いつも宿泊していますが部屋が広く快適です

宿泊した階の別室で水漏れがあったようで夜中まで水を吸う機械の音がうるさかった 希望は出したが部屋から見える景色が海方向ではなかった

The location is nice, wonderful breakfast and view from the window, the breakfast was cool, liked it, shrimps))

But there is one problem still, in the laundry. 4 washing machines\dryers, every time I went there, there were people waiting for their turn, unfortunately I couldn't do my washing routine at all(

The team of the hotel are very friendly and helpful , Leo is very kind and helpful person thanks Leo. The breakfast was very good.

Хороший сетевой отель . Персонал дружелюбный . Особенно хочется выделить Celia ,помогала по всем вопросам . Завтраки разнообразные и хорошие.

Great location to walk to bars and restaurants. Good value for money and upgraded to 2 larger rooms than planned.

帰りにタクシーを呼んでもらったところ、ホテル前に停車しているタクシーだった（常連タクシーか）正規タクシーだけれで親切そうだが遠回りされて高く時間もかかった。絶対におすすめしません。自分で呼べるように次回からしたいと思います Pay attention to the taxi, stopped in front of the hotel. I asked the rexeption person to call a taxi but the same taxi came to me pick up. The taxi driver looked very kind but he did not take the most efficient route to the airport. The reception person should ask the driver not take the customer because my experience became very bad at the end of my stay of this hotel

The room smells horrible and everything you had with you will have that smell after the trip. The AC works ok but is quite loud. One relatively small shopping mall with some restaurants and grocery store nearby.

Not a bad location. There is a small shopping center nearby. It takes at least half an hour to walk to the city infrastructure (shops, services, banks, bars and restaurants) or to the beach - they are located in opposite directions.

I ordered a room with a sea view and an extra floor space, but a standard room without a view, without refrigerator and minibar. Poor breakfast, frequent problems with coffee - coffee machine malfunctions and long queues to it.

a good inexpensive chain hotel, the room was clean, but the outside glass had not been washed for a long time. good location near the embankment and shopping center. but spoils the view of the frozen construction site! good chinese breakfast!

The staff at the front desk were very pleasent when we checked in. The room was very modern. The bathroom is really nice and the shower is huge with a big glass block wall to let lots of light into the bathroom. The staff at breakfast were extremely helpful. I go up to get a coffee and one of the men said he would get them for us. They had a really good selection of food for breakfast and we were even brought out two omelettes without asking for them. When we checked out the staff called a taxi for us and confirmed with the driver that he knew where we wanted to go.

The hotel is new and have not set up their credit card facility. I am stuck as I did not bring in so much cash to pay for the hotel room. But the reception is helpful and allow my friend to transfer the money to him through wechat so that my room payment can be done.
