Reviewed Jul 24, 2026I liked Hotel after entering reception and surprised to meet the staff at reception. They were so sweet people and help you for each and everything you need. Fabulous hygienic rooms and quite spacious too. Room service and house keeping really too good. All staff are so humble, they smile and respect guests and they are excellent workers.
Every thing inside the hotel is exceptionally good. My only suggestion is exterior view of Hotel could be more improvised to give a 4 star looks. Inside hotel everything is above 4 stars

Manjinder and Pankraj - Receptionist were wonderful and helped with any queries we had regarding sourcing anything locally. Restaurant was really good, food was fantastic.
We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend the hotel to friends and family.

My room was clean, comfortable, and well set up. The food service was prompt, and everything I ordered tasted fresh and well-prepared. I really appreciated the hospitality and the attention to detail during my short stay. Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Es war mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier. So ein Hotel erwartet man im recht abgelegenen Phagwara nicht. Für den Preis absolut Top! Super Zimmer, super Betten, gutes Bad, sehr sauber. Allgemein sehr professionell, englischsprachig, viele NRI auf Heimaturlaub. Sehr international. So ein Hotel - zu dem Preis - würde ich mir überall in Indien wünschen. Dazu perfekte Lage direkt am Bahnhof.
Für den Preis: nichts! Das WiFi lief zunächst nicht richtig, habe dann einen eigenen Router bekommen. Dann war es perfekt.

Everyone was nice and helpful until I had a problem. That is when the true nature of the place comes out. I booked a jacuzzi room specifically so that I could use it. There was no hot water available due to an issue. They kept saying it was now fixed but it never was. I filmed myself holding my hand under the hot tap for over 1 minute. They lied repeatedly. Refused a partial refund. Offered me fruit. A real shame. I have spent a lot of money in their bar over the past few years. They really let themselves down for the sake of a few rupees.

Had to request housekeeping to clean the kettle which they did. There was a little leakage in the bathroom but that was manageable too.

The bathroom was mouldy. (BLACK MOULD). The flush was broken. The bathroom especially was dirty. The bed sheets had little blood marks on them. The staff on arrival was rude and not that interested in checking us in. On arrival. We had to haul the suitcases up the slopped drive. As the bell boys were to busy having a chat.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2025Generally the staff were friendly and polite. The room layout was a disappointment for an executive room. The fridge in the room was missing, only an empty fridge cupboard. the full length mirror was covered by one of the two chairs, the other chair was in the alley infront of the bathroom door, and infront of the window. The suitcases area and the clothes/safe cupboard was in the corner with no light in the area, making it difficult to find things especially at night.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2025This hotel hosts parties and there is no consideration for other guests. There is no sound proofing in rooms and parties were EXTREMELY loud. We did not sleep and when we complained, nothing was done. Would not recommend.

The noisy function room downstairs under our room, for 3 days someones. Child kept knocking on our door and disturbing. Also on the roof bar there were under age boys and girls drinking and smoking and staff did nothing. Not impressed as this is a NRI hotel local people should go else where for illegal doings not here. Which is why i dont think i will book and stay here again.
