The breakfast was a little spare, the location is far out of town and unfortunately my room smelt very very strongly of cigarettes. I had to air out the room the whole 2 days I was there. Also the gym has a very small amount of équipement there is the space to have more so think it would be good if they invested in a bit more materials

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Dit was de mooiste kamer op onze drie weken durende China reis. Zeer smaakvol ingericht, zeer ruim en comfortabel, prachtige badkamer met heerlijk ligbad. En dat alles aan een relatief zeer lage prijs. Lekker ontbijt. Zeer behulpzame en onderlegde manager.
Weinig tot niets. Misschien dat het hotel iets minder centraal gelegen is, maar dat los je gemakkelijk op met een goedkope Didi.

They don't have bigger rooms to accommodate large families. We had to book 3 smaller rooms for our family of 6. Also, the door to the toilet area was not able to close completely. When coming out of the shower, it is a little chilly.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Petit hôtel charmant et agréable, idéal pour un court séjour à Suzhou. Le personnel était sympathique, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. De l’eau était mise gratuitement à disposition, ce qui est très appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, avec un choix varié et du personnel présent pour assurer le service. L’hôtel est propre et offre une atmosphère chaleureuse. Il faut compter une vingtaine de minutes en taxi pour rejoindre les principales attractions de la ville.
La station de métro la plus proche est un peu éloignée pour s’y rendre confortablement à pied, si bien que nous avons utilisé exclusivement les taxis pendant notre séjour. L’absence de téléphone dans la chambre, ce qui peut compliquer les échanges avec la réception lorsque l’on a une question ou un besoin particulier. Enfin, lors du check-in, alors que nous avions réservé une chambre avec un grand lit, il nous a été proposé à plusieurs reprises de changer pour une chambre avec deux lits séparés. Étant un couple, nous avons trouvé cette insistance quelque peu gênante.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Das Hotel sieht sehr schön aus und ist sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend gross. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt auch etwas Toast für Europäer, der Kaffee schmeckt auch. Die Lage ist auch ok. Mit dem Didi in 8min am Bahnhof und in 15 Minuten an den Gärten. Ich würde wieder buchen.
Das Gym besteht nur aus einem Laufband. Was macht nicht gestört hat. Die U-bahn Station ist etwas entfernt, aber dafür liegt das Hotel schön ruhig. Man kann nicht alles haben.

Reviewed May 29, 2026The front office receptionists were very attentive and helpful, they know we were from Malaysia, they offer to buy goods from Mei Tuan and help to pay in advance and we pay them back. Hotel environment very spacious, very clean, room were so spacious, kids love it as they have their own double bed and upper level and parents can enjoy staying at it own bed... i could said, this is the perfect hotel that i have stayed at China... The areas is easily to get DiDi and accessible to Santang Streets and Pingjiang Streets.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Lovely modern hotel. Super clean too. Very helpful front-of-house. One very patient young man guided us through how to navigate and use our app for the subway. Breakfast was really good and caters for both Chinese and western tastes.
The hotel is a tad away from Suzhou's buzz, so you need to be ready to jump in a Didi or hop on the subway. The surrounding location is not especially ambient. That said, we did indeed walk to a nearby park on May Day and had a ball. The subway is walkable too. It's just that the hotel doesn't spill out into anything especially beautiful or historic. But that said, it doesn't take much to access old town Suzhou. Maybe alittle distance is a good thing.

Reviewed May 10, 2026It is close to Suzhou station, only 10 mins drive. There is 24/7 laundry facilities, both for washing and drying. The hotel is clean and it has lifts. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable.
If you are taking high speed rail that stops at Suzhou South, then it is 40 mins drive. It is not within walking distance to tourist attractions. The hotel is not close to subway station.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The hotel's decoration is beautiful and there's a modern vibe. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very big! The man at reception spoke good English and noted some attractions we should go and see.
The entrance was a little bit hard to find by following Amap but some locals helped to point us in the right direction.
