Location, apartment itself, decor were great.

Elevator didn't work, we had to use the stairs to carry suitcases. We didn't have hot water two days out of three. Safe didn't work. Apartment cleaning was delayed. The stove didn't work. There were frightening alarm at night that prevented us to go sleep.

Well set out, spacious & light. Comfy bed & good shower. Kitchen was well equipped for a short stay

Il balcone con affaccio nell'interno del giardino condominiale con piscina. Il parcheggio. La casa era ben fornita di elettrodomestici e ci hanno omaggiato di cialde del caffè, acqua e frutta.

La guarnizione della doccia era consumata ed usciva un po' di acqua. Le persiane si chiudevano con fatica.

Très bon séjour de quatre nuits au Lisbon Best Apartments. Très bon accueil, personnel chaleureux et disponible. L’appartement était très fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort et la qualité de l’accueil. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour un séjour à Lisbonne.

The apartment is in a fantastic location. The Marquês de Pombal metro station is about a 7-minute walk away, and from there it's only 2 to 3 stops to the city center. A large and well-stocked Continente supermarket is literally around the corner, just 2 minutes from the building. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very well equipped, and offers fast internet, cable TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Everything worked flawlessly during our stay. The underground parking garage is an additional advantage, providing quick access to the motorway towards Cascais, Estoril, and Cabo da Roca. Guests also have access to a nice swimming pool. Communication with the property management company was excellent, with prompt and convenient support via WhatsApp.

I wasn't entirely comfortable with the procedure of providing my credit card details "just in case" something was damaged during the stay. Credit card information is sensitive and should not be shared so freely. I believe this process should be handled through Booking.com, which would be a more secure and reasonable solution for both guests and property owners.

We liked everything in the apartament: everything was new and clean. The area is good, very easy to reach to anything in the city. There is a supermarket located around the corner. The pool was good for relaxing evenings. The hosts were polite and even kept our luggage after check out until we returned. Thanks a lot!

The price was rather high, but it was totally worth it.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. It's located in a beautiful, quiet area and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, including plenty of dishes and cutlery, a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, and even a juicer. Everything was clean and well maintained, including the fresh towels. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and having access to the swimming pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were friendly, helpful and professional, making the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. It was our second time here, and we would be happy to stay here again.

Superbe appartement tout confort avec place de parking comprise, petites attentions à l arrivée : eau fraîche, fruits. Bon emplacement qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture au parking et visiter Lisbonne à pied. La gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueilli.

Clean, useful, good enough kitchen, though small. The 2nd bathroom was pretty redundant. The host was fantastic and very helpful. Location was not bad, though very hilly in that area. It was good to have a Continente supermarket right around the corner.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and has all the needed amenities. We stayed there with 3 people and someone slept on the sofa bed. Great location, not far from the city centre so a lot can be visited on foot and at 15-20 mins walking you have tons of nice restaurants.

Fernando met us after our original reservation had to change due to a refrigerator issue. He was informative, friendly and provided details of the apartment. Wonderful location and the apartment was beautifully decorated, well stocked and with parking! We will definitely consider renting from this company again.

Spacious. Secure. Convenient parking under building. Had washing machine. Fernando was professional and helpful. Hop on/ off bus close by at Parque Eduardo.

I've travelled quite a bit, and I can safely say I haven't come across an apartment as good as this one so far! The apartment is simply splendid. It's located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, just a quick walk away from the city centre. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need, even for a longer stay. The TV in the bathroom and the floor heating are really neat additions. Everything is clean. The apartment is very well soundproofed. The free parking is neat too. The apartment is also close to El Corte Inglés, many grocery stores, gyms, and parks. Fernando was simply amazing. He met us outside the building and helped us find the right parking spot. He showed us all the amenities and really helped us settle in. 10/10 doesn't cut it, the experience was 12/10 :). We travelled with a baby. Fernando and the crew made sure everything was set and even included a small gift for our kid and a special Easter cake. The cleaning crew is quick, efficient, and really makes the place look spotless. The place even has a garden with a pool!

Location is awesome if you don't mind being away from the tourist center (we didn't mind). Beautiful neighborhood and a great, well appointed apartment. Our host's welcome and entry to the apartment was great and the place was immaculate. I would definitely recommend if you want something in a quieter, upscale neighborhood.

The bed was pretty hard (personal preference) and the couch is a sleeper so not super comfortable to sit on, but both were ok.

Парасолька на пляж, килимок для йоги, засоби для прання та посудомийноі машини. Столовий сервіз. Навіть сіль, перець та оливкова олія в порційному пакуванні, кава Nespresso.

Тьмяне освітлення квартири ввечері. В душі не стабільно працювала гаряча вода. Довго збігала гаряча вода. І в процесі іноді ставала дуже гарячою.

Me gustó todo. La comunicación antes de la llegada para coordinarnos fue perfecta. El apartamento es fantástico. Está impecable. Perfectamente equipado en cuanto a electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina. Tanto la calefacción como la refrigeración funcionan de maravilla. Nuestro anfitrión, Fernando, nos estaba esperando a la llegada y nos lo explicó todo con detalle, dándonos incluso sugerencias de sitios. Hay 2 supermercados a la vuelta de la esquina. Muy bien comunicado con el centro. Se puede ir caminando perfectamente pero hay autobuses en la puerta. ¡Repetiremos seguro!

