So convenient having access directly into Tianjie shopping mall. Also easy access to the ditie. It was very comfortable.

One of the three lifts was unusable to get to your room as the card swipe wasn't working.

2ème séjour et toujours aussi satisfait. Très bon service, chambres vastes, propres et confortables. Buffet petit déjeuner varié et très bon. Je reviendrai.

ビルの中に入っているので、探すの難しい。 受付嬢が英語を話せない‼️ チェックイン時に支払いを要求されたが、宿泊代金の前払いのようだが、意味が分からず、支払いましたが、レシートを渡してくれず、要求して渡してくれました。支払いのレシートは要求する前に直ぐに渡すものです。

とにかく地下鉄、バスのアクセスがめちゃくちゃ良い。 駐在員向けのスーパーも近くにあり、日本語で日用品の買い物ができる。

There is no decent cup for coffee. They use a molded plastic. They remove all the face towel in the bathroom. They also remove 2-set of pillows. Im solo but i like the extra pillows to help me sleep when stress at work. I did not extend my stay anymore. The longer you stay the less comfortable they make.

The property is very reasonably priced and the room rate included daily breakfast. The location is excellent as it is next to a metro station and sits above a major shopping centre and supermarket. The laundry facilities (which were free) were clean and excellent.

There was not alot of variety with the breakfast on offer.

Czysto, fajny zapach czystości, codzienne sprzątanie, wszystko jak nowe, dobry internet (oprócz google itd bo są zbanowani w Chinach :-). Hotel na super położenie, 5 min od stacji metra. Fajna obsługa mówiąca po angielsku

Wszystko ok

Comfortabele bedden en prima douche. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Groot winkelcentrum met veel restaurants om de hoek.

Het is iets verder van het toeristische centrum maar metrostation is dichtbij en Didi (uber) is spot goedkoop.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Property is great for the price and convenient to shopping and dining.

Excellent value for money. Good transport links and a decent breakfast included in the price of the room. The room is clean and well equipped.

I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this Suzhou Holiday Inn Express to think twice, especially if you're visiting in the spring or during seasonal transitions. The heat in this hotel is absolutely unbearable. Unlike normal hotels where you can adjust the temperature in your room, here, the central air conditioning is controlled by the hotel, not the guests. The hotel management chose to set the entire system to heating, meaning every room in the hotel is hot, and there’s nothing you can do about it. You cannot switch between heating and cooling—you're simply stuck with whatever temperature the hotel decides. On a sunny day, when the outdoor temperature was 32°C, my room was even hotter at 33-34°C during the day. At night, even though the temperature outside dropped to 18°C, the room remained at a suffocating 28°C all night long. The small window only opens 10cm, allowing barely any fresh air inside. The air was so dry that my throat and nasal passages felt extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to rest properly. I tried everything to cool down—turning on a stand fan, using an AC fan with ice, and even hanging two large wet towels around the room—but it was completely useless. The AC fan provided a tiny bit of relief, but the room was still overwhelmingly hot and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the circuit breaker tripped twice within an hour just from running the fan, leaving me without even that little bit of airflow. I was recovering from surgery during my stay, and the excessive heat and dryness made it nearly impossible to rest. My surgical wound was soaked in sweat overnight, making the whole experience even more miserable. It’s outrageous that a modern hotel has such poor temperature control and an unreliable electrical system. If you plan to stay here, be prepared for sleepless nights and extreme discomfort. Unless the hotel management improves its air conditioning system and allows guests to control their own room temperatures, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Not close to tourist attraction zone but subway was very helpful, easy and not much walking to change the line.Easy to access from Shishanlu st.(line 3). Located on shopping mall is Bonus.Many restaurants,bars, cafes around.

The was a black colour stain on a white curtain on window at R.1505 where we stayed.

I stayed there in my business trip to Suzhou. Good location near downtown and easy to go as it is by the big street. There is shopping mall nearby so convenient for eating and shopping. Breakfast is good. We had a great time. Receptionist can speak English well so it is easy for communication.

Breakfast is acceptable for the spread. Metro ShiZiShan is actually linked via the shopping mall which is convenient. Front desk and housekeeping very friendly. Room is of reasonable size and comfort, anything smaller would be less ideal. Hotel condition is still very new. There are other nearby malls like Paradise Walk and Golden eagle. Quite near to famous ShanTang Street (8 stops).

Situated on western side of Suzhou, whereas Suzhou train station is more central. DiDi back to hotel can be long journey due to many many traffic light stops if did not go by expressway, better to take metro. Very far distance to get to famous Suzhou Center Plaza Mall which is more to the east.

The best part about the hotel was the location - right above a Mall as well. Good place to base yourself when travelling around Suzhou. Also really close to the subway. It was great value for money. Would stay again.

Not the hotel's fault, just a side note - do not input the given address into Google Maps- it will send you to a very different location.

It's a relatively new and well maintained hotel in a high-rise, part of mall (very convenient because of restaurants). Breakfast was OK.

The reservation system gave the option of twin room (with 2 twin beds) and standard room for two. We check in and no double bed is offered and later we are told that none is available--even though it was clear that there were rooms with double beds that were prepared. In general, the reception was far from friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was OK, but not even close to good by Western standards--e.g., no cheese. For a Western brand, one would expect otherwise. No response to an email to the property through booking.com for more than 34 hours. No emailed receipt of payment.

We could not find this hotel. It is not where it says it is when you follow the map. We went to other hotels and asked and they did not know where it was. In the heat and humidity of china the hunt for this hotel was awful. The photos are false as it shows a ground floor entry and other reviews say it's on a 7th floor so this hotel has been falsely advertised , we were hugely disappointed and had to stay somewhere else. The photos attached is what you find when you follow the map on booking.com

The room was good, the breakfast good and the location in walking distance from metro station.

塔園路駅から徒歩で約10分のホテルです。ロビーは7階にあります。ショッピングモールが隣接しているので、非常に便利です。朝食もとても美味しかったです。洗濯も自分で無料でできます。

房內空間太小, 即使兩人住也感到擁擠. 除了小之外, 還略顯老舊. 唯一好處便是樓下即是天街商場, 逛街飲食很方便.

It's a really awful experience!! I booked two rooms, air conditioner for two rooms are not cooling at all. Outside temperature is 37 celsius degree, in the room is 29 celsius degree. It's really hard to stand in such a hot & humid surrounding in your own room. I didn't get any practical solution even ask front desk to do something. All I get the answer is in the late night hotel staff said they can arrange one room only. What a small chance it'd be happened the same problem in the two different rooms. If they can't prepare the room facility well, they shouldn't arrange such a kind of room to customer! Air conditioner is a necessity facility.

I have seen couple of Indians staying at this hotel, considering the same if they include Indian style items in breakfast then that will be good. Also, location is little tricky to get even using the local cab app so the same needs to be improved.

Switching off of the AC during daytime. This is unusual practice seen at the hotel. Considering the closed rooms ideally customers should be able to access AC all the time of the day.
