Lage ist super. Unterkünfte sehr schön.

Nach 3 Tagen in den Highlands zwischen Uyuni und San Pedro de Atacama wollten wir uns ein bisschen verwöhnen in einen schönem Hotel mit Pool um zu chillen. 3 Tage vor Ankunft informierte uns das Hotel, dass der Pool ein Leck hätte und somit die Poolanlage nicht genutzt werden könne. Fakt war aber, dass sie in der ganzen Hotelanlage ein grosses Facelifting machten, mit Baulärm etc. Für über USD 300 pro Nacht pro Zimmer die Anlage nicht nutzen zu können, durch Baulärm gestört zu sein, hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Preis-/Leistung stimmte überhaupt nicht und wir kamen uns ziemlich verarscht vor. Erst als wir den Boss paar mal drauf angesprochen haben, dass sie uns hätten längst vorgängig informieren können, damit wir das Hotel noch hätten wechseln können, wollten sie uns am letzten Abend zum Dinner einladen. Wir hatten aber schon abgemacht… dann wollten sie uns eine Massage offerieren, konnten aber nicht 2 Massagen gleichzeitig anbieten, nur hintereinander, wofür wir dann aber keine Zeit hatten. Ich machte Ihnen dann den Vorschlag, wenigstens den Transfer zum Flughafen am Abreisetag zu übernehmen. Sie haben uns dann einen Transferbus mit 10 anderen Personen offeriert… na ja… Fazit: das Resort hat keine Seele und ist das viele Geld nie und nimmer wert!!! Super Alternative: Hotel Don Raul mit Wellness, Pool herrlicher Anlage und fantastischem Restaurant Agua Loca

The property is very clean and generous. The rooms were beautiful

The pool was closed due to a leak but they let us know in advance and I guess these things happen but it didn’t matter because the rooms and staff were so nice!

La ubicación es perfecta. Arrendamos un auto y salíamos directo del estacionamiento a los paseos, y a la vez salíamos a caminar por la calle principal, donde están los restaurantes. El desayuno parece de hotel de primerísima línea.

Quarto confortável com todos os itens em funcionamento.

Por mais que o hotel forneça água em garrafas e bebedouro a falta de um frigobar no quarto chamou a atenção.

En raison des conditions météorologiques, j'ai eu beaucoup de soucis pour passer la frontière, ce qui m'a fait rater ma première nuit d'hôtel. Cela arrive mais c'est difficile de perdre 500€ pour deux chambres. J'ai en plus de cela été facturé de 170€ de frais administratifs pour l'annulation de deux tours (j'ai prévenu environ 24 heures en avance). Si les conditions contractuelles ont été respectées, je trouve le manque de compréhension dommageable. Par ailleurs, je trouve les prix des excursions très élevées par rapport à ce que vous pouvez trouver dans la ville. Je suppose que c'est plus luxe, mais je n'ai pu qu'expérimenter les frais administratifs... Je déconseille donc fortement leurs excursions !

I had problems to pay with my international debit card to reserve the room. Also, the breakfast could be early.

I do not recommend this hotel. I am not ranting. There is a logical reason. This is not really a hotel at all. But two separate businesses, a hotel called Hotel Dessertica - with sleep only services and a nice seating area around two pools that are definitely not swimming!! Laughable to advertise as swimming. Ridiculous. What is annoying is that you could sit here chilling and 1. Noone will ask you for a coffee or drink or snack. If you want you need to walk a circa 50 to 70m walk back out nearly to the street and then back into the adjacent RAI restaurant business where you can get one. Taking that drink or snack back to your chill zone in the "sleeping business" place would be a pain. 2. If you need the toilet whilst chilling then the same walk is needed. The above two overwhelming points are so irritating frankly I would strongly not recommend this hotel because you are paying top prices and this isnt a reasonable level of service. Clearly this didnt used to be the case as there are access ways but now a door actually welded shut. Irritating waste of money and my only pleasure is knowing that I was delayed to make my first night so only stayed one not two. Book somewhere else. On a positive note the staff are very very pleasant and welcoming.

