Erian Hotel

The hotel is very clean and has comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is good. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Mujjahidin who was very efficient and helpful. As our check out was early morning, the staff arranged breakfast packed for us. We had it at the airport. Thank you Erian Hotel team. We Will definitely stay in your hotel on our next visit to Jakarta.

The room was clean, comfortable bed, kind and helpful staff. Nice rooftop bar. Very good breakfast. Good position to explore the city.

I like the hotel is clean and simple, no frills. I also didnt find any problems with the noise level. When I first came the fabric softener was too much but Adhianto at the reception handled it very quick by changing the bedding. Theodore at the check in was also very friendly and fast checking me in. Adhianto also helped me get the takeaway breakfast since I had to leave at 5am

A bit dark, with all the dark interior. I booked single room and everything presented single, one tea bag, one coffee sachet. Which I find it a bit peculiar but okay.

博物館や美術館、国立図書館、サリナデパートなどへ歩いて行けました。イスティクラルモスクはライドシェアのバイクを使えばすぐです。周りを歩くと、昔ながらの路地裏と高層ビルのコントランスを楽しめます。 朝食は、ローカルなものから洋食まで豊富に楽しめますした。 部屋のタオルは毎日変えてくれます。シーツ交換は希望した時のみですが、ベッドメイキングは毎日してくれるので、毎日気持ちよく過ごせるます。 早朝便に乗るため深夜2時にチェックアウトする必要がありましたが、対応してくださいました。空港まで車をお願いしたところ、200000ルピアで、30分で着きました。

部屋に冷蔵庫はないです。 ヘアドライヤーはお願いすれば持ってきてもらえます。

This has become my go-to hotel whenever I need a short break in Jakarta. The location is super convenient, right in Central Jakarta, with plenty of food options and a convenience store nearby. It's also just a 5–10 minute drive to malls, museums, the train station, and other city attractions. The room has all the basic amenities I need, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and even though it's in the city center, the area is quiet enough for a good night's sleep. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay with a strategic location, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Locatie en goede bedden.

Kamer is kleiner dan verwacht. Hygiene kan beter. Ik schoof een bed opzij en daar was duidelijk langere periode niet schoongemaakt. Gelukkig waren er slofjes! Ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid maar niet alles was lekker. Als je na 9.00 uur komt, wordt niet alles meer aangevuld. Mevrouw van het ei leek geen omelet meer te willen maken, want ze had geen eieren meer. Gelukkig kwam haar collega met een mand vol eieren, waardoor ik toch een omelet kreeg.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien avec nombreux commerces à proximité (restaurant, super marché, centre commercial). La chambre était spacieuse et très propre et très bien insonorisée. Petit déjeuner copieux avec un choix très important. Le personnel de l'hôtel est adorable et très serviable.

Le deuxième jour, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude. La vue de notre chambre était pas super.

First experience staying here, the hotel is located within Wahid Hasyim area, nearby to the Sarinah. Arriving quite early, and they were super nice in providing me with an early check in! Was assisted by the lovely Front Desk, Theodora & Khaira, upon my arrival. Thank you for the experience!

Nous avons passé deux magnifiques nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est très bien situé. Nous avons mangé au restaurant avec une magnifique vue. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Les chambres étaient de très bonne qualité.

I had a pleasant stay at Erian Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was very convenient for traveling around the city. The staff were also friendly and responsive throughout my stay. Special thanks to Kak Shelly, who kindly helped me with an early check-in process. I really appreciated the assistance after a long trip, and it made my stay much more comfortable. Overall, I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others visiting Jakarta.

Overall, the building quality and hotel facilities are actually excellent for a 3-star hotel more than sufficient, even impressive 🙌 My only humble suggestion relates to the sound insulation. I would kindly recommend the management to consider using more soundproof materials in the future for an even more comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was within the pick-up zone of day tour groups. The onsite restaurant offered many delicious options. Breakfast buffet had good selection of hot and cold items; I enjoyed the made to order eggs.

Sadly, my room did not have any windows at all.

Nice hotel in central of Jakarta, near with Sabang street when you can find street food that offering local cuisine of Indonesia, especially Jakarta. Clean and nice room, I like the concept of their room. Minimalist yet trendy, fulfill solo traveler needed. Recommended. Overall, I was happy staying here.

We had a few days stay here before starting a G Adventures tour. The room was a decent size and clean, good aircon. When we ran out of water it was replaced immediately once we called. Really loved the roof top bar. Breakfast had a really good selection. Staff were all friendly and a credit to the hotel.

Ze zijn ontzettend lief en behulpzaam. Mooie uitzicht vanaf de rooftopbar en serveren lekkere hapjes en gerechten. Kamers zijn goed. Aparte wc en lekkere douche. Alleen als weinig ruimte voor je koffers. Massage was heerlijk wordt op je eigen kamer gedaan. Wij verbleven voor 3 nachten en voor de prijs is het een perfecte hotel in jakarta.

No window in the room, making it very dark. Towels provided in the room did not smell clean…. After notifying the staff we received towels, which were fine. Due to lack of ventilation and no windows the room was humid and smelled humid after taking a shower…

Colazione dolce pessima, brioches e muffin sempre secchi e senza gusto.

Hotel carino nel centro di Yogiacarta a 10 minuti a piedi da Maliboro street , camera confortevole e pulita staff super disponibile , bellissimo e curatissimo il giardino

La camera è piccolina ma poco luminosa bisogna tenere la luce accesa anche di giorno , bagno piccolino con il wc all'interno del piatto doccia ogni volta che fai la doccia bagni tutto il wc.Colazione migliorabile non c'è un buffet ma il giorno prima scegli un piatto dal loro menu (non è molto sostanziosa)

Il bagno è particolare, con una porta che chiude un piccolo spazio con il water e il lavandino separato dalla stanza solo dallo specchio.

First night We had dinner in hotel restaurant . it was good and not expensive than other restaurants.4-there’s an exchange office next hotel. they have better rate than in Jakarta and Bali.5-friendly and helpful staff.6-room is clean and big enough for 3 people family.
