Vanessa was so friendly & helpful. She was able to assist us with her knowledge of the area and even made us a lovely packed breakfast the 1 morning we left early for a day trip. The facilities were exceptionally clean & the location perfect.

We had our usual ground floor room, very clean and comfortable, lovely hot shower. We advised our late arrival.

Everything was great! I enjoyed the interior and ambiance. Big parking. Few restaurants walkable around. Safe. We were leaving early at 5 am, they still came and cooked fresh breakfast to take away for us. (Even though I didn’t want to bother them so early) It was delicious. Thank you!

Für eine Nacht eine gute Unterkunft. Das Gästehaus ist schön eingerichtet und das Zimmer war sauber und hatte bis auf einen Föhn alles was man braucht. Das Personal war nett und Vanessa hat uns morgens noch die Kaffeemaschine angemacht, obwohl man regulär eigentlich erst ab 7 Uhr einen Kaffee bekommen kann.

Das Fenster des Zimmers war direkt auf eine Hauswand gerichtet, eine schöne Aussicht hatte man demnach nicht. Für eine Nacht war das aber okay.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und waren rundum zufrieden. Ausreichendes Frühstück. Im Zimmer gab es einen Ventilator aber keine Klimaanlage. Für unsere Temperaturen war das ok.

Buona struttura anche se si trova in una zona un pó isolata e quando siamo arrivati noi (1 gennaio) tutti i localini nei dintorni erano chiusi.

Sehr guter Kontakt und Absprache per What‘sApp vor der Anreise. Nah am Flughafen gelegen (10 min mit dem Auto). Perfekt als erste Unterkunft am Anreisetag.

Mould and serious damp all over the main room wall , I had to move my bed away from the wall in order to sleep there the first night. That’s a health hazard. My room was changed the next day , but nobody should be allowed to sleep in a room like that. Breakfast below average and greasy. I won’t be back

I had asked for bedroom on the ground floor, which we got so that was great. Picture showed a queen or king bed on bookings but we got 2 singles. Little bit hard for me personally. But besides that it was great

Quarto não tem ar condicionado e eu não reparei nisso quando reservei. O entorno da casa é bem estranho, não da pra fazer nada andando. Achei até que não parecia muito seguro.

Everything was up to standard. Clean, comfortable and it have everything I needed. Beautiful decor throughout the house. It is definitely a really nice place to stay and the lady who takes care of the guests was an absolute dear.

The location for me was not great. The area it is in is not a bad area, but its an old area and all the electric fencing around the property tells me that one needs to be vigilant if walking around the area. Also the room that I stayed in looks onto the street and people walking by can look straight into the room. Maybe a wooden fence or some shrubbery could give the room some privacy.

Ein schön eingerichtetes Gästehaus, sehr sauber. Parkplatz ist im Innenhof vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, aber ausreichend. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt.

Everything! the breakfast was incredible every morning, the rooms comfortable and warm and Vanessa and the ladies are very incredibly kind and welcoming!

Estaba bien, todo limpio y comodo para dormir. Habitaciones muy grandes y camas muy comodas. Menos mal que tienen manta electrica, ya que hace frío en invierno.

Sería bueno que pusieran radiadores o algun otro sistema de calefacción aparte de la manta electrica, en invierno hace mucho frío. Tambien sería bueno que el desayuno fuera hasta mas tarde (al menos 10:00) porque sino es mucho madrugar. Por lo demas todo genial.

From check in staff to leaving was a bad experience. Black mould on the ceilings in the rooms, staff with bad attitude essentially when a problem arises. Staff complaining to us about being off two days after working 12 consecutive days. We drove 7 hours to get to this guest house, we arrived at 18:30. When we got there the host said they are only available until 19:00 for guests. She was complaining because she had to wait around for another guest. We booked a family room, but our children had to sleep in a room away from us. We left the guest house sooner to go to a different place. We have issues with our refunds. Bookings.com said we must sort it out with the owner, now I have a credit on my Bookings.com profile for less then we were supposed to get. This is unacceptable. I’m still waiting for this issue to be resolved from the owner and Bookings.com.

The staff and facilities were terrific.

We were warned to be very careful going out at night and even during the day.

Staff (Vanessa and Sekai) professional, friendly... room and shared areas immaculately clean and tastefully decorated Secure off street parking.

The only down side was the incessant barking of the neighbours dog in the afternoon which stopped early evening when owners got home.

Location was ideal for where we needed to be, it was also close to a variety of great restaurants. The staff especially the manager Vanessa was outstanding, and certainly went the extra mile.

We were not all that happy in our first room, but Vanessa kindly heard our issues and moved us to a more suitable room

The room is beautiful and clean and the staff lovely. For me, it was the best Guesthouse I stayed in during my trip.

I would appreciate some cheese and cold cuts for breakfast :-)

Everything and I mean everything..from the hosts to the atmosphere..it was a welcoming and warm atmosphere..loved my room,the crispy linen and electric blanket.minimal decor😍.the breakfast..can I just say the oats prepared by Sekai was one for the books💥..Vanessa thank you for everything 🎉

Great Location and comfortable rooms with a workstation for me to work from. The rooms were an amazing size, bathroom was great and the best shower! Great Location, lovely staff and I would definitely return! Great parking and safe!

The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and newly renovated. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Great options and variety available for breakfast.

Friendly welcome, secure parking, decent comfortable room, good breakfast with the bonus of an espresso machine. Walking distance from Nolio Italian bistro and other restaurants. A short drive to St George's Park for cricket.

Looks like a rather characterless high-walled compound from the outside but don't be put off!

The staff were very friendly. The manager made the effort of getting something we wanted for breakfast for the next morning. The inside rooms were spotless. Loved the corner room on the first floor where we could open the window onto a park Cars could park safely inside The look and feel of the reception/ dining area is very pretty and inviting

The outside room where we were initially accommodated was disappointing- it did not meet the 10/10 rating. It was tiny and musty. The rooms inside the house were lovely and explained the 10/10 rating. No aircon.

The bedroom was big and decorated so tastefully ! There was ample parking and the furnishings were lovely. Breakfast was really good. It was clean and tidy, staff were very helpful.

Everything was in pristine condition, the rooms were moderate and well taken care off. The breakfast was well up to standard and options were provided for breakfast in the morning. The coffee machine was also a bonus and was really appreciated for people like me starting early in the morning.

Coming from Paterson to the guest house the road did past a area that seemed to be a bit dangerous close to low income housing.

We stay here every year when we arrive into PE. There are a few restaurants close by.