Locatie is top, personal is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, prachtige kamer (heerlijk bed!); exact cf foto’s. Restaurant is fantastisch met heerlijke gerechten.

Quarto excelente com cama perfeita, aquecimento perfeito + lareira a gás. Banheiro excelente. Água cortesia e garrafinhas para reabastecer e levar nos passeios Café da manhã maravilho e restaurante aberto durante o almoço e jantar com pratos deliciosos. Teve até um tremor intenso e nada aconteceu no hotel

O hotel é excelente. Muito bonito, área social grande externa e muito aconchegante. Toda a equipe é muito atenciosa, e o hotel é bem exclusivo, só tem 10 quartos. Tem junto um restaurante, que é excelente. A localização, melhor impossível. Fica no final da Rua Caracoles, sem barulho, e no coração da cidade. Fácil também para chegar de carro. Recomendo de olhos fechados.

Minha única sugestão seria o café da manhã iniciar mais cedo (começa as 07:30), pois como alguns passeios saem entre 7 e 8 horas, acaba não dando tempo. De qualquer forma eles providenciam um box para levar nestes dias.

A localização não poderia ser melhor, na avenida Caracoles, coração da cidade de São Pedro. A equipe foi impecável. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a acolhida e o carinho/atenção recebidos durante toda nossa estadia.

O hotel é lindo, com vários cantinhos aconchegantes , linda arquitetura e decoração. Os funcionários são extremamente educados e prestativos.

A iluminação dentro do quarto é fraca e o box do banheiro deveria ser todo fechado.

The facilities of th hotel and the location are outstanding. The quality of the breakfast is great and the service quality is extraordinary. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to offer customers an amazing stay at the hotel.

The location is very convenient right in town. However, this also means that you might hear a bit of noise from the town at night.

O hotel é um oásis bem no coração de San Pedro de Atacama. Execelente localização, na rua Caracoles, perto de tudo. Local bastante silencioso. Quarto super bem decorados, com calefação (incuindo no banheiro) lareira, cama muito confortável. Equipe do hotel muito atenciosa, cordial e todos os dias um mimo no quarto. O restaurante oferece um excelente café da manhã e café/chá em qualquer horário. Além disso, para demais refeições, o restaurante utiliza produtos locais muito frescos e o cardápio é muito bem elaborado.

O hotel é espetacular. Os hóspedes são tratados com muita atenção. Recebemos vários mimos durante a estadia. Garrafinha de água, bonequinha do artesanato local e cartões postais. O restaurante é muito bom e a localização é excelente. Os quartos são grandes e lindos.

Apenas o fato da piscina não ser aquecida. Nada mais.

O café da manhã é excelente, à La carte. Ótimas instalações, o restaurante do hotel é excelente, e o pessoal do hotel todos muito atenciosos e educados. Recomendo muito!

O horário de início do café da manhã poderia ser antecipado, começa apenas às 7h30. Nos passeios que fizemos cedo o hotel nos fornece uma alternativa para levarmos um café da manhã para o passeio, o que ajudou bastante. No quarto faltou mais espaço para as roupas da viagem. Ficamos nove dias no hotel e sentimos falta de prateleiras para organizar as roupas.

The location is at the Apacheta Plaza, many tour buses pick up and drop off there. Very convenient. The room is clean and cozy. It provides breakfast and have their own restaurant.

