bus stops so easy to travel around Jeju even without a car. The hotel room itself was clean and had a fridge, microwave and washing machine which was very convenient. I received 2 bottles of water daily plus 2 new towels. You also get a small drying rack with the washing machine. TV in the room has neflix.

The hotel has a lot of rules and they do the barest minimum. I stayed for 5 nights and had no cleaning which I didn't mind as much but would have like to have my bins emptied at least daily and supplies such as hand soap and toilet paper replenished. As some of the former guests have stated, a lot of the furnishings are quite old so the hotel really looks like it needs an update. The towels I was provided were small, basically hand towels so not ideal, but as I was a solo traveller this didn't bother me after a day or 2.

Luggage storage at front desk. Quick walk from the 201 bus from Seongsan. Easy walking distance to the Olle Market, Olle trail 6 and 7, and Food Street. About 20 minutes to Cheonjiyeon Waterfall. Room is large with some closet space. Large refrigerator. Washing machine in the room - drying rack is small. Strong AC. Water bottles and towels every day. The free massage chairs are a nice perk. Very comfortable stay.

The room was nice and comfortable. AC worked well and TV had a Netflix. There was a washing machine that you could use if you stay 3 or more nights. Location is okey, a bit walk to the restaurants but 7 eleven and CU nearby. Downstairs you have two massage chairs you can use for free. They give you two small bottles of water every day.

No hot plate as shown in one picture, but also no cooking utensils.

At check-in, I was immediately handled a clothes rack which should have simply been left in the room. Imagine having to push your luggage with the rack. There was kettle but no coffee or tea bags! Large towels are on request. They provided only 1 cup in the toilet for 2 persons.

This hotel was GREAT !! Really good value for money !!! Very clean !! I had an entire studio for myself: kitchenette (sink, big fridge, coffee machine, storage, microwave), great dressing, a nice shower, a queen sized bed, a pretty nice view on the mountains and sea. I came from Seoul where I stayed in an hostel so I was SO HAPPY to have an entire room just for myself !! It's very clean, you have clean towels and 2 bottles of water every day. You have a smart TV with Netflix You also have sleepers to get around your room I would have loved to stay longer !!

Location is about 15 mins walk from the main market. The main market stretch has an amazing stretch of shops with a road dedicated to their famous local artist Lee Jung Shop. Is also nearby to amazing restaurants. Seogwipo is pretty amazing in this area. Is pretty, quaint and defintely a place to have a relaxing time.

No daily cleaning which seems to be a theme in Korea. Is fine with no daily cleaning but i think is quite imperative to clear the room rubbish especially when one is there for more than 2 days. Maybe look into it?

Reception Staff not very friendly..hardly wish us good morning. Maybe its the language barrier..they cannot speak English well.

In the evening, the reception was empty, which gave the building an odd feeling since it housed two hotels. Unfortunately, the towels in the room were old and had an unpleasant smell, even the new ones they refilled the next day. There were no room cleaning or breakfast services available.

The location is great and the rooms are clean. The check-in and check-out processes were a breeze. They have a compiled file of recommendations— places to eat, places to visit complete with descriptions and maps.

There was no breakfast available, but we didn’t pre-order; I just assumed it would be readily available should we decide to have breakfast at the hotel at the last minute.

Room: Too small for 4 pax and 3 luggages. Washer in the room, will be great if it comes with drying function. We were given a laundry rack to hang dry our clothes after wash. Using the laundry rack in a small room is really a challenge, moreover it's winter period, not so easy to dry. Language: Had difficulty communicating with hotel staff member. We rented an electric car to drive around Jeju. On the first day, staff advised us to park outside the hotel or opposite the hotel. On the second day, when we enquire about charging station, after communicating to and fro, realised the hotel has a basement carpark with charging station.

Paid extra for the “views” but was not worth the added cost. Breakfast was also extra and the quality/similarity was nowhere near the advertised breakfast photos. Definite room for improvement. Staff were on site to check us in, but we did not feel welcomed at all. Glad I only stayed for the night and checked out in the morning after breakfast.

Second time stay in Hotel Winstory, the room is clean as always and private parking available. Walking distance to Seogwipo market which consider good location as well.

The parking is a little bit narrow but still manageable.

It was close to the Olle market and the restaurants and also had a washing machine. I was mainly attracted by the washing machine. You can request a drying rack from the reception and buy a washing capsule. I liked the layout of the room and the bathroom. I would stay there again.

The room was very hot when I first entered it (30 degrees Celsius). I had to open a window and run the AC for a few minutes to bring the temperature down. It helped my laundry to dry faster though. The cleaning staff left 2 bottles of water and 2 clean towels each day. I think the towels were not necessary and there should be an option not to have them delivered each day to save the energy and the planet. There was a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee.

It is really convenient for visit Jeju island. Near all the buses. It is quiet and the room is spacious with refrigerator and washing machine. Yo can't cook, but you can have instant noodles or breakfast in your room.

They do no provide any kitchen tool.

Towels are very small (about 30cm x 60cm). I recommend that you bring your own if you are taller than 120cm. Also if you book a 3 person room, bring your own mug since you will only be provided with 2 mugs.