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was accessible by metro and had many restaurants nearby. Area was quiet and safe. They also had a beautiful garden and pool.

O apartamento era super bem localizado, bastante acolhedor e bem equipado. Dispunha de inúmeras valências, cozinha totalmente equipada, assim como recheio para consumo (condimentos, capsulas de café, etc) O prédio é novo e de boa construção e arquitetonicamente muito bem conseguido. Quem nos recebeu foi o Rúben, de uma enorme simpatia e bastante cooperante. Ajudou com toda a logística, tendo mesmo colaborado a transportar as malas do carro até ao apartamento, uma vez que levava 3 crianças e estava mais limitado…

Home away from home, amenities, new and fresh equipment. Great that there’s a parking garage beneath the apartment you can use for a rental car when visiting Cacais or other locations. We used it during WebSummit, which was great!

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Es war alles da. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Cafés , Restaurants und die Metro in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bei geschlossenem Fenster haben wir nichts gehört. Sehr sauber und gutes WLAN.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Very nice and responsive host (Ben), well-organized processes, (brisk) walking distance to "downtown". A spacious appartment with two restrooms, everything one could possibly need and more (TV in the bathroom mirror) included. Clean, modern interior, and even though located very centrally, and the traffic noise is very present in the hallway outside the appartment, the bedroom itself is quiet.

I had changed from an accomodation even closer to "downtown", so the walks there took a larger amount of time -- but it was in walking distance nonetheless. It takes some patience to get hot water out of the shower.

Fernando was very helpful on check-in, apartment was in an excellent for Lisbon sightseeing, apartment was of high quality, clean and very spacious. Parking was a welcome extra.

Apartment with parking is great. It is within walking distance to the centre of Lisbon and also handy to public transport. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

There were very few bars and restaurants close by, but an abundance by metro.

The apartment was fantastic, so well thought out and spotless.There was so much attention to detail, everything was of great quality, the beds, furniture, decor, even the crockery,the photos did not do it justice! We loved our stay, 5 minute walk to metro and supermarket around the corner. Special thank you to Fernando who met us at the apartment and explained about the area and how all the equipment in the apartment worked.

Es war alles perfekt. Fernando hat uns umsorgt und ermöglicht das wir am Abreisetag das Auto bis Nachmittags in der Tiefgarage parken konnten. Die Wohnung ist super, es fehlt an nichts, sogar Kaffeekapseln sind da. Fenster schalldicht, Dusche angenehm groß, separates WC, guter Schlaf Komfort, Bus und U-Bahn in der Nähe, Supermarkt um die Ecke und das beste sauberer Pool und Fernando der alles ermöglicht.

Had a wonderful stay at the Apartment. I had booked a one bedroom apartment for a three night stay. The check-in with Ben was very smooth who was extremely helpful. They were very prompt with the replies and for any queries I had. The apartment was just perfect. It was extremely clean, modern, had all the basic necessities and they had even provided us with some tea and coffee making amenities, fresh fruits and water. It was cleaned after 2 days and the housekeeping were so sweet cos my friend had lost the back of her earring thinking its gone and they happened to find it and even kept it for us nicely on the table even though they had no idea! The location was good with eateries nearby and easy access to public transport. Loved the place and would definitely recommend.

Ben our host was timely, attentive, and helpful. The apartment so comfortable and the easy access to coffee and fruit made available was appreciated. He even helped set us up with a Tuktuk tour that was fabulous and a highlight of our Lisbon experience. Thank you Ben!

10/10 definitely would stay again. It’s about a 20-30 minute nice walk into the city centre. Beautiful, clean, modern property with a pool & had everything you need.

This property felt really comfortable, like home away from home. The mini kitchen was well equipped, and the nespresso coffee selection and fresh fruit was a nice touch. Linens were high quality. The decor was very nice with marble bathrooms and parquet floors. The garden and pool area was very tranquil, although in September the pool was too cool for us. They had great communication, and we were able to drop off our bags early and begin exploring the beautiful city of Lisbon.

Fernando the host was excellent great service and very knowledgeable. The apartment was very clean and great location.

Great and safe location. Very clean and comfortable property. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us some very good tips in what to visit, where to eat, what to avoid etc. Shops and restaurants are near and easy access to downtown from the apartment.

We returned to this apartment after a fantastic stay a couple of years ago and we had another wonderful stay. Superb modern apartment which has everything you need and is extremely clean and comfortable. Cleaner service every couple of days. Lovely coffee machine, great dishwasher and even a washer dryer for your laundry. The pool is a bonus and lovely and quiet. They even bought a cake with candles to us for my husband’s birthday which was a lovely surprise. We hope to return again soon and would highly recommend to others.

Some small details could be maintained better (for example broken tiles in the shower) The water in the pool is super cold even in August so for us it was not usable

El apartamento es hermoso y muy comodo, tiene todo lo necesario para que tu estancia sea perfecta. Nuestro guest relations Rubén, es un crack, nos espero a la llegada y fue muy amable explicándonos todo. Ademas, pudimos diafrutar de la piscina por las tardes asi que todo genial.