We loved our stay at Desértica Hotel. The property is beautiful and very centrally located, which made everything extremely convenient. A big plus was that many of the tour buses stop there for pick-up and drop-off, making early mornings and late returns so much easier. The hotel itself was super cute, with very nice, comfortable rooms that felt thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The restaurant breakfast was also really good, and we especially appreciated that they could prepare breakfast to-go for very early tours. It was nicely packed and such a convenient touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Die Anlage ist super schön, bestens gepflegt und mit dem Pool kann man sich wunderbar nach einem heißen Wüstentag erfrischen. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und motiviert, das Beste für den Gast zu geben. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr lecker. Wir hatten hier wundervolle fünf Tage. Near the shops, restaurants, stop off spots for tours etc. Very easy to find and safe free secure parking. Once you enter the facility, you are in a private oasis with restaurant, pool, private sitting area. A relaxing spot after a day exploring. The staff are exceptional! Every staff member greets you with a smile, and are so helpful. The reception will help you book tours and make sure you leave and arrive back safely. The restaurant is fabulous. My husband is celiac, and his Gluten free diet was accommodated so well we ate all our meals here. Gluten free bread and rolls were made in kitchen daily. Any meal on the menu was prepared specifically for his diet. We felt so comfortable eating there that we decided not to risk eating anywhere else. The restaurant setting is beautifully set beside the pool. The individual pods are spacious and designed with luxury in mind. The room was cleaned daily. The toiletries are wonderful. There was even "turn down" service with chocolate each night if you wanted. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The pool facility was clean and pleasant. Loungers are cleaned daily with clean towels available. There is also a lovely covered sitting area for relaxing. At night the soft lights come on and a fire is lit at the entrance to the pool. It is very romantic. Food and drinks can be ordered from the pool. This is a small, but very peaceful place where the main staff learn your name and you feel very spoiled. You are not just a guest in room 9!!!! We have been traveling Chile for a month and this facility was our favorite by far. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel for a fabulous stay in San Pedro Atacama.

Hardly nothing. The parking area is small, but even with our rented truck, the staff looked after parking and made sure we were secure inside the lot. I have zero complaints!!!

The location cannot be beat as it’s at the start of the little Main Street but feels totally remote once inside the walled grounds. Rooms were very nice. Staff were very helpful.

There wasn’t enough light in the rooms and the bathroom floor tiles in the shower are the same as the wall tiles making them extremely slippery so we had to put a towel on the floor to shower and not slip. I would suggest the hotel get those little clear rubber mats to place on the floor..

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff are so kind and welcoming. The hotel looks way better in person than in photos, the decor is incredible. Everything is so thoughtful for example planting herbs that keeps mosquitoes away, having cold water dispensers, and lip balm available for the dryness of the area. Every detail is so carefully planned. Food is also delicious and breakfast is a la carte. Location wise is unbeatable because it is at the start of the main street and also where most tours will drop you off/pick up.

Wifi was spotty in my room at times but fully available in the common areas. But if you are looking to unplug and disconnect this is ideal.

Uns hat es ausgezeichnet gefallen. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, mit einer angenehmen Atmosphere. Sehr gepflegt und auf die Regionalität wird sehr wert gelegt. Man fühkt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Ganz besonders möchten wir uns bei Jimena und Katy an der Rezeption bedanken, die uns mit Ihrer herzlichen Art alle Wünsche erfüllt haben. Die Zimmer sind alle einzelne Häuschen, die liebevoll ausgetattet sind. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch ganz ausgezeichnet. Es liegt auch direkt an der 'Hauptstraße', in der es viele Geschäfte und Ausflugsanbieter gibt.

A gem of a hotel the rooms were lovely excellent value. The staff couldn’t do enough from the reception to the restaurant/ bar all went above and beyond. Food was lovely and priced at the same level as surrounding establishments. I would highly recommend Hotel Desertica to anyone looking to stay in Dan Pedro.

Acomodação impecável. Quarto confortável e aconchegante. No início estranhei não ter ar condicionado no quarto, mas realmente não é necessário. Fomos no verão e à noite ainda faz frio. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã delicioso.

Obsługa uczynność personelu na najwyższym poziomie, co jest bardzo pomocne. Bardzo dobra restauracja, czyste i ładne domki. Bardzo dobrze utrzymane otoczenie. Dbanie o szczegóły, takie wieczorny serwis, butelki na wodę, itd. Super pobyt, szczególne podziękowania dla pracowników recepcji oraz restauracji.

Incredibly unique, cosy rooms. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant is criminally underrated and some of the best we had in San Pedro de Atacama. The cocktail list was on point. At night, the outside pool area is transformed with lit braziers and candles and turned in to the most delightful place to kick back and relax. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

Storage space was tight when we had two suitcases.
