Nous avons été enchantés par notre expérience du début à la fin. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : que ce soit le night audit, les réceptionnistes ou encore les serveurs du restaurant, tous ont fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme et d’une gentillesse remarquable. Leur réactivité et leur sens de l’écoute nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans aucun stress. Un grand merci également au Directeur, particulièrement attentif, qui a eu la délicate attention de nous surclasser pour notre nuit de noces. Ce geste nous a beaucoup touchés et a rendu ce moment encore plus inoubliable. Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

hotel calme avec le charme des Parador espagnols puisque construit en 1920 par les espagnols, avec patios fleuris et cour intérieur. les chambres sont calmes et confortables et le personnel est soucieux du bien être des clients. le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Très bonne étape sur le route du Sud Marocain à proximité du parc aux oiseaux qu'il faut visiter. nous sommes descendus dans cet hotel 2 fois à 10 jours d'intervalle, une fois à l'aller vers Dahkla et au retour vers Marrakech à chaque fois nous avons été satisfaits

s'il y'a quelque chose qui peut être amélioré ce serait les choix de la carte du restaurant bien que ce que nous avons mangé était très bon

La propreté, négligence de l entretien des murs, les rideaux, et la porte , armoire de la chambre,

Honnêtement pas grand chose, la majeure partie du staff, notamment Ismail qui a essayé de nous aider sans grand succès au vu de la situation de l'équipement non fonctionnel de l'établissement et des problèmes d'hygiene. Situation acceptable, fort potentiel pour l'hôtel gaché par tout ce qui suit dans la section je n'ai pas apprécié.

Nous avons été contraints d’écourter notre séjour (une nuit sur deux annulé) et d’annuler notre voyage retour via Booking en raison de problèmes graves et répétés, incompatibles avec le standing affiché de cet hôtel : Climatisation hors service : dans la grande majorité des chambres, les climatiseurs étaient défectueux. Après avoir changé de chambre à plusieurs reprises jusque tard dans la nuit (près de 2h du matin), seules deux chambres disposaient d’une climatisation partiellement fonctionnelle, insuffisante face à une chaleur étouffante. Équipements annoncés mais inexistants : le bar est fermé depuis longtemps, aucune animation ni loisir, aucun room service disponible. Graves problèmes d’hygiène : présence d’insectes dans les chambres (araignées, moustiques), sanitaires mal entretenus, lavabos fuyants, portes abîmées et multiples dégradations matérielles. Chambre dangereuse : l’une des chambres présentait des spots LED clignotants de manière anormale, un risque réel pour une personne épileptique. Service technique inexistant : bien que la réception ait sollicité le service technique à plusieurs reprises, personne n’est jamais intervenu. Personnel : la majorité du personnel s’est montrée aimable et a tenté d’aider. Cependant, un réceptionniste âgé (homme d’un certain âge) a adopté une attitude condescendante et irrespectueuse lorsque nous avons demandé une solution à l’amiable, nous contraignant à saisir le service de médiation de Booking. En conclusion : hôtel trompeur, non conforme à la description, et incapable d’assurer le minimum de confort et de sécurité. Malgré quelques employés dévoués, les conditions générales, l’absence de maintenance et l’attitude désobligeante d’un membre âgé du personnel à la réception rendent cet établissement à éviter absolument.

This is an amazing place to stay and the staff is amazingly kind I am gonna miss them.

The hotel manager spontaneously took us on a city tour and a trip to the sand dunes and the river. Thank you very much. All the staff were very friendly.

The classical hotel in the capital of Western Sahara. In an Andalusien stile palace building with two large patios there are charming large, beautiful, quiet and nicely equipped rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly reception staff. Good food and breakfast with service (no buffet). Good internet. The hotel is situated not far from the central bus station and the old Spanish city center. Very good value for money.

The only thing to criticise: bed lights for reading ate not sufficient should be improved. Unfortunately there were very few guests, so that I was sitting alone when dining and having breakfast. And there's no alcohol served in the hotel. I wish the hotel might have more visitors because it's worth to be frequented.

The equipment are a little old

My room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was very quiet at night that I had a great sleep. The receptionist Bachir and the restaurant guy Hamza were very helpful (baggage, room, meal, taxi) and friendly, we had great chat. Surely a memorable stay and best wishes to the wonderful people.

The beds were comfortable. The receptionist (who had more charisma than the rest of the staff put together). Not expensive (room rates on the bedroom doors were much higher than what we paid).

Tired interior, dozy staff (waiter got both the food order and the drinks order wrong) poor food. Presents itself as an up market hotel but is underwhelming on every level.

The hotel was great, excellent breakfast, centrally located, etc., but what really made our stay was the professional, attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay in Laayoune particularly magical. They helped us book drivers and customized tours as well as arranged airport transfers. I couldn’t recommend Hotel Parador more highly for your trip to Laayoune. The driver, Mohamed, the hotel for us was also amazing and helped to really make the trip something special.

Great staff. One waiter spoke only Arabic but he work very had with our pointing and gestures and figured it out. Hotel has some lovely architectural features. Room was very comfy. Airport shuttle available with hotel manager picking us up.. Great hotel.and great stay

The styling of the hotel is classical Sahara, but is newly renovated and in perfect condition. The public areas are stunning! The welcome and personal service from the manager and staff was almost overwhelming! The breakfast and dinner (and birthday cake) weee fresh and inviting.

Je tiens à remercier tout le staff de l’hôtel qui étaient au petit soin, serviable et très chaleureux. L’hôtel est magnifique et l’emplacement est parfait pour les voyages d’affaire, touristique ou pour se reposer le temps d’un week-end. La restauration est excellente surtout les tapas ! Cependant le petit déjeuner manque de certaines choses (cela me convenait mais pour d’autres ils aimeraient certainement un buffet continental). Une chose est sûr, mon prochain voyage à Laayoun c’est au Parador que je vais dormir. Autre petite précision, ils ont été très aimable et ont accepté mon check-in assez tôt. Je vous remercie tous. 前回、宿泊したホテルが、いまいちだったので、ラユーンで最も高いホテルを選択したが、部屋とベッドは快適だったが、水回りが最悪。 まず、水道水が塩辛い。バスタブ付きの部屋を指定したが、バスタブがプラスチック製でペコペコするだけでなく、水が漏れて貯まらない。シャワーはホース～無図画漏れる。洗面器は水が溢れる・・・と言った具合。お湯が出るまで時間がかかる。そのお湯は茶色・・・。 全体に部屋の照明が暗く、本が読めない。朝食はデイツなどの木の実とパン（多数）、シリアル、ジャム、オレンジジュース、コーヒーだけ。オムレツは作ってくれるが、葉物を含めて野菜が皆無。地域特性かもしれないが、ラユーン委行くときは覚悟していったほうが良い。 ただ、フロントなどの対応はきびきびしてとても良い。
